Been living in paragon for 5 years now and had the most amazing experience. The leasing manager Britney was very friendly and very responsive to any questions you need. Apartment is very clean and hallway smells so good everytime. Maintenance are very fast to respond for anything that need to get fixed. Very quiet apartment and the pool and sauna and jacuzzi are the best!!! nothing but praised for this apartment. Britney the leasing manager makes the experience wonderful!! Britney deserves a raise!!!

We're moving out after 2 and 1/2 years living here. We first chose to live here because the office was the most responsive compared to the other apartments we tried in West Bloomington, as well as the most friendly. I remember the other offices in this area having late responses and being rushed on the phone, but the people at Paragon were really nice and quick to respond. Our apartment was a newly renovated one when we moved in, with new appliances and fresh floors, and we've loved it! We've had no issues with the apartment during our time here. The underground heated parking is the best! The facilities are also very nice, and if it hadn't been for Covid, we would have used the grills, playgrounds, gym, and swimming pool more often. One story I like is when one of the facility guys helped our daughter call us when she missed her school bus. He stayed with her and helped her into the lobby of our building until I got home. I've always been grateful to him!!

Have lived here for 2 years now. The buildings are nice, and well maintained. The landscaping is gorgeous as well. The amenities offered are pretty great too. I wish our pool could be open 24/7, but its still open until 10pm 7 days a week. The types of neighbors is ok. There are a lot of kids, and the parents dont control them, but that is not managements fault. The one thing I really dont like though is that our rent goes up a little bit every year. Other residents have the same complaint as well. For many years, when you want to renew your lease, your apartment (for no reason) is $30 (or more) more expensive.
Two bedroom two bath with tons of space and the price is right. Staff works till 10pm each night and i have a sweet deck. I look forward to many years here.
