Property Ratings at Paradise Oaks Apartments
This is an older property, but very well kept.. I'll be moving to Austin soon and this property is definitely a contender.
I live in a complex across the street but despite several phone calls and emails from both myself and the management at my complex management is apathetic at best about their residents dogs running about in the street. We consistently come across 3 that are together, another small brown one and have also come across a (friendly) Shepard mix. We have been instructed to take a photo of these dogs off leash when it happens. However that is difficult to do with a 50+ pound dog who is reactive to manage, while these dogs approach most of the time without a owner even in sight. We have yet to hear back from management themselves and only got this update via our management. Based on how simple leash laws are enforced- I have some doubts about how effectively management will deal with any potential issues.
