They accuse you of thing you don’t do. I was accused of smoking marijuana inside my apartment when I’ve never smoked in my life. No warning, no questioning, just accusations. Don’t live here unless you like living under a microscope.

There are cheaper apartments in the area. These are poorly built. I have noticed the electrical wiring is bad, the windows are not framed properly, the flooring comes up with barely any use, and the countertops are not sealed. The highway is loud and busy. The apartments are located right next to the train tracks with a train crossing so they rain horn sounds about every hour even at night. There are lots of bugs an critters and the area has a pretty high crime rate (including violent crime). Pool is closed frequent, the gym is small, and there is no covered parking. Trash bins are constantly full. The staff is fantastic and are the only reason this place gets any stars.

I have been here 4 months and this place is quiet , beautiful, and easy to get a hold of the Management team. The maintenance staff is also very friendly and quick.
