At this time it wouldn't be fair. I moved in the first day of transition of teams. My concerns have been addressed and are being worked on. I am pleased with my choice.
Living here gives me freedom and peace in knowing I no longer have to worry about maintaining my home. It’s my time to relax and enjoy life without the obligations I had in the past. Thank You Lord for leading me to Parasol for the next season in my life.
Bathroom sub-floor is such that most of the grout lines are cracked. Cheapest appliances installed. Refrigerator makes loud banging sounds every now and then. Sometimes I smell Freon. The apartment door from the hallway has a gap below it so sounds within your apartment, whatever they might be, be it your voice or dishes or silverware clanking, can be heard in the hallway. No sound abatement construction between adjacent apartments so you hear the snoring from next door. Walking down the hallway you can enjoy the activities within any of the other apartments. Heated pool temperature is too high for one to swim laps as part of a workout. I like the staff. Building facade looks nice. Bowling alley next door has some late night parking lot parties which required at two in the morning a call to the police.

Today it seems hard to find that perfect place to live. Well we finally found it at Parasol. The staff is very helpful. Thanks to Dina, Haley and Nancy. The residents are wonderful to spend time with while enjoying the amenities and activities.
After touring many Rental Facilities here in Brevard County, my Husband and I decided to choose Parasol Melbourne. Parasol Melbourne provided a professional staff, luxury units, a choice of activities to indulge in while socializing with others in your 55 plus age range. I have found Parasol Melbourne to be safe, quiet, friendly and economical for us.
