Not a good experience. No communication from the office when work orders are closed without being addressed or looked into. Having to put duplicate work orders in and them not be addressed. Struggling to get things fixed.
I like these apartments because it’s a quiet community, theres not a lot of noise outside. The maintenance guys are pretty good at coming out and fixing any issues we might have. It did take a while to get a clear confirmation that we were moving in. Each apartment has appliances that work so it is good.
I have had multiple isssues that I have reported and nothing has been fixed or accommodated for.
I’m very disappointed and not at all happy with Parc at 21st & Rock. The leasing agents have been a revolving door and there is no consistency, communication is very lacking as well. Especially with the work on the parking lot this week. It’s been very convoluted and disorganized.
Parc at 21st and Rock has beautiful, well kept grounds, the pool and the clubhouse offer great recreation and the location is great because it's near a thriving shopping and eatery district.
Am not happy with my unit, or anything in my complex.
Terrible worst apartment ever and the price was raised. The pool was green all last summer and the laundry room is cheap and disgusting. The employees are all rude and act like you’re bothering them whenever you have questions.
Worst experience at this residence. Maintenance always slow and poorly done. At least the new maintenance supervisor (I forgot his name) who came a week before I moved out knows how to care for the residents. Lighting need to be improved. All the best to new tenants.
I hate this apartment very very much after it got its new owner. It tries all ways to get your money. You have to pay bills for rent, extra insurance, gas, electricity, water, trash and internet ($60/month for internet, that I don't want). Tenant

I have been living here a few months and don’t have any complaints about the surrounding. The people seems to be nice and the music is kept at a minimum. It’s clean and I can talk to mgmt for the most part.
As I’ve only lived here a short time I appreciate the staff for making me feel welcome and helping me with all and any concerns. Love the all wood floors and the location!
The laundry facilities are nasty and dirty. The machines don't work very well. We have had roaches ever since the apartment next door was infested in them. We have not gotten rid of them. We asked for maintenance the first week we moved in and a month later there are still things not done.
I love my apartment at Parc at 21st & Rock. The rooms are spacious but cozy. The grounds are well kept and the location is great. We are close to shopping, restaurants and entertainment venues. Parc at 21st & Rock is a nice place to live.
PARC at 21st and Rock is an up and coming Apt complex they are very good at communication and helping you through the leasing process. I am thrilled at how well PARC has taken care of my family.
Ever since the new management came in the price of living went up and the quality of service has gone down.
Okay place to live for short term lease. Management was nice. Maintenance was weird.

Thank you for your review. We use Transunion for our credit reports and Kansas Investigative Services (KIS) for our criminal reports. Shootings can happen any and every where. There has been shootings in movie theaters, schools, even churches. This is something no one has control over. I hope you enjoyed your stay here and hope things get better.

Broadmoor at chelsea is a horrible place to live. If you move in to this apartment complex be well aware people will break into your house or the maintenance or management will come in to your apartment unannounced when you're not at home. My apartment was broken into 3 different times and when they broke in the 3rd time whoever broke in stole my phone. So if you have valuables I suggest that you take them with you otherwise they will be stolen. Be cautious when you move into this place or at least have a security camera to see how is coming into your living space.

Not sure when this happened. I have managed this place for four plus years and the only time there was a break in it was random. This was around Christmas time as well. I am not aware of any robberies at all.Again, the break ins were random and are defiantly not a common thing. This is a great location and as a single female, I feel totally safe here at all hours of the day. I wish your experience was better. Please know break ins and robberies could happen even in the nicest areas. Totally off the subject, but even Kim Kardashian was robbed at some point. That just goes to show that things could happen to anyone any where.
The worst customer service ever, especially after you commit to the agreement. A friend of mine was a month behind, so they locked his apartment took couple thousands of dollars worth of electronics and after he paid the month behind and the cancelation fee, he never got his belongings back, since they took it from him, telling him that they paid for the storage and couldn’t pay any longer so they lost it all. The owner kept on threatening the customer that he is a part of the local law firm and told the customer that he has no chance to get his belongings back. Think twice before you get into this mess!!!! The worst customer service ever!

Sorry to hear about your friend. Per, the lease agreement here, if rent is over a month past due, we do file eviction, lock the doors, and place an add in the Wichita Eagle for the belongings that are of value. If there is anything of value, that would be considered reimbursement for rent, advertising, re-leasing the place, cleaning, ect. I know the owner and he has never threatened anyone over rent. He has been in business for years and this is nothing new to him. He would not have time to harass and threaten anyone especially since we have an attorney to deal with things such as evictions. Again, this is a great place and no one has to worry about things like this as long as the rent is paid. There are always legal ways and processes to go about things and two sides to every story.
I love Broadmoor At Chelsea! The respond to my complaints are resolved quickly! It's very quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The apartment complex is always clean from the pools,washer and dryer work properly and that is a plus for a neat freak like me! This is my first house and I wanted my kitchen appliances to be black and the were and I also wanted me and my son too have our own bathrooms and that is exactly how their floor plans are styled. Thanks Broadmoor.
