This is such a nice apartment complex! The office is outstanding. Nice dog park and a lot of sidewalks for biking and walking. Close enough to shopping and food as well. Even though everyone's entrances are inside it's really quiet. I live right by the elevator and still don't hear much outside my apartment. Don't forget about the parking garage! No defrosting your car when it's so cold outside!

Love these apartments. Longest I’ve waited for maintenance is a day which they always fixes everything we needed, shower drain not draining, my boyfriends closet shelf breaking! Everyone is very friendly. Use the gym 4 days out of the week and very convenient. Love the view from the east 4th floor ?? me and my boyfriend definitely take advantage of the Starbucks machine and vending machine.

My boyfriend and I have been living at Park 88 for two years now, and we just signed a lease for a bigger unit. We love it here and do not plan on leaving anytime soon. Cate, the property manager, is great, super helpful and great at communicating with her residents. She truly is passionate about her residents and really does put her residents first. She also assures that residents feels at home, safe and are happy/content when it comes to living at Park88. Would NOT want to be apart of any other community, but Park88!

This complex is beautiful inside and out, it has great amenities such as the dog park which has brought us close to a few neighbors. The management is super nice and friendly along with the maintenance staff. During the winter they worked at ensuing there was no snow or ice that may cause a falling hazard or a slippery surface for vehicles. The community here is better than most apartments, it’s a community of fun, nice, and friendly people.
My wife and I have lived at Park 88 for over a year and have loved our experience! You won’t find more dedicated and caring management anywhere else. The unit it self is clean and well designed with granite countertops, tiled bathrooms and stainless steel appliances. The amenities are great from the pool, community room, free Starbucks coffee machine and fitness facilities. The biggest thing for us has been how quiet it is. We never hear our neighbors! Would recommend to anyone.
My Husband and I love living at Park 88! We wanted to be located in the Jordancreek area but somewhere private and quiet. Park 88 is exactly what we were looking for! It’s in a lovely neighborhood, we take many, many walks and it’s also very quiet. 5 minutes away from the Mall and extremely close to the highway so when I was commuting for work it was so easy! We love the property and it’s well taken care of; a community room that you can rent out, pool, park, dog park, pickleball court, fitness center and grilling station. We also love that it’s controlled access to get into the building for EVERY entrance and as far as noise goes - it’s the quietest building we’ve ever lived in. Both my Husband and I work from home a few times a week and we never have any issues with noise. We also really love having stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops, so easy to keep clean!! Love the management! Matthew and Cate as well as the maintenance team are so quick to help in anyway possible. Highly recommend living here!
Honestly my first time in an apartment and can’t say anything bad about the place so luxurious And homely,not to mention the management has honestly became part of my family and will help you with anything that you need. Absolutely love this place and glad I picked it!!
I would just like to say that this is a nice looking complex with TERRIBLE management. There are so many issues inside these places and the work that they did was so quick that it has made the places inside extremely crappy. The build work had to have been the quickest and least expensive ways and for them to charge what they are is INSANE!!!!! Today they did a snow removal and gave a very misleading note to all tenets that you couldn't park in front of your property that you are living in. They then towed all the cars that were not moved. I luckily was not one of the people, however I saw them removing several cars before I went up to each house and warned them. I also asked a guy who was snowplowing what was going on and he was specifically told by management not to knock on any doors to help warn people or he would be terminated. This is VERY SHADY and I do believe that this complex has to be the worst complex run in my many years of staying within apartments/townhomes. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!!! Terrible place.
