Param Apartments

The people at the office are so nice and always willing to help. On point maintenance with same day reverts. Peaceful environment and well lit apartments. Lived here for 2 years and continuing, I would highly recommend this.

I lived there for almost 2 years and I must say that they have the best management ever! and Everyone is nice and helpful. Maintenance team responds fast. The area is so safe and quiet. I would definitely recommend this place! Thank you Param apartments!

Param apartments have been amazing! My girlfriend and I have had the best experience here with no problems. The office is always so helpful and maintenance is on top of their game. The apartment buildings are always kept clean and management is always on their A game. When it is cold/icy out they text everyone warning them and they ice the side walks/ parking spots super quick. One time my AC unit was having issues so I contacted management and they came that day to fix it. Param apartments actually care about their renters. They have security driving around at night as well.

I highly recommend Param apartments for anyone who is looking for spacious units. Great experience and friendly neighborhood. Accessible to restaurants and grocery stores. Also preferable for the residents who are looking for public bus transportation. The leasing procedures are very simple and quick. Thanks to Fiza (Param management) for her excellent hospitality throughout my stay in Param apartments....

As a whole, the management at this apartment complex do not seem to care about their tenants, especially related to maintenance issues. Having said that, this particular review relates to apartment 103 in building 1631, which my girlfriend rented from November 2016 to the end of October 2017. Basically, all of the doors in the apartment had issues making them either difficult or impossible to close. Although claims were filed to the office, nothing was done about the doors for several months. During the late summer/early fall months of 2017 (about 10-11 months of owning the apartment and placing the claims), maintenance was called for another problem (the a/c not working). Although they didn’t seem to fix the a/c, they finally fixed the bathroom door by removing the floor strip. The bedroom door was also finally fixed around this time. But the biggest problem was the FLOODING. In March of 2017, she returned home to find the majority of her apartment flooded. A lot of her furniture was destroyed by water damage. They offered her a furnished apartment while they “fixed” her apartment (there was a huge crack in the foundation), but told her she could not return to her apartment. Being quoted a week, she packed enough belongings for a week or so, but the repairs were AGAIN not completed in a timely manner. It took 17 days for them to complete the repairs...that’s over two times longer than they stated it would take. Every time my girlfriend called to get an update about the apartment, they would give her the run around or just wouldn’t answer the phone or emails. Finally, she just checked on her apartment on her own. She found there had been absolutely NO work done on her apartment for the first week or so. Finally, they let her back into her apartment. BUT they didn’t actually fix the apartment because it flooding again in October of 2017. What’s almost worse is that, after the first flooding (which occurred right before monthly rent was due), the management took out her rent several days before it was due. The lease stated they would take rent out on the 1st of the month (or on the next business day if the 1st landed on a holiday), but they started taking it out consistently 5-7 days prior to the first of the month. It was like management took her rent early so she could not get out of the lease after the flooding, which is illegal. On top of everything, they also tried raising her rent by about $100. Management is terrible.

Wonderful apartment with an attentive and caring staff. Param Management Staff is polite and friendly, housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The only area to improvement is laundry room maintenance.I highly recommended this place to anyone, Really value for money!

I lived in PARAM apartment 1 year before and it had been delightful place to live.All The appliances, Carpets are well-maintained nice and clean Maintenance here was wonderful...I had always received a very quick response. Also the management is really so nice and helpful. I had never known them to be anything other than friendly and cordial. I want to come back again………..

I have been living in my aparment for 3 years now. It has been great . The garden area , plus the management department. They try to resolve any issues on time . They are friendly and hardworking . There is a great park in the aparment complex for the kids to play and even for adults to go take a walk . The area is always safe!

I occupied a furnished 1bhk in Param Apts after searching alot of places. Truly, this place is home away from home. The management is polite and friendly, very helpful. The house keeping staff does an excellent job every 15days. I cannot ask for more and thumbs up to Param Management. The only area where they need to improve is laundry room maintenance. Otherwise this place is excellent and I highly recommend this to anyone.
