I love that you provide carts for the move in, makes the move so smooth. The elevator is a plus and it's very large, my furniture fit without a problem. I also wish that the parking spots were a little wider. I feel like it would be very easy to get a car door ding.
Friendly staff that responds to concerns. Currently experiencing some lengthy downtime in our building elevator, and not having a garage space, it makes the walk inside quite chilly in the winter! Otherwise, good place to live.

Maintenance is without peer. Office representatives are efficient, responsive, and courteous. ~I reside in building 4000, and vetting of residents needs improvement. I don't know who raised them, but there's no excuse for throwing trash and garbage on the refuse room floor. Especially, when there are empty trash cans to use. A recent unpleasant occurrence is smoking of cigarettes and pot in public areas. I should not have to breathe second hand and pungent smoke. Although,I've been critical PARC is a pleasant place to reside.

I have to say, starting with Nicole showing us the apartment and Richard giving us the welcome the day we moved in my family and i love this place. our apartment is amazing appliances top of the line, the space of the rooms just exactly what we need. in the bad side i think the highways are little to close but i am getting used to the sound of the cars now

Parc Plymouth Meeting has been a great place to live. Have been here 3 years and have had only good experience with the staff, from cleaning staff and maintenance to the office staff, everyone has been very responsive to any request or issue. Staff keeps the property very clean and in top-notch repair. (The one thing fI'd like to see, which hasn't happened yet, is for ALL exterior steps to have handrails. And in some places the parking spaced puddle after a heavy rain.) We're very grateful to the management and support staff for what they do.
Have been here about 3 years and have been satisfied with the service and the staff. I have complained about people not stopping at the stop signs and have suggested signs on a pole but never been done! All the people I have met have been great.

I enjoy the monthly activities that Parc plans! October was filled with activities including pumpkins paintings and for November they have provided a happy hour, giving new resident a chance to get to know their neighbors.
I enjoy living here. It's fairly quiet and for the most part everyone is friendly. The area is nice and convenient with easy access to many highways to get you to other areas in the state.

I’ve had a great experience living here at Parc over the past 9 years. The management is responsive and friendly, and maintenance requests are handled promptly. The apartment itself is well-kept and comfortable, with modern amenities and plenty of natural light. The location is convenient, close to I-476, I-276, public transportation, Plymouth Meeting Mall, and a few markets. Overall, a pleasant place to live!

I love the sense of security i feel every time i come home. The upgrades are amazing, adding to my enjoyable upscale living experience. Staff for the most part are warm and welcoming...always eager to assist with any issues i may have. The grounds are highly maintained and maintenance never misses a beat with their prompt and immediate response to requests. To say i love my home is an understatement. Thanks to the Bozzutto team for providing me and my beloved pet a wonderful place to call home
Had such a great experience taking a tour and learning about what all Parc has to offer. There were a couple of bumps with the apartment after I was approved due to the previous tenant, but the staff was great at handling it and trying to make the move seamless. Definitely would recommend Parc to anyone looking to move to the area!
Definitely one of the best apartment experiences so far, and I've come to really appreciate the onsite amenities! I'm eager to see the gym renovations and new bark park.

Almost a five. For me a five would mean perfection. Parc is excellent in many areas. For the most part the complex is clean. The maintenance staff is outstanding. As is the front office. I am glad to see a lot of work going on. I was feeling that the complex and the apartments were getting dated. For the most part I think Parc is a nice place to live.

Maintenance gets five stars.Perhaps, it is only my building(4000), however I have not had a problem with noise. Since I was almost struck once by a speeding car, many thanks for the illuminated STOP signs. The lady who cleans my building is top notch. Office staff is courteous and helpful.

Amenities: The apartment complex boasts impressive amenities, including a modern fitness center, a sparkling swimming pool, and a rooftop lounge with stunning city views. The on-site laundry facilities are clean and well-maintained, which adds to the convenience. Maintenance: The maintenance team is prompt and efficient. Requests are typically addressed within 24 hours, and the overall upkeep of the building is commendable. Noise Levels: Despite being in a bustling neighborhood, the apartments have excellent sound insulation. I rarely hear any noise from the street or neighboring units, which is a huge plus for me.

I guess these apartments were built with minimal or no sound mitigation. From the unit above me I can hear conversations (yes, people talking to one another), people using their bathroom, doors closing, people walking back and forth, and the floor from the above unit above me creaks like a hundred-year-old home. Also, I can hear the hum and noise from AC units on different floors and at least 75 feet away from my unit.

Great location, quiet overall. Easy access to Philadelphia and other major cities. Good value, nice apartments with view. The maintenance staff is great, especially Joe always prompt and very knowledgeable.

We have been here for 3 months and we have enjoyed it for the most part but we have some complaints regarding management. The pool was closed for 10 days and we received nothing for our lost time. We live in building 2000 which was without water for almost 36 hours last week. The company did nothing for us besides delivering water bottles at 10:30 at night when we were already sleeping. The communication during those 36 hours was terrible. A good faith compensation, maybe $100 off our rent would be nice. The air conditioning in the gym has been broke multiple times since we moved in. Due to these issues, it's hard to say it's been a great experience so far. I hope it gets better because we love the location and love our unit.

I love being a Parc resident. The staff are friendly and attentive. Maintenance crew are exceptional...they respond immediately with any request i have big or small and the property is maintained beautifully(with the exception of my building entrance which has been addressed and hope wilI be resolved within the coming months). I love the amenities and I especially look forward to the fun filled monthly planned events. They even make an effort to celebrate our beloved fur babies by highlighting our pets each month at owners request. Never knew apartment living could be such a rewarding experience.

Management is responsive and caring. The building needs to be maintained better. They are focused on doing that. Residents are nice and it is very pet friendly.

I would definitely give Parc five stars if it weren’t for the noisy person upstairs who wakes up everyday at 6:00 a.m., including weekends, and walks so heavy it sounds like they are climbing through the walls. All of the staff at Parc are super friendly, very accommodating, caring, and a great group of people! Maintenance does a fantastic job of keeping the grounds clean, they are always on top of things, and the turnaround time for a maintenance request is typically within an hour or two. Parc is a unique community. It’s private, environmentally and pet friendly, clean, has great amenities, and a fun place for residents. The apartments are spacious, very clean, modern, and nicely designed.
