Parc At Wall Street

Parc at Wall Street is a quiet place with lots of oak trees and friendly neighbors. I really enjoy being here if I had one complaint it would be the lighting in the parking lots

I have not lived here long, but the Parc at Wall Street is a wonderful place to live. Nick and Melanie in the leasing office are always so kind and accommodating, and they are always willing to help out the residents. I do have some boisterous neighbors, but I hope I won’t have to issue a complaint.

Very spacious and quiet. Definitely a very convenient area to be in literally everything is around the corner, my kids are enjoying the space that most apartments do not have .

3 years living here. Good neighborhood, near of everything and quite. Friendly staff, nice amenities and the only thing missing is enough parking space for everyone.

Management was so helpful throughout the entire application and move in process. The apartments are so spacious and beautiful. I would definitely recommend parc at Wall Street apartments.

The apartment is cute and charming, I just hate the tiny toilet, ugly counters, and lack of a sprayer on the kitchen sink. I love everything else. Neighbors so far have been friendly although there are those noisey vehicles that run through, but otherwise, everyone we've met so far have been great.

love the complex gym is very well kept. dog station are always refilled. trash is always taken care of, just wish maintenance orders would be for filled.

I recently moved into the Parc at Wallstreet and it has been an easy process. The apartment is spacious and a great value. The community is clean and quiet. The staff is responsive and very professional.

Great service nice customer service it’s really easy to call and ask for help when you’re in need, everything is easy access and online for if the office is close

I love it here. everyone is so friendly. the neighbors, staff and even all the pets. I love walking around the community. I feel safe and there's scenery everywhere. even the squirrels are fun

Parc at Wall Street is Great gated community. Parc is a very peaceful place, and any problems or concerns, the staff efficiently and promptly take care of it. They upkeep the pool and our mail is safer than many other places. There an app where the community can keep communication open within our place, plus you get to earn points that transfer to, literally, money for your own personal use.

I have loved living here for many years, and look forward to continue doing so. The staff is great and the location is perfect for me. Neighbors are quiet, and my apartment is spacious and kept up with well.

This is a great complex to live in. The staff is great and friendly. Maintenance is always on top of things. I have been here for 6 plus yrs. Thanks Parc for all you do.

Good location, near work, near shopping and food. I feel centrally located to get to areas of the city. Close to family and friends, live outside of SA.

PAW is a wonderful place to live. It is very quiet and peaceful. We have not had any issues. Maintenance responds quickly to any requests and are professional and nice.

PWS is a great place to call home! The staff is always friendly and willing to help and the maintenance staff are incredible. The apartment is very quiet and we haven’t had any issues.

I am completing the moving in process and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The grounds are well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping that makes daily walks enjoyable. Love the apt, quite community, feels.safe. Would definitely definitely recommend to my friends. The staff was very helpful though out the leading process and was very understanding with my visual handicap

Loooveee Parc at Wall Street Apartments! Nick has been extremely helpful, making our transition and move in experience very smooth and easy. My daughter lived here when she first started college and now my son is living here. Very secure and welcoming place. I definitely would recommend this community.

Bad roach problem mostly in the kitchen but we’re slowly finding more in other areas of the apartment. Other than that the apartment is amazing just electricity issues whenever it rains or storms

My wife and I have lived at Parc at Wall Street for a year and the management has been very efficient in all the requirements we have needed from them.

It’s my third year living here and the staff and the community is pretty awesome. Good amenities and the big three shades make the difference on this summer weather.

Tremendous service. Great place to live. I’d recommend moving family in also a good area nice and quiet about the dogs and did I already said good service already?

I have enjoyed my time very much at Parc at Wall Street. Maintenance is extremely helpful as well as the front office. The only thing I wish they had is more visitors spots. It makes it hard to have visitors when residents take the visitor spots.

The apartment itself is okay, the space is well laid out and maintenance is quick to respond. There is a problem with dog poop everywhere in the complex, the pool seems to always be dirty and the gym is very small and warm. I’ve also heard of other apartment being infested with cockroaches and other bugs. Definitely not worth what I am paying.

I love the community, the amenities are always a nice touch. The layout of my unit is perfect. I love all the tress surrounding us it gives off a good aesthetic atmosphere

I really love the actual apartment, the floor plan is great and is nice and big. Love that there’s a walk in closet in both rooms. The bathrooms are nice and big with lots of storage also, the patio has a storage room which is great!

The community is very nice and polite. There’s no issues with noise, besides the garbage compactor but even at that is not so bad. I enjoy my stay here.

Love this complex!! Been here for 8 yrs. The staff is very friendly and maintenance are wonderful, caring, friendly and do work orders in a timely manner. You won't regret living here.

I've been a resident for almost a year. My experience has been great. I haven't had any issues. I love the tree's that surround the property. They add a nice view from my windows.

Very nice apartment complex. You can tell the managers actually care about the community. Amenities are all worth the price, and the neighbors are very friendly.

I've resided at PARC since 1996. It is, without a doubt, a friendly and safe community. Whenever an issue arises, management responds in a timely and effective manner. Rent remains affordable and additional services are cost-effective too. Overall, PARC at Wall Street is pet and human-friendly.

Parc @ Wall Street is a gated community and had easy access to schools, parks, health facilities, shopping departments and restaurants. The staff, from the front office to our maintenance personnel, is very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and prompt to help out.

Pleasant, quiet and homey! I am enjoying our stay so far, since our arrival in September.
