This is a place to call home. The staff here are professional and responsive to the needs of the residents and they treat you like family. Repairs and continued maintenance keep The Parc at Grandview looking good all the time. New LED lighting add to the safety and security of this property. After living here the last 2 plus years I can say that my family and I made an excellent choice. Well worth the price....

I lived at The Parc at Grandview for two years and always felt that the office and maintenance staff were quick to respond and address any issues and concerns that arose during my stay. I also loved my apartment with a great view of the mountains beyond 280. I recently returned to Birmingham and took a look at some of the competition in the area who had slightly lower rental rates on smaller apartments than my former. The properties were attractive at a distance but, on closer look, did not appear as well kept. Some reviews by their residents also mentioned problems with maintenance responses and an apparent lack of concern by office staff. I decided to return to The Parc pretty quickly and was so pleased to work with Keyana who went out of her way to help me decide where I would be most comfortable. Then Catherine and Melissa stepped up to help me explore other options and once I found the right spot, Melissa and then the maintenance crew stepped up to make it happen in record time. The hiccup I’ve experienced since moving in received very prompt attention and resolution. I’m very happy to be back at The Parc at Grandview!

So far, so very GOOD! From beginning to end, Lauren P made our experience special, no question was silly. We hadn't been in the rental market for many years, so had a lot of questions. She's been patient and kind with every pre move-in concern we had and responded to all our emails promptly. Lauren made what could have been a difficult transition, less so. We are private people and appreciate that she kept our conversations low-key while in the open-space offices. The way she handled our experience from beginning to end (professional yet friendly) and we are confident, beyond, we would have gone elsewhere. Thanks very much.

After nearly a decade of being a military family, we settled in Birmingham two years ago. It took FOREVER to find an apartment complex that was not rundown and competitively priced. We fell in love with the Parc at Grandview instantaneously. The clubhouse, pool, and amenities are GORGEOUS! Because the complex is still pretty new, the property looks just like the pictures. The staff is super friendly. We are actually going to miss them when we leave! Pros: Large bedrooms and baths. A Everything in the apartment feels expensive (the fixtures, the countertops, wine rack, doors, and windows, etc.) Sound proof - I NEVER heard my neighbors! Seems pet friendly (seems like everyone but us has a dog!) But no poop around (thank goodness!) The theater room is FABULOUS!! Nearly 30 big, comfy chairs and cable, but people rarely use it. The Wi-Fi Bistro is also great w/free coffee, a pool table, a kitchen and TONS of space. We had both of my daughter's birthday parties there. Walking distance to Pappadeaux's. Cons: BIRMINGHAM SCHOOL DISTRICT This is a huge drawback. If you have school-aged children, and you aren't planning on sending them to private school, this is NOT the place for you. If private school is in your budget, our daughter LOVED Heritage Christian Academy (formerly Shades Mountain Christian School). Depending on your budget, it might be a little pricey. For the quality, amount of space, and amenities, it's a steal. 280 traffic is horrible, really, really horrible. The complex is very close to the 459 ramps, but coming home during evening rush hour times is still aggravating enough to induce road rage. If you need to head south during those times, just forget it! You absolutely MUST learn to use the road behind Grandview Medical Center to get to the brand new Publix and Lifetime Fitness. Happy hunting!
Maintenance was always VERY prompt. Parking sucked on our side of the building and there isn't a lot of green space to walk the dog. Everything else was great.
Upon getting out of the military, the Parc at Grandview team assisted tremendously in making our transition from Ft. Stewart, GA to Birmingham, AL and move-in as smooth as possible. The team members are like no other. What you see is truly what you get. The care and hospitality shown here remains the same.....even AFTER signing your lease!!!! 3 years going strong!!!!
