Property Ratings at Parc Mountain View Apartments
Plumbing is bad. Apartment has a leak from toilet in upstairs apt for over a year! Dishwasher is broken garbage disposal does not work. Is not gated. Gate has been broken for YEARS!! Pool never open. Is nasty too. They are running a towing scam with Wilson towing costing residents a lot of money. But they will let a toilet leak for over a year. They moved in a new family with the leaking toilet!!!! Several apts have plumbing issues. Plumbing backs up and floods apartments. Roaches... all they want is your money.. any good reviews are solicited not honest...
Nothing ever gets fixed, management continues to change people , broken gates, trash everywhere. No communication between office and tenants. They try to make the outside look nice but the inside of the apartments are not upgraded at all sunken floors, wobbly toilets...
Always dirty, maintenance is slow on fixing anything, management is unprofessional, cops ALWAYS in and out, roaches. we came here because it was cheap and we understood what it was when we moved in Been here going on 3yrs and can’t wait to move out.
There is no security on the property they will ride through one time. There is a lot of homeless people coming on the property my car got broken into 2 years ago about homeless people the gate don't work bugs very bad on bugs and the charge arm and a leg to have a bug man to come out he barely spray bugs will come back out within 30 days and the neighbors fighting police comes all the time because of fights marijuana smokers all in the breezeway while you trying to get into your apartment, shooting I lived there for 3 years and right before a move in sign the lease my neighbor told me don't you know just before you moved in there was shooting next to your apartment and the guy died after being shot wrong identity this is a bad place to raise a family. This apartment complex is horrible the floors are caving in from the kitchen to the bathrooms.. Also the management is horrible. For some reason they wont tell you who owms them because they don't want to be reported for their negligeince . Every year the rent goes up by 50 bucks. But your apartment is never updated and for some reason your ac always ends up broken. The gate is constantly broken so i dont see why we should have to pay for a gate key. It's always something going on here from the domestic disputes, to the random shootings ??. Its a terrible complex this has become the police sencond station because them and code enforcement is always out here.
I’ve lived at this apartment for years. They were bad when I moved in and things have only gotten worse. The new manager is malicious, heavily attacking me whenever I have a complaint/concern. Me:“Hey my garbage disposal is not working” them: “no problem we’ll have someone come and fix it.” **Puts $50 increase rent notice on door** Me: “Can I please have notice prior to someone entering my apertment (I have cameras)” them “no ones been in your apartment” me: “Umm, I have proof.” Them: “ooh ok, sorry about that we will in the future”. **gets notice of parking warning (while parked in MY DESIGNATED SPOT) AND That they will be posting late payments to credit reporting agencies** (my payment was NOT LATE) I have heard similar complaints from ALL my neighbors. They do not care about the complex or it’s inhabitants. We have apartments that have been nearly burned down for MONTHS that they haven’t fixed. They can’t keep their records straight (3 different residents have been assigned to the same parking spot) The walls are paper thin, I can hear my neighbors whisper not to mention when they go bump in the night ????. The police are ALWAYS around for a shooting on the street, someone smashing car windows, and domestic disturbances. If your thinking of renting here, do yourself a favor. DON’T! There are better options for the same price in safer areas and competent management.
They’ve recently updated the entire parking lot new paint and light fixtures outside but haven’t bothered to fix the inside.. roaches everywhere they only sent out pest control for new tenants but eventually you will have them too. I’ve took measure into my own hands and bombed my apartment myself but it doesn’t do much if the whole complex has them. Oh and you have to pay for a gate key for a gate they never shut.
This place is infested with roaches. The people that live here are very ghetto and loud and let their kids play all night and day outside being loud! The gates stay broke so theres no real security. They take a long time to repair any of your issues. Their pool been locked down all summer do to a issue they refuse to fix just as they do with the apartments. The place is not worth its value. Parc view apartments need to be shut down period. If you don't mind living with loud neighbors, roaches and no security paying over priced rent then this is the place for you!
The apartment complex doesn't have a pool because I haven't seen it open in almost three years. Excuse is we are waiting for corporate to tell us OK.....it's been three years!! There is no spa that exist and the gates never work. So, you have homeless in the complex digging through the trash for cans. Roaches, roaches, roaches all I need to say.
