Jomar and Pep were here to fix a few things for us after our move-in inspection. They were courteous and polite and were able to fix the issues we had quickly and efficiently. Our move-in inspection with Josh went very smoothly and he was able to answer all of our questions and fix a few small issues during the inspection process so we didn't have to wait.

My first apartment and it was the worst experience ever. Two weeks into moving in somebody broke into my car. Leasing office didn’t do anything because they don’t have cameras around the buildings but at the gate… THAT IS ALWAYS BROKEN. Forget getting a good nights sleep because you hear everything! Gunshots, screaming, dogs on the back patio. There was a resident who would keep dog fence’s on there patio.. office didn’t care. Everyone in that office is very rude , especially the leasing manager, you have a issue it’s like pilling teeth to find a solution. There was somebody stealing packages throughout the day. Leasing didn’t care, told us to contact the postal office. Beautiful area but you’re better off finding another place to live. The rent is pretty high for the type of layout you get. Moved in there were stains in the carpet by the door.. moved out I was charged for them instead after the maintenance told me on the first day i moved in i wasn’t going to be since the carpet cleaners tried everything to get the stain out. They are money hungry.

This have been a nightmare leaving here. Rude upstair neighbors. They do not follow the quiet hour rules. Don’t bother to call the courtesy officer because he will say he can’t do anything and hung up the call on your face if they ever call! Don’t move in here! I can’t wait to move out!

If you’re military stay away. I had to terminate my lease early due to PCS gave them my orders and for the final account statement (i had no correspondence from them between move out to now first time hearing about anything being owed was a collections letter) i was just sent 3 months later on the exact date that would’ve been the end of my leasing term the total is what would’ve been the remainder of rent payments for the lease but they obviously labeled it as other things to cover their tracks but when has anyone ever heard of a $3650 move out fee? Also they didn’t even deduct my deposits to this total. I wish i would’ve took heed to the warnings in the reviews before i decided to rent with them but i decided to see for myself, not worth it at all. The property staff are nice when you’re looking to rent but once the lease is signed it’s a different story very unprofessional, combative, and unwilling to work with renters. They also changed my locks while i was on a two week vacation because they were renovating and just could not wait to change the blinds but failed to notify me of this change then refused to give me my new set of keys to get into the apartment i was paying for, the police had to be called to get my keys from them after waiting almost 15 hours. Maintenance is the only decent part about living here.

For about two years now, the entrance gate has been broken. Recently, and for the last several days, only the resident key to the gate works. That means that guests, food delivery, and ubers cannot get through the gate. I reached out to the management several times, and I got one response, ‘you’re not the only one having this issue. We’re working on it.’ That was 6 days ago and management has gone home from the weekend while the gate is still broken. The sad thing is I truly believe they think that is the right answer. The apartments are nice, and I don’t like moving, that’s why I am still here, but the management is outstandingly apathetic. Future residents trample current residents here. Highly recommend not renting here unless management changes.

The entire Staffing are awesome, but there's a Mrs. Love that's been Super Awesome to me. She remembers my name and doesn't push me away,as if she doesn't care about my concerns. I'm disabled and have a lot of medical issues, and work very hard not to be of bother to anyone,but Mrs Love along with the other's are simply supporting and concerned about the tenets and it shows. I've watched her with others and we've all received great customer/tenets support. Thanks Mrs. Love and staff for caring!

Parcstone Apartments has very nice staff. They are very professional and helpful.

The negative experience started before move in! When we arrived none of our paperwork was ready! Then our floor had sharp ripped linoleum, they told me to duct tape it. Eventually that came up and they said go buy a rug to cover it. They told me if my flooring is replaced they will raise my rent! After my husband cut his foot on the cement they finally fixed it! Our air went out on a Saturday while the temp was 79°f and they said due to the fact it wasnt 80°f outside they wont fix it until monday. They have given us lease violations for things that are not stated in the lease! This is just a fee of the reasons i would NOT recommend them!

I have been living in ParcStone Apartments for 3 years. The staff here is amazing and know you by name. When I come in the office with my son not only does the staff great me by name they also know my son's name. It makes him feel special knowing that they really know us. The apartments are amazing the staff is amazing and the area is an amazing area to live in. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

I am currently on the hunt for finding an apartment for me and spouse. We are expecting twins and wanting to be able to bring them home to a property that is not only welcoming but also appealing to our adult tastes. Talking over the phone with the property's rep, kiara, I was able to get just that and more. Not only was she informing, she was also personal. She explained everything to me by phone with patience. The property itself is gorgeous however it's makes it even more fabulous when the staff our helpful and inviting.

Office staff is fast replying and generous when concerns are addressed.

Have enjoyed living at this complex. All staff is nice and accommodating.

The parcstone apartments team is excellent. I’ve been staying here for the past three years. Every time I encounter a problem. They are always prompt to help and fix the problem. Thank you service team for all you do. Specially Mr. Mike for coming out today and having a smile on his face although the world is melting outside.

I really love the service I have received from the staff. Every time I have called or had an issue, it was handled within a reasonable time. I was having issues with my door lock and when I called the service technician, Anthony, he was extremely helpful and considerate. I highly recommend Parcstone.

Do not mover here! Overpriced!! Also, they enter your apartment anytime they want without any notice they were even there! My water pressure is ridiculously low and they say there is nothing they can do! They do not answer emails and they have a horrible lease with little details that do not protect the tenant!!! Do not waste your money!

Worst apartment complex ever and unsafe!!! Car was broken into, smells like weed everywhere, gate is always open, maintenance is awful. Melissa in the front office is the rudest person I have ever met. Just save yourself the nightmare. There is no security deposit because they have you paying for all the upgrades in the apartment before you move!

Loved it here. now....new management and it blows.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and we have thoroughly enjoyed living here. Every time we have had any maintenance issue they have responded within a day and have always been very kind when they fix our issues. Anytime we go in for any question or issue at the office they have always been very helpful and patient with us. We have enjoyed living here immensely.

Any time I had an issue with my unit, TJ was kind and answered all of my millions of questions. Even though I doubted or questioned his knowledge on his job he remained patient and kind. He has a good spirit and always upbeat. He converses with you as well which is awesome to dispell any awkwardness when "strangers" are in the house. He is truly an asset to Parcstone's team. Thank you TJ for always being humble and effectively doing your job.

Lived here for two years, okay while living here but as soon as you try to move they try to drain you of any money you have. If you are military I strongly suggest you do not move here. Melissa in the office has a HORRIBLE attitude and she's incredibly snarky.

I would like to let management know what a great job TJ and Jason of the maintenance team did to help me tonight. At approximately 6:56 p.m. I was on the way out my door to go to church when I heard water. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. I quickly notice water running unto the floor of the kitchen, the laundry room, both bathrooms, the master bedroom closet. I immediately called maintenance for help. Within 20 minutes, TJ from maintenance arrived. I took pictures on my cell phone for documentation. Shortly after that, Jason from maintenance also arrived. They determined that the apartment upstairs had a crack in a water line going to the toilet. Although the people were home upstairs, they did not notice any problem. If I didn't notice the problem and gone to church, there could have been a lot of damage to two or more apartments. TJ and Jason went to work immediately. They used a huge yellow shop-vac and lots of towels to suck up the water. They moved around a lot of furniture. They controlled the source of water from upstairs. After the initial drying, they used fans to complete the drying process. By 8:22 p.m. they had completed the emergency clean up . They plan to return in the morning to further assess the damage and the cleanup. Again, I would just like to thank TJ and Jason from the maintenance department. I would like the apartment management team to know how good these two men do their job. Thank you.

My family and I have lived here for a while and I have to say the maintenance team is awesome! I had a couple of areas that needed attention in my apartment and I let the leasing office know. The very next day TJ was there and he took care of everything! TJ and all of the maintenance staff are so friendly and so helpful!

We've lived here for over a year and love it! The apartments are beautiful, granite counter tops in the kitchens and bathrooms and the tan walls and black kitchen appliances really makes the apartment feel fancy. Really like that it is all inclusive, they pay everything but electric and each apartment comes with a washer and dryer! Great size gym with separate weight and cardio rooms. Two beautiful pools and grilling cabanas!

I have been living at Parcstone for a little over a year now and just re-signed my lease. I chose Parcstone in large part due to their generous pet policy. As the owner of 2 large dogs, it was important to me that our home be somewhere that is pet friendly. We found that at Parcstone. My dogs enjoy the dog park and I enjoy that they have a space to run and play. Another big reason I chose to stay at Parcstone is the environment. You aren't going to find loud and crazy parties, and the grounds are patrolled at night. I feel respected and safe regardless of what time I may be out walking the dogs. Finally, I have always found management and the maintenance staff to be friendly, helpful, and fast.

The nicest thing about this complex is its look, the office staff is horrible and their actions are even worse. This complex has an issue making their rules and regulations fair for EVERYONE, I never thought I would run into one of today's racially slurred incidents at a place like this as a military spouse I am disgusted and would never recommend another soldier or their family to live here and waste their money or precious time. Also even though there is a gate it does keep the trash or crime out!

Parcstone is more than I could have imagined and more. I've only lived here a few days and I love it! The staff are very nice, welcoming, and friendly. They quickly respond to my questions and service requests. They really have made me feel right at home as I moved across the country for a new job on base. I would definitely recommend living here as it is all inclusive and is one of the best deals going for apartment rentals in the area. The apartments are very new, clean, and have tons of open space, which makes it easy to decorate and to make it your own.
