Living here has been great! They’ve quickly gotten to any and every issue we’ve had, and the peaceful environment they’ve cultivated is second to none.

The staff @Parc Chateaux are amazing and very helpful.

Parc Chateaux is a beautiful complex in a great location. First glance it's all rosy. However, be careful of trusting what management tells you and double check move out rules and cleaning costs in your lease. They made up policy and rules on the spot and gave untrue answers to simple questions, and failed to communicate changes to confirmed appointment times.

Moved from out of state so leased without ever being to the property. Worked with Lindsay & Jen in the office and had a wonderful experience! Maintenance fixed most things same day!

Parc Chateaux is a quiet and clean community. Officers are friendly and It is timely to deal with the matter.

Staff made it easy through the whole process, they were very accommodating and very responsive with my requests. The units design is beautiful and had the fortune of getting a renovated one.

Parc Chautue from the moment we walked in all welcomed and at home! My wife and I had been disillusioned at the other places that we had seen. PARC CHATEAUX is by far the best apartment complex in The Santa Clarita Valley!! The property is pristine and the management and staff are over the top! Everyone is warm and friendly and very helpful! Thats why I called this place my home

It's going to be nearly 2 years since I moved in. The staff is friendly, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. They have a great pool and gym which is well kept and so is the surroundings. A great neighborhood to live in. Come check out the place for yourself.

A good community, neighbours are really helpful . Maintenance services are very quick(work completed within 24 hrs of request). Office staff are really helpful.

I will say to anyone wants to move to parc-chateaux to check carefully the apartment before moving into it , From the first day we moved in we had a problem with the water heater it makes a very scary noise ,we complain about it hundreds of times and no changes we lived with this problem for about 3 year ,and there's more other things. I think it was the previous manager faults, but i hope with the new management it is going to be much more better

The location is great. The area is safe. The apartment complex is tucked away from busy streets, but its very close to grocery stores, etc. Very dog friendly.

Parc Chateaux and their employees are fantastic. I have never had an issue living here, the apartments are super and we are so happy to be here.

I put down a deposit before ever seeing the apartment. The location was lovely, the spot was quiet and Estefany helped me feel at ease about getting squared away by our move-in date. Additionally, my co-worker was moving cross-country looking for somewhere new to call home. I recommended she look into what was available here. She too loves her new home, she especially appreciated that it was dog-friendly and fairly quiet. However, we have both been enjoying the wildlife that is surprisingly easy to see from our balconies. From birds to deer to ducks to a few raccoon parties. All of this was an unexpected bonus. I only wish I could buy my apartment, the spot is ideal and within walking distance to hiking, dining and general shopping mayhem. Finding this place was one thing that went right in 2020!

Helpful leasing team. Estefany made it super easy and was very helpful in assisting my family with any questions we had during application process. She made us comfortable from the beginning.

My stay here has been very peaceful. I love the community, and l love the upkeep of the grounds.

Parc Chateaux is a place that you can call home. It's a friendly, safe environment for families especially if you have children. Walking trails are great the scenery is vantastic. The amenities are just right and when the pool and gym are open on a regular basis you can get your exercise and workout!

This residence makes feel you are at a luxury hotel. It is safe and great to live.

I have lived her for over 5 years and the apartment has changed so much its very dirty and not kept up like before . Not sure what happened but Im looking to move soon.
