Been here almost a year. Haven’t really had any issues. Our building is pretty quiet. In general it’s a pretty quiet place. I haven’t had any issues with office staff. Nicole is great about helping out with anything you need. And have to give a shout of to Mark the grounds keeper/maintenance guy. He is super friendly and does a great job of keeping the place clean. My dog loves him because he always has treats. She gets excited when she sees the golf cart.

I never have any issues while living at Parc 1346. At times vehicles will come in late at night and visitors/residence will rev the motors while driving through, but that’s not an issue with the Apartment complex. Parc 1346 is a mostly calm, well located, and pleasant place to call home.

It’s loud at all hours ( we bought sound machine) and since the people below have moved in we have fought roaches, for months ( so gross). The front office Nicole has been the best part of the stay, they do get right on maintenance just not getting rid of roaches..

Ive lived here going on 3 years now. The office staff is great and the maintenance in will address issues very promptly. The grounds are always kept, and the pool area is fantastic. Its so centrally located to everything. We can be down town or anywhere in Chattanooga from 5 to 20 minutes. My daughter and i love it here.

Very quiet. We barely and rarely hear adjoining neighbors. Lots of greenspace. Gates not operational a lot of times which defeats the purpose of living in a gated complex. Parking is horrible. Way to few spots. I typically park closer to neighboring building than I do my own. Picking up after your dog not enforced especially in the “dog park”.

Good complex. Main issue is security though. Sometimes the gate breaks. The last time it was broken someone broke into and tried to steal my car. Someone also stole my son’s bike. Nothing has been done about either of these things.

Everyone who comes to see my new apartment is so jealous! Our amentities are unlike most apartment placed near the Chattanooga area. We love them! The pool, fitness center, we even play tennis on the weekends! Safety is a little bit of a concern, but we keep a ring doorbell and it’s more comforting :)

This apartment community is the best place to live with your family. I like to live here. Perfectly located. It has large and comfortable apartments. Also, it has spaces where you can walk with your pet. Nice swimming pool where you can relax or enjoy with your kids, gym and tennis court. The location of the apartment complex is great but the rent has become to high for old appliances and difficult times. The refrigerator, microwave are old. The blinds are a pain especially when you have a dog and the light feature in the dining room is ugly and to low which if you are not careful your head will bump it. The location is great because it's close to shopping, restaurants, hospital and interstate which can take you to downtown around 20 minutes. I still think they need to lower the rent and update the appliances.

We love it here! We’ve always been able to find parking near our building. The apartments are spacious and have lots of closets (we’re in a 2 bedroom). The washer and dryer hook ups are one of our favorite features. They aren’t brand new apartments, but they’re in good shape! It’s very easy to report any concerns and they are taken care of promptly! There are some cool amenities as well, car cleaning station, hammocks, fire pit area, grill area, pool, gym, small playground, and the community is gated. We didn’t think twice about renewing our lease!!

I have been living here for 2 years and it is a really good place. The staff is friendly and the maintenance is fast. The surrounding infrastructure is also good.

I have Enjoyed the last year for the most part here I’ve only had a couple issues that have mostly been taken care of I like it’s gated and we enjoy the pool and gym

Very quiet and chill. The gym is nice, people mind their business in general, and the pool is beautiful along with the lakes. The office is very quick with responding to questions and they're very helpful!

I absolutely love it here. The staff is amazing, super punctual in any requests I have. My neighbors are nice and friendly, even offering to invite me to be family (as I live alone/out of state from actual family).

There is no basketball hoop. The kids have nowhere to play! I consider this a big disadvantage. Also the second lake is slowly turning into a puddle!

I love the lake and landscape and my neighbors but the only problem thing is it’s hard getting maintenance to complete any work order my air conditioner not blowing cool my outlets not working since I moved in
