they are irresponsible, they require future tenants to meet all the requirements but they do not meet the delivery date of the apartment and offer you the available units with a higher price and if you do not accept said unit they will not return the money. administrative expenses.
They’ll have you schedule tours for floor plans that do not exist. The Devonshire isn’t even a real floor plan. Don’t bother your time the reviews of actual residents suck and then the website is false advertising. Better amenities for same prices somewhere else.

The apartments are reasonably priced and I love the location. It’s a quick drive to uptown, which makes it very convenient for me. I really like the interior renovations and I like the 24hr fitness center.

I have lived at park 2300 or Village Lake for over a year. When initially moving in we were shown an apartment in the back area which was quiet, secluded and updated. What we actually moved into was significantly different. All the cabinets were warped. The dishwasher, refrigerator and AC all had to be serviced in the first 6 months two or three times each. The pool opened a month late and has been closed an accumulated 18 days due to ''chemical issues''. The gates are rarely actually closed defeating the point of a gated community. The office staff is careless and unresponsive and unfortunately a step up from the lazy maintenance staff. The grounds are always dirty no matter which part you are in. The property has two pools but only one has opened due to renovations that have never occured. There are constantly police incidents. The group of kids who roam the grounds unsupervised vandalize the property and roam the street well into the night. Obviously this is not something the staff can help however it does play into the overall experience. My rent is ALWAYS paid on time so I do not write this review to spite the management, it is to inform people of the types of issues you do not want live with. The staff is unfortunate because this really is a beautiful property and has a lot of potential. The new management is irrelevant as nothing has changed with the staff.
