Move in day was terrible. Too much to type, but the leasing office already is aware of everything that was wrong. Apartment wasn’t move in ready it was very nasty and a lot of damage to keep it simple. Wasted money on a U-Haul truck that we didn’t get to use because we had to move everything in 3 days after we signed the lease of original move in day…

I've been living here for 4 months now and have had no issues, leasing office is easy to contact unlike most other apartments. Besides the sounds of the highway it's a pretty quiet complex. Lovely pool, gym, and gathering area at the leasing office.

We absolutely love our awesome apartment! Spacious, beautiful, state of the art amenities, clean, quiet and convenient area. Caroline and the staff have been extremely helpful and fabulous to work with. Moreover, their patience and professionalism left nothing to be desired. They anticipated all our needs and made themselves available to assist us every step of the way! As retirees, we plan on making Parc at Pooler our permanent home for many years to come!

Everybody is very helpful and friendly. The place is very quiet. The neighbors are friendly. Don’t hear noise inside the apartment. The maintenance come next day or following day to fix things.

Parc at Pooler, not a great experience in apartment living. I have lived in a high rise apartment, many floors, and they kept that place clean. I walk through my apartment building, and gag on the stench in the hallway. Valet trash people spill droppings from trash bags in halls and elevators, sometimes not picking up trash at all. There is no quiet time in my apartment, I always hear the traffic from interstate 16. I hear the traffic in my sleep, there is no quiet peaceful time. The shower is built crazy, the shield of the shower should be on the opposit side. The internet service is very slow. Manager and assistant Manager are unprofessional, never speaking when entering the room with new potential residents. They give me that sneaky untrusting vibe. I get tired of see dog poop everywhere, which is not you all fault, but it is a nuisance. Much care given to landscape, trying to get new clients, while your residents are being neglected. All other staff very nice and professional.

They have a bunch of rules that they don't enforce. They allow people to do what ever they want and don't take care of the place. Cars fly through the parking lot there are a ton of cars that are broken, run down, wrecked that they say they would tow but never happens.

Our apartment is nice but hearing the traffic at night on the interstate can sometimes interrupt my sleep. The amenities are ok. Love the apps for locking and unlocking the doors around complex and apartment.

This is a nice community with friendly staff and residents. I feel safe and comfortable here. I really love the dog park and spa! Getting to unlock the doors and gates with an app is pretty cool as well.

I give my experience three stars, because I feel this company do not value their tenants complaints in a timely manner. This is not kid friendly complex. Dog owners are nasty and let their pets urinate and urine in the hallways or near your apartment door. I the staff is not friendly.

Used to really love living here, but over the last 10-11 months things have gone downhill. We have had to call on-site officer and pooler pd on numerous occasions because of illegal things going on at the property. Neighbors also seem to.have zero respect for others. Our upstairs neighbors are always running, jumping, dropping things at all hours late in evening/early morning. The trash service pickup is spotty at best. Just not really happy here anymore

Exceptional staff with a friendly touch! Adela is absolutely amazing! Her professionalism, kindness and genuine care for residents stands out. She takes time to answer your questions and is very responsive to your needs. Danny is also wonderful! She ensures that anything needed is taken care of immediately. The warm welcome from both of them reflects the type of community that has been developed at this apartment community. We can't thank them enough for making us feel at home!
