Perfect place

Me and my family are new in the state and we move to this place and is so nice and quiet , nice neighborhood , everything is clean , it’s perfect for us ! Great and friendly staff !

Lovely and Quiet Townhome Community

These townhomes are really a secret find. If you are lucky enough to rent one while it is briefly on the market, congratulations! Once people move in, they don't leave until they are ready to purchase a house. This means many long term residents who quickly become friendly neighbors. This is the first time I have lived in a housing community where I like my neighbors. :) The townhomes were built in the 80's and do show it just a little but overall, the property management is constantly working on improving the grounds so it has not fallen into disrepair. All the homes have icredibly high cellings and tall windows letting lots of beautiful light in. No dark caves here! Also the pricing is fantastic. Rent includes free standard cable and internet, as well as a garage and washer and dryer. All in all this is a great deal and we will be calling Palos Verdes Townhomes home for a long time to come.
