I’ve been a resident at Parc 85 for almost 3 years. It’s a quiet neighborhood. No issues with bugs. I’ve been in 2 different units (due to rent increasing for one). The leasing office staff has changed like 3 times but the staff remains patient and helpful. The maintenance team is very helpful! Nacho especially, he has reliable and gets the job done fast! I recently switched jobs and will be making less, so I’m needing to move. Though I’d stay here longer if I could. It’s been my little haven for so long. It’s a great location, to food and stuff to do. I will miss living here!

Have been residing here for about 18 months now and have no complaints. The team in the leasing office were very welcoming and helpful to make our move as smooth as possible, and the maintenance team has gone above and beyond to respond to any open requests and resolve them within a couple of days of the ticket being created. Kelley and Nacho in particular deserve special mention in that regard. Property management front office has been nothing but welcoming and helpful for all requests and questions. Nacho has been our go to guy for all maintenance related requests, and has been absolutely exceptional in service and quality of work. No complaints whatsoever.

I’ve been here for about 8 months and I have had overall good experiences from the office staff and maintenance team. Dana the property manager is always friendly. I’ve never had attitude or any negative experience from the rest of the office staff either. Nacho, Ty, & the rest of the maintenance team are very responsive, timely, and polite.

FYI, If you are looking for a quite, clean home this is it. I have lived here for two years and the staff is great ????. If you are looking for a place you can stay year after year and feel safe, this is not the place. The rent will go up 40 percent after your first year and then will be listed online for new renters at a much cheaper price. The gate is always broken.. It has been open for about 5 months now. I have watched people drive in and hang out then drive out. i'm tired of hearing stop bye the office so we can discuss this, when i did i was told the owner is not going down to what's online. He is loosing money, so basically his tenants mean nothing!! What ever happened to people who cared about good tenants??
I've lived here for two years and this community is great, i've never had any problems with the staff, the are very professional and friendly.. However they don't offer any lease past 12 months. When your lease is up they will hit you with a renewal increase of $400-$500 to stay or an option to get a smaller apartment or leave.. They will have your apartment listed to rent cheaper than what they offered you for renewal.
Current resident and the complex is decent, but another classic example of a complex that wants you to forgive its flaws related to COVID, but still sticking it to the residents. No ammenities for my first year here, but new management came in, changed policies and quickly fined residents for things that used to be standard. I've had 2 shelves collapse costing me over $100 in dishware gone. No offer to compensate. I get calls from the gate 3-5 times a day from randos trying to get it. Management refused to help fix this.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! This place is TRASH doesn’t deserve my 1 star. They don’t care about their residents at all. Ive killed over 40 roaches. Worst apartment experience ever!!
HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! DO NOT MOVE HERE ???? It is NOT a luxury apartment complex. THERES MOLD in the windows, there’s bugs, the paint is chipping off the sinks. Kitchen cabinets are broken and not placed correctly. EVERYTHING, LOOKS HALF DONE. And is falling apart. THEY are quick to charge and try to get money from you but ain’t quick to show up when you request maintenance. They are unprofessional. PLEASE SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!
This apartment is old, dirty and poorly maintained. There are too many roaches. Management office always makes excuses and lies. If you are interested in this apartment, be sure to check the actual condition of the unit. Save your time and money.
If you're looking for a clean and well maintained apartment, this apartment is absolutely not the place for you. Never trust old reviews, see recent reviews. This apartment is getting worse and worse. The maintenance team is completely incapable of maintaining this old apartment, and the management team has no intention of solving any problems. They just wait for the tenant to give up and stop complaining.
I lived for more than 3 years at Estates at Crossroad. The staffs are very rude and unprofessional. They never give you accurate information for the leasing term. Make sure you get all the answers to them on emails, not through the phone call. They lie on the phone calls then charge you through the web portal. Especially, the Assistant manager who does not know how to deal with their resident politely. I don't recommend this apartment only because their office members are rude.
We lived here for 2 months and they kicked us out because of a group of little kids my son hung with and there are ants everywhere and bugs and the tenants are not friendly at all
I just moved into the complex last month, they were extremely on time with repairs that needed to be made, They keep the area neat and clean. They have contests and events for all. Very quite too which is nice after a long day at work.
Moved here in 2010. Let me say first off - This place is quite, for the most part. I feel safe here, but the gates are out of commision quite often. First couple of years the complex was well kept and maintained. Then the management company changes started. Not sure if they are the same companies, but for sure new staff. Main focus is now on raising rent. Staff argues with everything you try to talk to them about. They stick notifications on your door (not legal actually) then proceed with whatever they want to do even though your notice may have blown off with the wind. The compactor/dumpster area is always messy. People dump ALL types of garbage, which is not the complexes fault, but they don't try to address the issue. Instead they have an overfill dumpster tucked away so it's not noticed from the road, but just happens to be next to my front door! In my opinion the buildings continue to deteriorite. Lots of wood rotting and needs paint badly. In conclusion, I have to say I've stayed here because of location and security. But if the rent continues to go up $75 - $100 every year, then I'm moving next year. You can rent a decent house in this area of Atlanta for $1100.00 mo.
