Property Ratings at Wildcat Crossing
Poor management. Poor quality of finish work with there "remodeled units". They are are below average in my opinion. Would leave a lower score if I could. Management is rude akd dismissive of resident issues. Seems like they hire just about anyone.
Poor management, zero communication. Will keep a deposit with no explanation.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of our property. We would love to talk to you more about your experience at Wildcat Crossing. We have just implemented a new text messaging system which allows us to better communicate with our residents. We take pride in constantly adapting to ensure that our residents are heard. Please call us, text us, email us, or stop by the office, we would love to treat you to lunch on us!
The staff here at all levels seems to do what they want and do not help anyone here. Maintenance will only come if you repeatedly send requests as they will just text you that they did something without actually doing it. The staff in the leasing office is more focused on decorating their pool than fixing any issues like the trash everywhere, the loud people, the security issues, and any charge related issues (other than what they want to collect from you). The business practices in play here also are very sketchy so be careful if you rent here. They will add random charges to your monthly fee but hide where the charges are listed. Each month you will just see what is due and not what comprises that amount or any description of the charges. Also they seem to have favorite residents they will work with and give more help and leeway to. I have seen people worried about their pets only to have others letting dogs run around without leashes or picking up after them. The apartment layouts are ok and if you do not mind having to deal with some new issue with the staff every 2 weeks then this place will work for you. I do not wish this place on anyone.
The apartments are located in a good spot near stores, food, and the college and the rooms are a good layout but those are the only good qualities. Most of the residents leave trash and cigarettes everywhere with no repercussions. You will hear people yelling at each other or blasting music every night so its a nightmare for anyone that works early or studies. If you need a place to live though this place can do that.
This complex is recently renovated. The management team cares and the maintenance staff responds quickly to requests. 1 bd/1 bath units are hard to find in Chico and this complex offers an exercise room, laundry rooms, and pools. There is plenty of parking and they welcome PETS. The residents are quiet, but friendly. This was a good place to live for the past two years. Easy drive to CSU, Chico or Butte. The monthly lease rate is reasonable and the units spacious with dishwashers, and garbage disposals. Take a tour, you will be pleasantly surprised!!

Thank you for reviewing our property, we gratefully appreciate it! We are so very glad to hear you enjoyed your stay here at Wildcat Crossing. We strive to provide a beautiful, comfortable, and friendly environment for our residents. We love that we can give our residents spacious, modern, clean, and comfortable 1bd/1ba units. You are so correct in saying our pet policy is amazing we truly do love meeting all of our resident’s furry pals. Please let us know if you have any suggestions to make living here an even better experience. ??
Its fine for what it is and the apartments are passable but that is where anything good ends. Even with new renovations constant maintenance is needed. The pool is filled with screaming children at all hours of the day and people blare music nonstop. Every week there is new interruption from management to require new documents they think up and they never address the actual issues that come up. If your looking for a place to live this place is not the worst but make it your last option.

Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We greatly appreciate it. I understand that our renovations are taking a bit longer than anyone would have liked. We love our residents, and we believe they deserve the best. While we were able to add a new full sized basketball court, a brand-new dog park for our dog loving residents, a newly renovated gym – all within schedule, we had some delays with our new pool. We decided to add a tile that is absolutely gorgeous which had been on back order, we also felt our residents deserved a bigger spa than we had agreed on, so yes, it has caused some delays. However, it is projected to be completed by the end of Spring which will make about the 60% of current residents that love us who renew with us year after year, super happy this Summer. Our pool has been closed since around April of 2020 due to the start of the pandemic and for the safety of our residents. At Wildcat Crossing we take the safety of the people in our community very seriously. I am sorry you feel that we were not the best match for you. Are there any suggestions you have that may help us better our service in the future?
I’ve had a pretty lackluster experience living at this complex. They’ve been doing lots of loud construction for months now with no end in sight. There are literally refrigerators and ovens laying in bushes. The weight room was closed almost all year and took them months to open it, it’s a very small room. I’ve been woken up at night by loud trucks driving through the parking lots. My hot water broke about four times but they fixed it by the next day. The parking lots are also pretty rough. Management was pretty nice and my 1 bed / 1 bath was a pretty good size. There was usually someone in their office when I needed them or messages posted when they’d return.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. After the new purchase of the property our team just felt like our residents deserved so much better. Renovations will be completed in the next couple of months. The awful speed bumps on the parking lot are being shaved down this week. They gym is now open and we have added a fob system and cameras on site for the safety of our residents. We are also super excited about the spa and heated pool that will be completed this summer. Thank you so much for you patience during these renovations, please stop by the office or give us a call so we can treat you to lunch.
Nice interior, just nothing else besides gym & pool. Poor quality residents with poor quality etiquette and manners. If there’s not cigarette butts on your porch, they’re either in the walkway or in the pool. Great place if you work graveyard shift because most neighbors are so loud and nosy. Best believe to keep your blinds closed so nobody tries casing your spot. Tweakers in and out the complex (randomly) and the managers seem to not care too much at all.

We are so sorry you had such a terrible experience. The property is under new ownership and new management and we would love to invite you for a tour. There are so many amazing things happening, for starters we have just opened our gym after a serious remodel. We are adding a new heated pool, spa, BBQ area and clubhouse! Please stop by so we can show you everything, lunch will be on us if you do :)Oh and by the way, we have added a key fob system and cameras on site for the safety and security of our residents.
Located in "college town" so it is great for students. Also convenient because there is a grocery store and restaurants across the street. Has a pool and clubhouse that are nice features. The new managers are young and requests do not always get processed quickly. There is also an opening in the fence that has led to crime. However, there are a lot of great and friendly people living in the complex and the price is mostly reasonable.
