I called the leasing office to get more information about two bedrooms. A person named Keisha or Tasha (something like that) was very rude to me and I don't understand why. I asked if I could get some leasing information for two bedrooms emailed to me. She said in a huff there would be no availability until 10/23 or 10/24. I didn't understand why she said it to me with an attitude since there was no way for me to know that. When I said I could work with that, she very rudely asked "well what information are you looking for?" which stumped me because I just told you the information I was looking for. Obviously I'm looking for leasing information since I specifically asked for leasing information for two bedrooms. I wish someone from the office could tell me how a prospective tenant is supposed to get information. If the leasing staff isn't interested in giving information over the phone, that can be stated professionally. Also, the website could have rental rates and availability listed since the staff isn't interested in helping prospective tenats.

I just moved here and everything has been good! I talk to the office staff regularly. And the interior of the apt are refurbished with hard wood floors and nice appliances. It is near 45 freeway so u do heard car noise but it is so nice to be able get on the road fast in the morning.

Really the best apartment for the price in the area! I actually like going into the office here. Not only are they nice, they're fun to talk to and just brighten up your day. Love my town home! Feels likes a house!

Been here for a few months now and seriously for the rent, it's the nicest in this area! They have a relatively new gym that has enough stuff I was able to cancel my gym membership. Just like most people, I had read reviews before going to look at apartments and the few on here that had given me pause, I now realize are old. I asked the leasing agent about the issues I seen and she said most of them are old from the prior owners. Makes sense now! If I absolutely had to pick the worst thing about the apartments is that parking gets full towards the night time.

I love what they have done with the apartments and now I see they are starting to paint the buildings. I asked to renovate my apartment but just ended up transferring instead. When I had looked around, there was no where else you go live in this area with stainless steel appliances. I'm sooooo glad they finished the gym first because that's what I actually use the most.

New management company brings in new improvements. I LOVE all the new upgrades all around the property. The gym is amazing with the new additions such as the new equipment, TVs, free weights, and gate card entry now. The pool furniture is beautiful, and now the exterior paint is just amazing. I can't wait to see the overall finish once everything is done.

I am really impressed with how everything seems to get fixed faster now. It's always kinda scary when you live at a place where they change everyone in the office out of nowhere, come to find out it was a management change. They truly seem to want good things here and care about what you say. There's a few things I wish were different like parking but that has been a common issue anywhere I've lived. I just wish I already lived in one of the renovated units without having to transfer. Hopefully they get the pools finished quick now that its hot.

I just toured and will definitely be bringing back my deposit on Friday! Hoping the townhome I want is still there! The apartments she showed me were way nicer than I expected. Any other truly nice apartments around are ridiculous expensive. Also, I had a lot more fun with the girls in the office at this place than anywhere else.

I recently moved in to an apartment here and so far it has been a really good move. From the first time I visited, the office staff has been very helpful and accommodating to my needs. I have only had one maintenance issue and it was taken care of the same day. I would recommend this place to anyone I know!

I checked out a lot of properties in the area and thought for sure I'd like some of the newer apartments the most. I was pleasantly surprised at how cute the apartments are here. They said they had just finished their first batch of renovated units and I think I'm definitely sold! And for what you get for the price... honestly by far the best deal!

I have been living at Parc at South Green for almost a year, and I must say this is a great place to live. Mind you I moved in when the property was owned by Portico, and was bought by Asset Plus. I do have to say that the staff before, had a much more warming and caring character to them when it was owned by Portico. Absolutely nothing wrong with the ladies in there now, I just felt more at home when signing my lease than I do now... Maintenance here on the property is amazing, when I have a concern or an issue for an A/C, door lock not working correctly, or a light bulb goes out, maintenance is usually at my door step within the hour. They're fantastic! They do a good job at maintaining the property, landscaping is always clean, they should in installing a new gym (have yet to go check it out), and the pools are VERY clean. Overall have not had any issues living here, and what I like most about it is that the complex has a lot of diversity within the tenants you see outside in the parking lot... Love my neighbors. OH! And during Harvey, the apartments did not flood, mind you my car in the parking lot floated 3 feet from where I parked it... But isn't that what insurance is for? Lol!

Ever since new management took over this place its ridiculous now! Parking is a big problem they don’t do anything about. The place is always dirty as in they don’t upkeep anymore. They charge you over $20 extra to pay rent through their site. The office ladies are rude and unprofessional! The pipes are always being worked on and we pay for the extra wasted water. Trash isn’t picked up on time so trash is always over flowing the dumpsters now. I wouldn’t waste my money or time here!!! I’m just waiting for my lease to end!

This is to ensure there's no added costs for the residents. The trash pick up services have actually been increased since we took over and since monitoring it, we've seen a significant improvement. For a while this place was perfectly fine... Low price and close to work. I was perfectly happy until the maintenance issues starting coming. It consistently took 2 weeks or longer for maintenance to even check the service requests I submitted, some of which were not minor issues, including a busted up mailbox leading me to waste hours at the post office while they fixed it, a leaking sink drain for OVER THREE WEEKS which repeatedly flooded my kitchen and damaged their property (seriously, where is the concern for self-preservation?) and deep pot holes in the parking lot, which once gave me a flat tire. There are other affordable places in the area, don't waste your time and money.
I'm 8months pregnant and I've told them 2x about an excessive amount of mold found in our closets, roof, and bathroom. So unhappy with the customer service, so inconsiderate, they offered me another apartment that's $400 more than my rent!!!! I have to break my lease, yet they still didn't care about my baby's physical being, no help, no agreement on giving me another apt close to what I pay for rent. Now, I'm stressed looking for another new apartment because of their fault, I'm being forced to move due to the conditions of the apt. They're not taking responsibility. I wish I could post pics here, I have evidence. Don't move here:(

I've been very unhappy since signing my lease at Parc at South Green. The management corporation has recently changed, and they are very inflexible with their customers. I've had multiple instances of maintenance not properly fixing something, to the point that I needed to take photos in order to explain what needed to be done and directly supervise the repairs. Additionally, though they refuse to lease parking spots, the company authorizes towed vehicles for the most minor of infractions, such as slightly crossing a line in spaces that are large enough for 1 and a half vehicles. I have been towed twice in 6 months. When I spoke with the office staff, one of the leading agents yelled at me, which was completely unprofessional. There are also regular occurrences of vandalism of people's vehicles, and the management seems to focus more on making money than keeping their residents' and residents' property safe and secure. I was attracted to the well decorated leasing office, and the staff seemed helpful, but the long term support from the staff just isn't there. I recommend that you look elsewhere to find a residence, I certainly will be. Best of luck with your housing search!
I was disappointed at the location for two reasons. Being a gated community, there were several thefts throughout the property. The office staff were very inconsiderate when asking for assistance.
Pros: Friendly staff, repair requests are tended to that day, affordable rent. Cons: High crime area. Rims have been stolen and other criminal activity. Parking can get bad at night. Despite the fact that it is in a bad area, I enjoy living here. The apartment is perfect for what I need and I have quiet neighbors. There is a small dog park on property, as well as a walking path so anybody with dogs will enjoy that. The exercise room is efficient, you get what you need (free weights, treadmills, medicine balls, etc). In regards to the crime, I've never been victimized, but there have been some incidents with others. If you don't mind the area (keep in mind the complex is gates), you will enjoy these apartments.
I will be moving soon to my apartment and I have to say just after touring the property I knew I wanted to live here. Leasing agent Alicia, and actually everyone in this property, have been nothing but helpful, friendly and welcoming!
I was in search for a new apartment and decided to apply at the Parc. I had the opportunity to work with one of the leasing manager; Alicia and I must say that it was a pleasant experience! Alicia went above and beyond to assist me with my relocation and I am extremely pleased with the excellent customer service that was provided. The entire smiling office staff were very friendly upon entering the main office. I felt very welcomed and would highly encourage and strongly recommend the Parc at South Green, you will not be disappointed with the level of professionalism and courtesy. Pay the apartments a visit, I guarantee that you will be greeted by "hello, how may I help you."
I've lived here for about two years. Recently, some new people bought the property and we have new management. I'm pretty impressed so far. I'm glad to see they are updating stuff around here. I've seen new furniture at the pool and the office looks ten times better than before. I do enjoy my apartment, love my fireplace, and its bright and open. The place is older, but in great condition, so it makes me feel like I'm really getting a deal.
i reported a water leak in my apt on 10/4/13. office staff told me that i would have to wait till monday to let the water dry. initially the maintenance guy said part of the room and wall sheet rock would have to be replaced. it was from a leaky sink from upstairs. well come Monday, Tuesday no repair. Wednesday 10/09/13 the contractor came and supposedly fixed it. well there is still a big hole in my ceiling, part of the wall is peeling off, my washer and dryer are moved in a way that is now blocking the restroom door, and im sure there is mold growing due to the water damage. Rene the office manager is always busy or unable to speak to me. im in the process of getting my home inspector friend to come in and verify to me mold is indeed growing and getting my own inspector to come test the air quality. this will lead to legal action. as of today, 10/12/13 no one has bothered to call me to let me know when they will fix my apt. i wish this site would let me upload pics, but it wont. what i have here is an apt with a hole in the roof, water damaged walls, and a blocked restroom door.
The air conditioning in the 1061 ft. town homes do not work. The top floor air will not reach to cool the top bedroom. And I have contacted them 5 times to get it fix and they know the problem but can't get it fixed.. A lot of the townhomes have this problem. I live in #1515 This is my last step to get it fixed.
