Panther Creek Parc

Panther Creek Parc is an amazing apartment complex. When I moved in the office staff was great at helping me get in quickly during a rainstorm! The landscaping is very well done, the amenities are great, including a tanning bed, great gym, and pool! Maintenance always completes jobs in a timely manner. Proximity to the interstate and the Avenue is a huge plus. This apartment complex is by far the best bang for your buck in the 'boro!

I moved in about a month ago and it's been amazing... I've had a few issues with the apartment but they fixed them the next day! I've looked around over 20 apartments and honestly panther creek is the best option.. like what apartment has a tanning bed!!!! And it's free!!!! They also have a free personal gym trainer which is amazing!!! They are so layed back and acuttaly let you work on your cars (which is the main reason we choose this place) everyone here is so nice and respectful.. the staff are really sweet and caring... I highly recommend this place!!!

Just renewed, I love it here! Favorite things: trees/landscaping (ever notice how bare other communities are??), huge kitchen, dog-friendly, quiet, quick maintenance, easy I-24 access. They're very accommodating to make you feel at home compared to other places I've lived.

I have lived here for 4 years and I have loved it! I recently had a leak in my apartment and had to leave for a day due to the hazard risk.. maintenance and the office went above and beyond to let me stay in another apartment here while mine was being fixed! Any issue within your apartment gets fixed so quick. Living in a place that actually cares and listens to you is amazing!

I love this complex very much. Maintenance here is awesome. I just moved in 2 weeks ago and had a couple of minor issues that were promptly addressed. As far as management, I guess they’re ok as long as you don’t have a problem. I’ve got some very noisy upstairs neighbors. These people should not live above anyone. They don’t sit still when they’re home so I’m grateful for the quiet when they aren’t. I’ve recorded the noise and sent to management who said they have done their part in trying to reach out to them. Even a courtesy officer was supposed to advise them. I would love to give 5 stars but these noise problems keep me from doing that.

The staff is friendly and always wants to help you out. Maintenance as got it going on. Their always waving at everyone as they go by on those carts. All who works here are always so happy.I stopped by office on my way to store to tell them about my dishwasher. Was gone maybe 30 minutes came back and they had already been there and fix it. ??

This place has been my home for the past 3 years and I have loved every minute of it! Not only are the amenities incredible but staff is friendly and super helpful!

my gf and I recently moved here in August 2020 and I must say this place is a beautiful as it looks in person. The staff from leasing to maintenance are amazing especially Chad one of the leasing agents. We originally came down here looking at another place but there were issue contacted this apartment complex on a friday and they had us moved in by monday morning. The gated community has a big pool, gym, pet wash and car wash area as well as a doggy park for the pups. The apartment we got is a one bedroom and has a beautiful open floor plan and nice size patio. Parking is a little tough sometimes but as we all know people have more than one cars. But other than that this gated community is a great place to live in Murfreesboro and right next to interstate 24. Neighborhood walmart right down the street. OH!! yea they also have trash pick up 5 days of the week.

It's always quiet and peaceful. The office staff is always very helpful and friendly with me. Maintenance is on top of anything I need. The grounds are well manicured. My apartment is nice and very spacious and very up to date. I would recommend Panther Creek to anyone looking for an apartment.

My fiancé and love living in panther creek. We have no lives here over 2 years and will be here for another year at least. The other residents are polite and nice. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. The maintenance staff fix’s our issues very fast. I highly recommend Panther Creek Parc!!

Absolutely love my apartment! Spacious and modern floor plans. Well manicured property! Nice views throughout the property. Killer sunrise and sunset views from my apartment. Professional and timely staff. As soon as you enter the property, you feel at home. Close to everything I need!Definitely a winner!

They told us our pet deposit would go for any damages caused by our pets which turned out to be a lie. Every time we talked to the office they would tell us one thing and do another. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

I was a long term resident at this place and it was very nice at first but is becoming very run down. All management cares about is your cash. Dirty breezeway with rats,bogus trash violations, and rents raises are the norm here. I had my rent raised twice and the second time I moved out after almost 2 1/2 years. I even got a neighbors lease renewal on my door which was $165 cheaper for the same floor plan and that was before they tried to raise my rent another 70 unless I signed an 18 month renewal. Additionally I am a very clean person and started getting roaches in my place 2 months before I moved out probably due to the lack of upkeep to the structures exterior and lack of adequate pest control. oh and i received a revised statement 6 weeks after move out stating it was going to be an additional 150 for pest treatment and it was being sent to collections although this was the first time I ever was sent this. No call, no letter, nothing. Additionally I was harassed for talking loudly and playing loud music out of mini bose speaker with two girls in a normal conversation on my balcony at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. Just wanted to give all the warning it used to be a good place but is getting run down and there are much cheaper and better options out there for the money.

Management enjoys harassing tenants! Maintenance does a great job!

I have loved living at Panther Creek Parc. The ladies at the main office are always very kind and helpful. Any time I have put in a request for something to be looked at, it is taken care of that very day or, at the latest, the next day. The apartments are large in size and the lanais are unbelievable. I could sit on my patio every night. I haven't even mentioned the pool area. I didn't take a vacation this summer, and I didn't even mind it because I had a resort right in my own back yard. It's location is great for anyone who may need to commute, as it is within a mile or so of the innerstate.

Integra Creek/Panther Park is located 1-2 minutes from The Avenue shopping centers. It's close to malls, restaurants, entertainment, and grocery stores. It really is a great place to live. The staff is so welcoming and friendly, always waving as they pass by. My favorite part about living here, is the luxury feel of the apartment. Hard wood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting.
