Property Ratings at Parc Fontaine
I wouldn’t want no one who has kids or a family or anyone for that matter to stay back there they don’t fix nothing .when I lived back here I had three holes in my ceiling .they never fixed it !!!!!
I’m currently a resident who’s experiencing so many problems RUN ! Do not move back here takes them forever to fix stuff pools been green closed down for over 4 years !!!! Everything is broken office staff is careless and rude gates broken it’s filthy back here nothing ever gets fixed
Moved in a couple months back. Due to rainy weather my whole bathroom ceiling has collapsed! Contacted them the same day never came or even contacted me! Bathroom ceiling is cluttered in mold and roaches also! Don’t recommend
This place is infested with rats and roaches. The mangers don't care about your problems at all. Now when it's time for your rent to be due, oh they'll get in touch with you then. They don't fix nothing ! The outlets sparks mold around the toilet when I first moved in and when I addressed the issues, she said " I had to clean it " lol girl pleaseeee. I'm trying to save your time & money..... I rate this a 0 ! They need to knocked down .
To be honest 1 star is way too much to rate this place ,it’s a mess!!!staff don’t do anything but collect Cheques ,nothing works and you have to complain to around 35 times before anyone comes and look at anything ,leaks everywhere ,trash every where, the people that live here are NASTY!from a brother to another ,I’m telling you do not I repeat do not waste your money
Run away from this place as fast as you can. The grounds/landscaping is nothing like the pictures. The buildings are old and decrepit. There’s no sense of urgency to do anything. The corporation that owns it (based in Tennessee) is non-responsive after multiple attempts.
I have been living here over 5 years in recent years the services have been terrible. They refuse to do repairs and the grounds are full of old furniture around out the complex worst them the the old projects do not move here
They don’t really seem to care for those who are staying in the complex. Not only they don’t like wearing mask but some of the facilities don’t even work and sad thing is your passing for something you can’t even use.
Nothing gets fixed no matter how many times you call maintenance. The leasing agents are rude!!! It always leaks in my apartment. This is the second apartment that I have lived in back here that has a leaking ceiling to the point of the ceiling caving in and they haven't fixed it.
This is my first apartment & I’m very disappointed. I can’t cook in my kitchen because rats keep invading my home. We have rat traps & poison around the kitchen all they would come do is patch the holes up. The rats RUN my kitchen & keep in mind I DONT grocery shop because I can’t get to my refrigerator without rats running for shelter. Please do not!!! Do not stay here ,
Please don't stay here they are infested with rats and different bugs I have lived here for three years and I wouldn't ever go back.
Been staying back here for 3 years and my last 2 years been the absolute worst! Been having pest issues, kids “that don’t live here” smoke marijuana in the hallway in front doors with excessive loud conversations and leaving their trash behind. Maintenance don’t switch out tiles that were damaged due to leakage from the air condition!
As stated above, this complex is in a slow decline. It isn't so much the apartment but rather the other tenants. They leave trash in the hallways and urinate by the stairs. It seems they don't enforce any tenant rules. The recent change lately is people lingering around the complex all day and I know what comes with that territory. We are planning to move asap.
Management is trash. ... why pay cat rent when you can feed the hundreds of strays wandering around. management only concern is collecting a check. Neighbors are allowed to get away with anything as long as the checks keep rolling in.
I will never rent from them again I hate it leak in my bedroom and it took them a month to come fix it I would never recommend nobody to live their the staff is unprofessional the maintenance team never fix anything the apartment looks like trash
At first I had problems with the apartment but now I would recommend these apartments to anyone. My family and I have out grown the apartment and that's why we are moving.
The apartment is clean. I feel very safe. The problem is the smoke sector goes off very easily. If I toast bread in the toaster it goes off. And, I love toast bread in the mornings.
These are apartments are beautiful for a decent price. Everyone in the office, including the maintenance team, are super helpful. There are lots of fun family events and everyone is really friendly.
Great vintage looking apartment complex that is gates and secured 24 hours. Apartment staff are friendly and easy to talk to.
