Management team are wonderful, the maintenance team are friendly, but there seems to be frequent issues with getting contractors to show up and was no-shows and/or canceled several times in the past several times that has put off the work order from being completed.

Thank you for leaving your review. We are proud of our team and we look forward to servicing you throughout your residency. Everyday gets better and better. Sincerley, The Park 120 Team
Park 120 is a beautiful, park like apartment where they're short-handed on maintenance crew so it takes forever for things to get fixed, if ever, and where other residents don't pickup after their own dogs.

I am sorry that things had been difficult. I hope that you have seen improvement since January. Please let us know at the office if we can be of any assistance. Sincerely, The Park Team
I would not recommend someone living in Park 120 so far in my experience and I moved in mid Nov. 2023 and it’s beginning of Dec. 2023, so that speaks volumes. The apartment was not given to me in move in condition. I was lied to about the laundry facility being right next to me. I have to walk further down since Park 120 reduced the number of laundry facilities. No on answers the phone and the office isn’t open during regular business hours. Absolutely no one answers the phone at the front desk. I’ve had better communication with the maintenance getting back to me than the actually front desk people.

I am so sorry that your experiences at Park 120 has been less than we expect from our apartment home community. I am the Interim Community Manager here at Park 120 and I will be working diligently with our team over the next few months to attend to the issues that our valued residents need us to attend to. As are most companies in the world today we are very understaffed but I hope that you will see a difference little by little as we make real changes.
I moved into a musty apartment with a broken sliding door lock, leaking sink, no front light, and no garbage bin for trash collection. The lock still hasn’t been replaced, which after 48 hours of my moving, is illegal. The ceiling fan is incorrectly installed, I had to balance it myself to be able to use it on high or medium without it shaking itself off the ceiling. I still can’t use my bathroom sink and I still have no way to put my garbage out. I know mine isn’t the only unit on the property but I wish I knew why these issues went unaddressed before my move in and why they continue to go unaddressed now.

The trash system here is absolutely ridiculous. I pay $25 a month to leave my trash outside for someone to take. They can take up to 3 days to take the trash and the crows eat everyone’s trash so it looks like a trash bomb went off sometimes.

Lovely apartment and friendly staff! Sometimes the staff is not enough or they are very busy, but overall this place is great! The way they take care of the apartment and its security means a lot to the improvement of this area on Casino Road! Thanks to the management for such a company policy! I wish you great prosperity and strength!

Would not recommend. My car was stolen and broken into. It took management over a year to fix the only safety feature they have in this complex. It’s hard to contact management about anything. The rent is way too high for such an awful area.
This property is not the best we moved in a year ago and really regret not reading the reviews first. The management is great here and so is maintenance. The worst part of this place is the constant thieves running around. We had a ring camera the whole time we lived here and caught so many drugged out people on our porch stealing. They stole packages, our propane tank, and our patio furniture, also our neighbors were broken into 2 times. The kids around here also litter constantly and leave the place a mess. Be sure to also note if you get a townhouse you do not have a washer and dryer so you have to take your clothes to the laundry facility that you share with 5-6 other people and sometimes they forget their clothes in the washers and you have to go to another one. They will give you gate cards for a gate that never closes the gate has never closed and it probably never will. Parking is horrible, people will park in your spot, here lately though we've seen people getting cones to block off their spots which would be a great idea if you choose to live here. Our decision to leave was one of the best we have ever made. Although the price is right and well, know that with this place you do not get what you pay for. you get a little less and pay more especially people who live in townhouses. All the other units are updated it seems except those.
Park120 is an amazing community. The work by Stephanie and her team just amaze me. The office is very professional and the current maintenance team just goes above and beyond.
Park 120 provided a wonderful move-in experience. Whenever I had a question, it was easy to reach out via email or phone and get a timely response. In particular Sandra was amazing answering questions, and helping to understand details on the lease.
I have no regret living here, almost 4 years and satisfied although need a little improvement. Cleanliness and facilities are well taken care of. A lot of improvement happened.
Shouldve read the reviews online before leasing here. Management is absolutely unprofessional, property manager doesnt even care about the leasing staffs inadequacy when I brought up how they never answer their phones. Cant get anything through to them to either have fixed or dealt with. The front gate has been broken since moving in in August and was originally supposed to be fixed by beginning of January. Its now May and its still broken but Im glad management decided to paint the speed bumps a new yellow coat first instead of fixing our number one safety issue!! :) Theyve also been known to address/fix other menial tasks that are literally so unimportant and not what any of the residents have been asking for to save face in the name of productivity. No, we dont want to swing by the office to grab some candy, we want to swing by the office and yell at you to do your work as a leasing manager. These people get paid to do their jobs and cant do it on time or even half the time. All of the negative reviews online speak for themselves.
Extremely friendly office staff and maintenance, huge apartment complex so they cant always respond right away but they sure do try! If you have any issues they are often resolved as soon as can be.
The staff at Park 120 is amazing. What I love about the staff is how they approach issues. It always a pleasure working with them.
Everything is great here besides maintenance services.
Overall the community is good and I enjoy living here. Neighbors are quiet and clean, people are polite and mostly keep to themselves. The community grounds are kept in nice condition and it's a very nice community to take a walk around. My only issue is how difficult it is to get any response from the office staff about anything. It's almost impossible to get even a simple acknowledgment that my messages have been received. However, reachout staff member Rebekah is wonderful and super helpful. The other staff could use some customer satisfaction training. But overall I did recommend this place to a friend of mine who ended up renting here as well.
Very good, very attentive, very nice and very responsive on-site management.

Hello, Thank you for your review, we are thrilled to hear you have had a great experience! It appears that we met your expectations and hope that we continue to do so. However, your 1.0 star rating is contrary to your experience. We would love if it you could give us a few more stars so we can get to a 5-star rating! Overall, Park 120 is a good place to rent but need some more improvement. Happy what management been doing lately. Thanks for the effort.
I lived here for 18 months. This business is not professional at all. They are extremely rude. You are never able to get ahold of someone. It takes them forever to reply back via email, they dont answer the phone and they are never in the office I sat in the office lobby for over 2 hours pass the time they said they whould be back from their lunch. I still didn't get helped. When I moved out I asked for a detailed explanation of what I was getting charged for, I never got it but I got the $675 bill and that was after they used my deposit!! I had nothing but issues here! There was a shooting in the apartments due to a drug deal that went wrong. Homeless people wonder through the buildings and spray paint cars and building but it chouldve been prevented if they fixed the gate! A new coat of paint will not change these apartments! I had half of the wiring in my apartments not work and the maintenance people said I would have to move all my stuff out of the apartment to fix it. Multiple times I would turn on a facet or my shower or start the washing machine and brown water would come out. They valet trash hardly picks up the trash ans when its at max capacity it stops and ther is no where else to throw your trash away! DO NOT MOVE INTO THESE APARTMENTS
1. Shooting within less than 2 weeks of living here. Not a word from “management “ 2. They bait and switch you with a nicely decorated and cheaply renovated unit. 3. False advertising. All units are (not) “fully renovated “ and they do not all have washer and dryer. They are cheaply and horrendously sort of partially renovated. Horrendous work. They paint over rust etc. The units have no real space for the washer and dryer (if yours even has one) so they cram it awkwardly into a closet and it sticks out into the living space. 4. Trash management is basically non existent. Animals gather around the healing piles of trash, old mattresses, diapers and what’ve else is dumped there by residents and non residents. 5. Horrendous crime! Drug deals in the open right out of the front gate (which they will lie and tell you works, but the gate is broken and meth heads, gangsters and drug dealers run in and out freely day and night. 6. They hire horrendous dishonest sketching staff. They are some of the least intelligent, rude people I have ever encountered. If I could give stars in the negative I would.
Stay away from this place! Crime every single day, porch pirates, drug dealers, etc. Worst staff ever. Stephanie is always too “busy” to help you, and when she does is very rude and never solve your problem. Pray you dont have a maintenance issue because you will have to fix it yourself, if they come some day to “fix” the problem they will leave things worst. Dont say I didnt let you know!
Drug users everywhere, very unsafe, robbery tried to break in through back door balcony at night turned light on they ran, not fun place to raise a family. can get stubbed or robbed at night by drug users that are wondering around the apartment. A year I lived I seen enough, thank I came out alive. Maintenance will take 3 to 4 weeks before the come to fix the issue sometimes the don’t even ever come and you have to go back if you like they come after 3weeks from that time. The apartment manager don’t know what they’re doing. No dumpster they removed all you put your trash in font your door if you miss the time to take it, your trash will be infont your door the next day.
Pipes got rust in them so old. water in the morning comes out yellow. Very dangerous. If you looking place to get cancer from. this is the place to go.
Man oh man where to start? Let's go with night one after moving in, heard gunshots outside. The first month living here our parking lot flooded, the deepest part got to about 1.5 feet or more. Couldn't leave the apartment because I didn't want to flood my car. This happened quite a few times. They were very slow at responding to the flooding. Took about 8 hours +! When you put in a maintenance request it literally takes them 2 months to show up at your door to fix the problem. To anyone who is looking at the pictures of inside the apartments online, know that that is not what you get. What you get is a crusty dumpster fire poor conditioned apartment. Faucet leaks, the bathtub isn't caulked right so theres cracks for water to seep into. When we moved in, there was water damage under the bathroom sink, and it smelled horrible. The toilet paper holder was ripped off completely, they never fixed it after I requested. heaters are outdated, never trusted to use them. There was constant apartment inspections almost every month. Tons of little kids screaming all day from about 10 am to 10 PM. Had one of the kids steal my ring doorbell right off my front door, they do whatever they want and the parents are nowhere to be seen most the time. Neighbors are also constantly smoking marijuana and it goes right into our windows. I have no problem with legal marijuana but not if its coming into my apartment. Last but not least they thought getting rid of the dumpsters would solve the garbage problem, it only made things worse. I jokingly told one of my friends to follow the trail of garbage to find our place and the funny part is he found us with those directions, not even lying. Moral of the story, don't move here unless you have to choose between being homeless or this dump. Sincerely, Jenni Knudsvig

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our team here at Park120 is always looking for ways to make residents feel at home, and we are sorry to hear that your experience was not positive. Yes, we have relocated majority of the dumpsters around the property, with continued resident education and informing our residents of Valet Trash service provided which is doorstep trash collection, we have nearly eradicated the trash issue around the community. The property recently went through ownership change which resulted in the repeated home inspections, we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. It is discouraging to learn of your experience with us. Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we can improve. Take care.
Everybody can talk about how bad or how good something is but the staff is absolutely wonderful except for not answering the phone sometimes because there are Streamley busy, but when you have 101 people standing in front of you paying rent or telling you about a maintenance issue or problem with the trash how can you answer the phone and properly address somebody on the telephone when there’s people standing in front of you you have to be rude to somebody I get it. I’m going to tell you I have lived here for quite a long time if I’ve ever had and made it’s emergency I’m always greeted by Adam and he handles it right away I think he is great at his job and I think this place is wonderful just give it a chance I know it’s an about location I know that there’s homeless people I get it there’s those people everywhere we should open our hearts to others. I am telling you park 120 is wonderful I love the new management and the people that work there I also love my neighbors. I think the place is awesome try it Jennifer R

Hi Jennifer, we are grateful that you took the time to provide us with feedback! We at Park120 always enjoy hearing from residents, and we appreciate your thoughtful comments.
Cons: - Maintenance requests frequently ignored or delayed weeks at a time (unless your apartment is flooding don't expect anything within 48 hrs. - Grounds are filthy and poorly maintained. - Pool closed more often then not closed due to health code failures. - Renovated Units are safety hazards (be wary and cautious, cabinets and shelves are poorly installed may fall/break, light switches may shock you, heating elements may be exposed). - If you get a non-renovated unit expect to be FORCED to upgrade in the near future or be evicted. - Gate is broken and left open majority of the time. - Inconsistent pet policy (outdoor cats are against the policy yet there's quite a few owned at this complex) - Over priced (renovated units only): Go to one of the 5 star apartment complexes in the area and you'll save 200-300 dollars a month for the same sized unit. - REALLY loud neighbors (even if your apartment building is quiet, one of the others near by will make up for it and you'll be kept up all night.) - Domestic issues and fights break out on Apartment grounds. Police are often called out at least once a week. Pros: - School close by. - Grocery Store close by - Can be as noisy as you please. - Frequent Police Presence - Friendly Office Staff - Partially functional work out room

I moved from Michigan on August 17th to Park120 Apartments. With little knowledge of the area I visited Park120 Apartments in Everett, Washington. One of the very few concerns that I had and that I clearly stated to the person that was following my case was the security. I asked her specifically the amount of robberies & break-ins in the complex over the recent time to which she stated that there had been none Unfortunately on October 13th someone broke into my car, damaging the door and stealing some valuables to which I filed a police report. However, after talking to the manager (Teresa) my wife and I found it impossible to stay in the complex and complete our lease agreement. Teresa stated that she cannot assure our security, which is relatively true, but she also stated in a very cynical manner that there have been other break-ins in the last 6 months and that the neighboring complexes have had even more, and that basically it is not her problem. That attitude implies that she really doesn't care about the safety and security of the neighbors in Park120 and that We should be expecting more robberies which I find unacceptable, however the breaking point is that I signed the contract with misleading information from the leasing office about the safety of the area. I have made Teresa and the Park120 administration know about my intention to cancel the contract and leave ASAP with fear for my (and my family) safety after less than 2 months living there, and Teresa has told us that in order to do so We need to pay 2 months of rent. In any other situation I would gladly accept the offer, however in this case I truly believe this is unfair, since I signed the contract under misleading and negligent information, stating that the area was safe, while concealing the knowledge of robberies and break-ins Added to that they told me initially that the office would take care of the water utilities, but then found out I do have to pay for that, which again is misleading and negligent I am cancelling my contract with Park120 and I have no intentions to make this bigger than it is. I wouldn't want to damage trinity property consultants' image but I am thinking about getting advise from a lawyer and fight for what I believe is fair if I cannot reach an agreement with Teresa and the Park120 office

This apartment complex has gotten much better since taking on new ownership a bit over a year ago. The buildings and apartments were freshly painted and the pool (which was always closed before) is now opened again which is great during the hot summer we've been having. It's next to a school and there is an open gate for kids to play at the playground there, within walking distance to a Fred Meyer grocery store and other plaza shops and very close to Boeing as well. This is definitely a great place to live.
