Welcome to Paradise Club, where our name says it all! We are a unique apartment community in Toms River, NJ. Most of Toms River is on the New Jersey mainland, but a section of the city on Barnegat Peninsula enjoys a beautiful beachfront position on the Atlantic Ocean, adjacent to Seaside Heights. Because of this split, the community has a distinct variance in atmosphere depending on where in town you are: the areas along the ocean and Barnegat Bay frequently see droves of tourists in the summer months, and the locals in the coastal parts of town enjoy a classic seaside lifestyle often involving boating, fishing, and soaking in the sunshine.
While folks farther inland enjoy convenient access to the beach as well, most of the mainland portion of the city enjoys a more traditional atmosphere, with quiet residential neighborhoods and a charming downtown district on the banks of the eponymous river. Residents also have the benefit of living just ninety minutes from both New York City and Philadelphia, putting two of America’s biggest and most exciting cities within easy weekend trip distance.

Rude staff
I was extremely interested in a 1 bedroom apartment in this complex. I received a phone call from their leasing office and the man who had called me was extremely rude. I had asked if pets were allowed and was told “just cats no dogs.” I asked about guinea pigs, to which he said “no thanks we dont want you here.”

Slummy!
Good luck! Tenants are loud. You'll need bug spray and bleach for the mold. Atmosphere is full of drugs, fights, cops and prostitutes. Music and yelling till all hours. You'll wait forever for things to be maintained and fixed. Rude, lazy maintenance. Management could care less. Rules are not enforced. Gets worse by the day!

Don't move here live in a box or your car first. Management could not give a crap. Drug dealings all night long. Fights.

pretty much every thing is so close to this apartment. school.shopping center. nice management . i would to refer peoples to be welcome here.

Great place to live and kid friendly
I have been here for 9 years and have no complaints the managers are nice and quickly respond to problems as does the maintenance men who are also nice. I am glad to call this place my home.
