Personally, I am satisfied with the maintenance and administration services in general. I consider it an excellent place to live as family,it is safe and the apartments have good conditions

I'm very happy with the property, it always look very well maintained. and maintenance is always quick and efficient responding any inconvenience. I'm very glad that i moved here. I could't be any happier.

This property is really good, great price for a great product

Been here 6 months, all the laundry machines are broken, the office staff is terribly rude, they were supposed to replace something in my apartment months ago, the entire complex smells like marijuana, there is trash everywhere, all the mailboxes are broken so anyone could access your stuff, the gates are never closed. Stay away

Very clean property in a good neighborhood. Lots to do near by and good places to eat. Neighbors are quite and maintenance is very helpful when ever you need them. Apartments are spacious great closet space.

Now I can’t get through to anyone. I plan to get in contact with the the owners in the morning. If I have to go through this much trouble to get this squared away you can just imagine that the bad reviews are TRUE. As for my apartment, my floor is unleveled throughout my whole apartment. The floor squeaks when I walk through it, ants galore coming through the foundation. My Ceiling is starting to bubble even in places where you can clearly see it was replace before. Even had rat droppings when I first moved in, thank God I haven’t seen any. Has my toilet fixed recently because it was rigged when I got here and it’s still broke, I have to hold the handle down for a while for it to completely flush. The towel rack in my tub only has one shoulder and had been that way since I moved in....the mirror in my bathroom is literally ah picture not an actual mirror. The outside is well kept and for the first time I have somewhere where my kids can play and I not be so worried. But I’m not even safe because clearly I’m on a 3 day notice and can’t get through to the right person and for that o can say it’s unethical. This is no accident believe what I’m telling you. Although Edna is very respectful and really tried to help me I greatly appreciate her efforts and her knowledge. Marie on the other hand doesn’t seem as knowledgeable or it’s just a front for her boss that she doesn’t say anything wrong, but overall seems sweet, but who knows. I’m most definitely not renewing my lease. All the cons of this place I may have overlooked, but when you have people who can’t separate their personal feeling from work your in a lose, lose situation. How can you run an establishment when the office staff is nonchalant to the needs of the tenants. It’s been almost 5 days and I’ve gotten no where. You would think after all the reviews that they would conduct business a little bit better.

I moved in on August 29/2019. had some small problems but they will handle very quickly overall everything is good. Just need to get the dryer in my building fix

I have been living here with my family for the past 3 years and I have seen so many positive improvements since the new managing company took over. The property is kept clean, peaceful quite neighborhood with lots of things to do nearby. The staff are friendly and are quick to respond and resolve issues that may come along.

I have lived over here for 12 plus years... You do not want to live here trust me!!!! They don't fix anything they just patch it up.... And then want to raise your rent every year... They want the outside to look pretty but they can care less about what's going on in the inside.... Its mole coming through the walls...roaches,ants, and not to mention the rotten floors they cover up with the carpet!

This place has Rats. They enter your apartment without letting you know, half-way fixes problems and don’t even clean up after themselves. Your mail box gets broken into. Management is rude, gives false information out and the Property Manager never seems to know what’s going on, nor does she even act like she cares. They tow people’s car for no reason and it’s only 1 visitor spot per building. They need to do better and work with their Tenants more, We have to like here, they just work here for 8 hours a day. This is where People and they kids live not just where they work.

There is no parking for your guest. The maintenance men does not clean up behind themselves. Thete is only one visitor parking for an entire building with 15 apartments, and there is rats.

I recently moved to this apartment and it has been the easiest process. The staff is knowledgeable and attentive, whenever I go to the office you can tell they are ready to help. The apartment itself is roomy, there's lots of things to do nearby and kept clean. So far this has been my easiest moving and adjusting process.

This used to be a halfway decent place to live when it was Blue Rock properties. It had problems but at least it was well maintained and the office staff was professional. Parc Place came here, turned off the sprinklers and killed all the grass and beautiful landscaping. My A/C breaks down every 15 days and all they do is throw some freon in and 15 days later it's broke again. This management staff is completely unprofessional and rude. Coastal Living Management came here and ruined this place. Ruined it And killed all the grass and plants. I've been living here 3 years but I can't wait to get out now. It's turning into a slum.

This place is a mess. It has gotten worst. The new owner are letting anybody move in just to fill this place up. On top of that trashy actually hired a towing company to harass their tenants. More drug dealers and trashground. Not renewing my lease 2 more months left and I'm out. And to the the lease office STOP WRITING FAKE REVIEWS.

I've been living here for about a year now and new owners took over the complex and boy let me tell you its been like day and night. I am loving all the improvements that they are making in the apartments and around the complex. It's very clean I have amazing lighting spacious and on top of that its close by to lots of great restaurants, shopping plazas, theme parks, and its easy to get around because its close to the highways and public transportation.

My girlfriend and i plus our 4 KIDS were here for about a week before we saw 2 rats in our apartment the size of a a big toad we had other minor problems moving in but thisput the icing on the cake we actually dont know what to do cause we just moved they saying there are going to put traps but we were never notified that it was a ratproblem we have kids as young as a newborn the one before her is the one year old and she goes thrww eveething .... Moral of the story is the rents to high to be dealing with RatS within are first week we actually dont what to do we actually scared im man but i aint never have to dealwith rats a day in my life n dey were Big w.e u do save ur money b!!!!!! B4 its tolate You have been fairly warned

Lived here 1 year and 1 month.... First 3 months i had soo pluming issues I literally almost lost it... ---- backed up in tub and all over floor more times than I can remember.. each time i was left to clean up the mess.. I am a very clean person and had roaches.. The final straw was living with Rats for over 3 months and they wouldn't let me sleep in another apt or the model apt because i have a dog????? Which I paid my 350 fee for and is up to date on all his shots.. Finally I threated code enforcement after finding a rat the size of a beaver!!This is after catching at least 15 rats myself.. all my neighbors have them too!! I am not kidding!! I cried to the leasing office literally who didn't apologize ONCE!! It took them 3 weeks to fill holes w foam.. but the rats where still there.. I didn't live in my apt the last month because i was terrified to sleep there... Further more people throw all their trash everywhere and sell drugs in plain view.. Other tenants have tons of termites in their apt luckily i got out before they got me too. Whatever you do don't move to this complex. The only good experience i had was the area manager finally letting me out of my lease so i could move somewhere not covered in rat -----.... Everyone at the leasing office is nice but the office manager ------ could give two ------ about anything you got through.. Its pretty sad.... Anyways here is your warning do not move here unless you like rats, roaches, pluming issues and trash.. all these 5 star reviews are BULL HAS TO BE the leasing office doing these!!!

Apartment inspections are very frequent....and theirs nothing you can do about it. They have a maintenance inspection monthly....theirs no telling if they show up when your not home but they send another notice the following week for another inspection. They do repairs in your house and do not leave any notice that they entered your apartment. Wall are paper thin you can hear the neighbors washer going off, when they flush the toilet etc. Also windows are super thin so you hear any wind blowing outside whistling into your apartment. Maintenance is always cutting off water for repairs or w.e. else their doing.

I have lived here 5 years & management has changed 3times!!!! Each time it gets worse. I filled out a work order in December 2015 and maintenance just arrived Friday 3/5/16¡!! Management only wants your rent!! There are termites throughout the complex, for what they charge you can get better.

I am an older person. This apartment complex is by comparison to my past apartments a peaceful and comfortable home. Neighbors move in and out,but some have resided here for years as i have. They have security patrols to ensure the safety of the residences, the response time of emergency vehicles is very quick which is something you don't normally think of unless your child falls or your mother is having chest pains. Any rate, they are very quick and I see the residents return to their apartments after whatever their issue fairly quickly (response time is key for some recovery issues) Maintenance is out and about frequently on their way to resolve residents requests for help. Bottom line, I feel safe here.

The area is lower income but the attitude makes the place! The tenants are a mixed bag of friendly. Since I have lived there over the last two years I see neighbors who sprint over to help carry things, move furniture, lend a hand with a flat tire. Smiling faces everywhere, the kids play peacefully and its not extremely noisy inside the apartments as many places are. There is a high school beside our apartment which I prefer to view as free entertainment year round. The football and baseball teams play over the weekend and the band belts out songs that remind me of my younger days. Not to say its all fun and games. Maintenance and front office girls never seem to receive their messages about repairs or issues from voice mail or email. BUT, if you show up in person the job is done immediately and correctly. The apartments are roomy and reasonably priced for our area. Most important of all, I feel safe here.
