The dishwasher is a Maytag with 3rd level rack, and the range is a Samsung with WiFi enabled capabilities- top of the line! Additionally, there is a large walk in hall closet in the unit that allows for tons of storage space! The complex itself is 16 units laid out over two floors, with a keyed laundry facility with two sets of washers and dryers. The location of the building is great for anyone wanting to be waterside, while still close to downtown without the hassles of the noise and parking troubles. Additionally, the building is ideally situated as it is bordered by Big Bayou to the east and a public park and boat ramp to the south; it sits across the water from Coquina Key. Just a quick commute down 4th street to all the dining, museums, and nightlife of Downtown St. Pete; great for anyone who works downtown or is a student at USF, SPC or Eckerd College. Great for those who like to kayak, as there is a kayak rack on site and a boat ramp in Grandview Park, which is literally next door. Just blocks from Chattaway, Boyd Hill, and other iconic fixtures of the Old Southeast neighborhood! Owner pays water, sewer, and trash. Sorry, no dogs. Thank you!
