When most people think of Orlando, they immediately picture the massive theme parks that draw millions of visitors from across the globe every year. But the city has a developed a distinctive personality outside of tourism, and nowhere is this on display more than in Downtown. Downtown Orlando serves as the city's hub for both business and culture, and has become a lively center for nightlife, performing arts, retail, and galleries. The bar and club scene is legendary, and touring musicians from around the world regularly stop in to play on the many local stages. Even though the theme parks are only minutes away, tourists rarely venture into the Downtown district, allowing the local culture to develop into something uniquely Orlando.
From the historic homes of Eola Heights to the stylish bungalows of Thornton Park to the high-rise apartments in the North Quarter District, Downtown Orlando offers living arrangements to suit any taste and fit any budget.

Property Ratings at Palms Trailer Park
I have been living here with my husband and my 2 year old child. The atmosphere is quiet and the landlords are kind ,caring , and understanding. They treat us like family. The only problem is that the neighbors do try to get into your business to find out about you so incase they get in trouble they can use it against you. Do not trust or befiend anyone here there are a handful of good neighbors in here but the rest stay away. Especially when they are overly friendly. But thats like that every everywhere else. Do not let anyone in the park move in if they get evicted because there is a law called squaters rights which means if they get mail at your residence they have the right to be there even if they dont pay rent and they could even get you out of your own home by going to court and lieing and you can end up homeless. That is a big scam going around in Orlando and i wasnt the only victims . Dont feel sorry for anyone or trust their lies because chances are they are lieing and they are homeless because they chose to buy drugs over rent. Another thing there arent any prostitutes or drugs in here its a lie. They did clean this place up. The only prostitutes here are here because the men bring them in,.
