Property Ratings at Pampas Lane Apartments
It's really nice here. The property is always clean and Jennifer is very nice. She is very professional and always willing to help. I recommend this place to everyone.
Jennifer!! at pampas lane apartments did an awesome job helping me with the process and making it as quick as possible great customer service! A+
My room mate and I actually lived at another property managed by Pan American. Our lease was ending but we wanted to stay with the same management company since our living experience was extremely positive. We did look at several properties and actually applied to two of them. Diane the manager at Pampas actually sealed the deal for us. She is extremely personable and it was her genuine excitement about her job and us that helped us make our final decision. I am glad we chose Pampas. It is clean, manicured and other tenants are pleasant.
Terrible service!!! I had appointment to put in my application and the manager wasn’t there. I called a couple of days later and the studio I looked at was rented out. However, she said she had another one available. So, I made an appointment for the next day. I go to my appointment and the other studio is now rented out. She didn’t call and notify me or anything. I wasted my time because of her inability to provide good service.
MANAGER IS A LIER . HIDDEN EXPENCES manager is really bad and care only for herself . Apartment falling apart rent goes up every time . Maintenance no good can't wait till my lease is up ...parking sucks .
Pampas Lane was the apartment community I chose due to the attentive management team, affordable listing and deposit, pet friendly and their ability to work with my schedule by taking care of the application and receiving payment on line. I have a beautiful, renovated apartment and I couldn't be happier.
Complex is located in an ugly street, always crowded. limited parking spaces. only three washers in the laundry room. Police are always called to this place. maintenance never been done on time. On top of it all, if they do not like you, they will simply let you go
Pros: Great location (nearby 5 and 91 freeways, Disneyland and Knott's Berry Farm a short drive away) Excellent property management Spacious 2 bedroom apartment Gated parking/reasonable monthly fee for additional parking spaces Swimming pool Gas BBQs On-site laundry By and large, quiet Cons: - No assigned visitor parking inside the gates - Extremely limited parking on the street/streets very crowded - Tenants smoking outside your bedroom window/by your stairwell at all hours (almost in shifts) - Very infrequent, but sometimes loud domestic disturbances - Cost of on-site laundry - Neighborhood is a bit sketchy, especially at night I lived at Pampas Lane Tropical Garden Apartments for over a year and I, for the most part, enjoyed my time there. Sherri, the property manager, was nice and helpful since day one. She did what she could to keep our costs low and even helped us lock in our rate of rent until we were able to move out. Sherri is on top of keeping things clean and functional around the complex. If you have an emergency and contact her, she usually responds within minutes. I've also watched her shut down a couple of loud fights very quickly without ever getting loud herself. When I say a couple of loud fights, I do mean only two. The tenants are mostly friendly and are open to conversation when you pass by at the mail, while doing laundry or grilling side by side. There are a few of those 'other' tenants though that you find any place: the ones who loudly argue with their kids and spouse and definitely the ones who chain smoke outside the apartment doors to keep with the "no smoking inside the apartment" rule. Being a non-smoker, I did not enjoy climbing stairs with groceries in hand and having to huff down the second hand smoke just because the smokers gravitate there. Parking is great inside the gate but competitive and crowded outside. Parking where you should not will result in tickets -- I know. Despite these infrequent annoyances, the apartment was spacious and perfect for my roommate and myself. We had the 2 bedroom apartment, enjoyed our own bathrooms and plenty of storage, and had our privacy. The place is quiet and in a great location to get many places quickly. My fiancee and I even considered moving here and probably would have if I hadn't found another job further away. You should definitely give Sherri a call and take a look at the complex and the apartments.
This is a small complex located on a busy street with several other apartment complexes. There is no guest parking at all. Your guest will have to try to find a place on the busy street or attempt parking near the Denny's or shopping area. The couple at the end of the hall fought all the time, when I complained to the manger he didn't care. All the neighbors seem to want to know everything about you and come off as nosy. I had several strangers randomly knock on my door looking for someone else. There is no pool on this property and if you have items delivered by mail that don't fit in the mail box you will have to go pick them up at the post office. The manager even though he claims to be there all the time seems to never be there when packages are delivered. While living their I saw two roaches in my kitchen. I was very unhappy to see that. Also before moving into any place in Anaheim, be aware they don't have Edison due to Disneyland. They have their own utility company that is extremely expensive.
