Just fine
Hallways and steps were never cleaned. AC is not working sometimes, and facility is a bit old. The leasing office is arrogant when you try to ask for maintenance. On the up side, the rent is slightly lower compared to similar properties.

Nice
The apartment complex is very nice and situated in a very nice area of town. If you want to be away from Penn State University party scene then this apartment is perfect. The management is nice. Only downside is that if you have to break the lease then you will have to pay rent for all the remaining months.

Great Place to Live
We have lived at Paramount Circle apartments for about 1.5 years. Prompt service when something breaks, new appliances when something breaks. It is a wonderful place near parks and close to the university. Very happy with the apartment and location,.
