Property Ratings at Panorama Tower
They never reply or address your issue. If anything breaks in your apartment you are looking at 2 months until it is fixed. Their amenities are pathetic and shouldn’t be called amenities. You are better off living in the street
If I can give a 0 star, I would! Amy, the leasing manager, is unprofessional and rude. I have had multiple issues during my stay here and she never helped. She just arguing and fight with you and always like to blame you instead of help. No washer/dryer in units. Laundry room in the basement (a lot of machines are usually out of service), floors in units are always cold (concrete floors), closet is ridiculous small ( my stuff is still in the boxes). In rainy days the water in leaking right inside your apartment and etc. I do not recommend living here at all!
i’ve lived here for the past 2 years and plan on renewing for my third year because you honestly can’t find anything else this nice & modern for the price you’re paying. everything here is amazing, safe & clean. love my views, just wish the pool was rooftop but other than that this place is great and i’ve been in LA for the past 5 years and I haven’t loved any other complex as much as I do this one. it’s also pretty quiet, which is nice.
