Property Ratings at Parc Pointe Apartments
I lived here for 3 years. It's mostly graduate student and umich employee residents, so its very, very quiet. There is a pool, lots of parking, and management and maintenance is extremely responsive and kind (say hi to Julian walking his dog outside!). Walking distance from the Duderstadt Center and North Campus Rec Center. The amenities can't be beaten either. Our unit was unique with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, and combined with the view we had from the third floor it was lovely. There is also an in-unit washer/dryer. While the units are quite small, and there is some scuttling wildlife about (we did have mice once in the 3 years, but management was responsive in calling pest control to seal up the hole and give us traps. Wasn't a big deal anyway because we had cats). We are only thinking about moving because we need a more space now.
I stayed there for my senior year as an undergrad at Umich. Would 100% recommend. The place is quiet, well maintained, and the managers are exellent. The bus stop right infront of it takes you directly to central campus and downtown Ann Arbor. The units come with a washer/dryer parking, dishwasher, and other amenities all with half the price of what you would pay at other more expensive places. Most units were renovated, mine was renovated and as good as new, nothing breaks, no leakeages or insects, and good miantenance team. Overall, would really recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
