Following recent renovations, Paradise Boutique Apartments has transformed from a retirement facility into a vibrant market-rate apartment complex, welcoming individuals aged 18 and above. For your convenience, carport parking is available at an additional monthly fee, with assigned parking options also provided. Our utilities are billed at $0.29 per square foot, paid each month along with your rent each month, covering power, water, septic, trash, gas, and community Wi-Fi services. To ensure your safety and security, the building's public exterior doors are locked from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, and we offer the convenience of an elevator for easy access. All new leases signed on or after 11/1/2024 are 12-month leases that automatically roll over to month to month leases at the start of the 13th month.

Quiet and safe

I've lived here now for 1 1/2 years and I love it. Beautiful views of the mountains and so peaceful. The manager helps with anything needed and the utilities are flat rate. The electricity is off-grid so we don't have to worry about power outages. All the side doors are always locked and require a key or code. I feel safe and grateful to have found this gem.

Great Value & Flat Rate Utilities

When we moved here it was the most affordable place in all of Butte County. The utilities are paid to the apartments instead of PGE and PID and they are a flat fee each month, never changes. They keep adding amenities like vending machines, TV room, gardens, etc. This place is the most affordable around town and probably even further.
