This place is not worth your money in more ways than one, its just a money grab. There are a few things that really pushed my buttons about living here. First they said that there is one parking spot per apartment uncovered and what not, this is fine if you like parking on the complete opposite side of the complex. Then if you want a garage it is way overcharged for the extremely small space. Then they charge us for things like gas from the BBQ and electricity in the parking lot separately from out rent, nothing is "included" in the rent. Then when we moved out we payed for the cleaning service offered by them. Then they charge us additionally for cleaning cause the one we payed for was "just surface cleaning" so the $150 for the cleaning gone, then they charged us again for a little box of dryer sheets that was on the top and way back of the dryer, boom another $25. Like it would have taken two seconds to throw that out. $25 really!!?? Save yourself the money don't live here, tell those you know.

It’s a real shame my review is so negative as the apartments are actually quite nice. The communal ground area’s are dirty, dog poop all over the place and parking is an absolute joke! Maintenance overall are quick to help and get things fixed when needed. In the time I have lived here they have gone through multiple staff members and different management groups, the constant is that they really don’t care about customer service. When we first moved in, their explanation of the lease was vague and we were told incorrect info. I put this down to the first girl being new, well since then this has got no better. They really do not care about trying to help you. The final straw is they are now giving all residents a free parking spot or garage until it’s time to renew your lease, unless you are currently paying for a garage (of course they want the money). I bought a garage which I was told this is a month to month agreement, now of course they have changed their mind and I have to pay for my garage until the end of my lease, despite them now giving them to people for free! It’s another great example of them not really caring or thinking about their residents. If you want to live in a nice place with poor service, this is a great fit. I would recommend spending a little more money and living in a nice place where the staff actually care.

I've lived in this complex for 2 years. I have two complaints. 1. Dog poop and pee everywhere! Residents let their pets urinate in the entrances to the apartments and have their dogs poop in the rocks along the sidewalk and don't pick it up. While management sends reminders about policies, they don't enforce them and don't clean up the poop. The smell is terrible when you walk to your apartment door. 2. The mailboxes have been vandalized and broken into twice in the past 12 months with the most recent incident happening 1/30/2019. Management has not added security cameras even though there is the opportunity to do so since there are lights in the mailbox structure, hence access to electricity. I'm finally fed up enough to move out and find a much more affordable place!

Worst apartment I've ever lived at. The new management sucks, they don't take care of the landscape, the pool has been closed all summer, which is a huge part of why we chose to live here, there is no parking available ever since they dont enforce parking rules so dont plan on parking on the grounds of your complex, you can never get packages from the office because the receptionist is as smart as a 2 year old and can never find them. Dont move here. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

Awesome place to live. It's own little community, with a Jr. Olympic size pool, game room, sports lounge, mini-movie theater and a Dog Lounge!! Oh, can't forget the free Starbucks Coffee!! 4 computers with internet access! The grounds are kept up beautifully always! My 2 bdrm. 2 bath, 2 walk-in closets, awesome kitchen with an island and lots of cupboard space, automatic icemaker in fridge and sprayer at the kitchen sink! A great room that is open and spacious with a spectacular view of the Colorado Mountains!
My apartment is everything I could ask for and more. There is a beautiful Jr. Olympic size pool, with a mini movie theater, sports lounge, game room and a beautiful place to hold events. The apartment is a 2 bdrm./2 bath/2 walk-in closets on either side of my great room and kitchen. Beautiful Colorado Mountain View! I also have a single garage close to my apartment! I love it!
I have lived here for over 3 years. Jr. Olympic size pool. Recently painted. They take good care of the grounds. Beautiful view. Maintence crew is awesome and respond quickly to fixes. Light rail will be nearby early next year. Close to I70. Office staff isnt as friendly. Make sure before move in that your carpet is either new or fairly new, mine was not, lots of stains returned within 3 weeks and had a hole sewed back together without pad underneath! After discovering this they offered to replace my carpet if i moved out for 2 days at my cost!! Shortage of parking so you must get a garage..and you must pay for it. Currently $75 a month.
I have lived in the apartment I'm in for seven years and I love it there. The apartment is spacious with high ceilings and updated kitchen and lighting. Maintenance is very fast and polite. Office people are great and always helpful. The pool and clubhouse, gym are updated clean and deluxe. The apartments are in the suburbs and have beautiful views of the mountains.
Rent is so high in the Denver area and Panorama at Arvada Ridge is no exception . I rent a 3 bedroom 2 bath for $1800. It very nice, plenty of room and the view from by balcony is gorgeous. The July 4th fireworks were amazing. When we moved in, we had fresh paint and new carpet. There is a huge pool, hot tub and gym. There's also a nice club house with pool table, movie theater and computers. The staff are wonderful and maintenance responds fast. The only thing I would do to improve the units would be to add granite and stainless. Other than that, I feel safe, and I feel it close to schools for my kids. I highly recommend. Love it here.
The building exteriors were just repainted and the parking lot just resealed. I currently rent a 1 bedroom apartment with a detached garage. Vaulted ceilings, spacious rooms (including a large walk-in closet),a roomy soaking tub in the bathroom (one of my favorite amenities), huge windows to allow plenty of natural light in, and a balcony, makes this complex comfortable and homey. Parking can be a bit of a bear but if you have a garage you need never stress it. The community includes an onsite gym, junior olympic sized pool, year round hot tub, gas grills for community use, playground for the kiddos, bark park for pets, and a clubhouse that includes a business office, media center, and pool table. Maintenance requests are always responded to in the same day and the maintenance crew is professional and courteous. The gals in the leasing office are friendly and helpful. Conveniently located near several major bike paths/trails and parks (one with a splash garden) so getting out and staying active is super easy. The neighborhood along Ralston/58th is undergoing major renewal/renovation with a Walmart neighborhood store being built so the nearby community is on the rise. Just a few short minutes from Olde Town Arvada, about 10 minutes from downtown Denver, and about 10 minutes from Red Rocks Amphitheater, you can go anywhere you wish without having to spend a ton of time in the car. The only reason I gave this community 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are not very many guest parking spaces so it's a little inconvenient to have friends/family visit but certainly not impossible. My neighbors are quiet, respectful, and friendly...I've never felt anything but safe and secure in this community.
This is a gorgeous apartment complex with a junior Olympic size pool , year round hot tub, fitness room, and dog park just minutes from Old Town Arvada. Maintenance at Panorama is excellent- if you can't change your light bulbs they will do it for you. And they buy the bulbs! Feel secure with safety inspections and fire alarm checks annually. Heating and air conditioning keep you perfectly cool and warm. Healthy additions: they change your heating/air filters twice per year. And everyone moves in to new carpet; it's changed after every move. New paint too! Washer/ dryer in your unit. Maintenance and property management give prompt and courteous service. The downside is you will pay a luxurious price for all this luxury. Rent has risen $300.00 in 3 years. You MUST rent a very narrow garage for $50.00/month. With pet rent, pet deposit, apartment deposit and application fees, you better check your bank accounts before heading over there. Four stars at a five star price .
This place has a nice set up and good amenities. Renting here was mostly uneventful and enjoyable until move out time. Change in staff at the front office made it so that all interactions were at best abrasive and at worst hostile. New staff make no effort to be accommodating, friendly, or have personal connections with tenants the way old staff did, and are clearly uninterested in creating a welcoming environment once your lease is signed. If you are looking here you can easily afford many comparable complexes nearby. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else.
Huge pool, 24 fitness center, awesome staff, and some great features! Moved here into a 2 bedroom apartment with my roommate and his girlfriend and the bedrooms are Master bedrooms which makes it easier to live in compared to others I've been. We all know how awkward those situations can be...#3rdwheeling. Anyways, they have a small dog park which is a nice bonus and right across the street from a huge park. Wish it was cheaper but I guess the price is comparable to alot of other complexs who are similar. Its worth a check out for sure!
