Property Ratings at Parc West
Property management does not care about you whatsoever. Went a week without a fridge. Heat and hot water works about 70%of the time which is not okay during these frigid winters. The washing machine (1) mind you, for the whole building is currently filled with smelly brown water and has been sitting there for 2 weeks now. When it was “working” the dryer wouldn’t work very well so you’d have to spend more money to dry them again… management let pipes burst and water came into my studio and came very close to starting an electrical fire. Did they check up after? No… it’s literally pulling teeth with the property management here and the maintenance guy is a liar. Very unprofessional, and I don’t trust him. They say it’s a great spot for first time movers. Yea, it makes you realize what you don’t want in a living situation and what you deserve for the amount of money you pay monthly. Morality is non existent. DO. BETTER.
Not only is management unreachable (takes multiple tries and messages) but they always blame some other party for the problems. Maintenance is overbooked and takes FOREVER to come to fix things, even if they are listed as Emergency. The hallways and common areas are NOT taken care of (food ground into the carpets that sits for WEEKS, or food delivery boxes that don't get picked up and attract hundreds of flies). They always want to up your rent but don't even give any amenities that would suit such high prices. Advice: move somewhere else. Worst experience I have ever had with a management company.
Parc West is in close proximity to any store you could possibly need. The staff is very helpful and is on top of repairs and requests. The 1 bedroom apartments are spacious and open, especially the renovated units. You cannot beat the value when considering location, sqft, and price.
THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE!!!! BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I’VE LIVED IN.
