Living here is ok. They try to keep the hallways clean but they are in bad condition with alot of dog stains and cracks. There is a great maintenance man that keeps the grounds clean from the residents that don't clean up after their dogs and the kids run wild with no control from the parents. Other than that it's ok. I've here 5 years . Parking is also a disaster ( not enough).

We absolutely love living here. The community is great and the front office is proactive. It's set up like a neighborhood which is great for walking pets or just taking a walk. Something that was important to us was not having a lot of carpet. I have allergies and the only carpet is in the bedrooms and that is the case with all of the units here.

Very friendly community and quiet! The units are beautiful and spacious as well, the parking is plentiful and it’s close to everything! I’m new to the community and can’t wait to use the amenities.

We have been living at the Apartments since 06/23. Love the area. Worries, not any except for traffic when this new Apartments open. Wish more people would pick up after their Dogs are walked.

Great place to live overall, the music from people in the cars has gotten a little out of hand but overall at night it’s quiet and the apartments do well drowning out the noise

It’s been really good, nice people that I have met. Some noise but that is to be expected. I love the feel of this neighborhood/apartment. The staff in the office are so friendly and welcoming that you feel like you have known them for a long time.

there is no place to park your car near the apartment. People here from one apartment have two, three or more cars, they don't even have parking tickets from this community. Then there is no parking space here, and no one cares.

We love living at Park 9. Shermaine and Kayla in the office are amazing! They are always there to answer questions and know everyone's name. Maintenance always gets taken care of swiftly. The complex feels and looks like a little neighborhood. I love walking my dog and being able to go up and down the little streets. All of our neighbors are friendly and it feels like community. The only thing I wish could be changed is the parking. The spaces are a little tight and I wish there was more parking. Overall, we are so glad that we chose Park 9 as our home.

park 9 is an amazing apartment. The rooms are great, the front office staff is always so nice answers all of my questions. They do great community events with food trucks and movie nights. Great environment and community. Great location from downtown woodstock and woodstock outlets. Would recommend people to check this place out if they are looking for an apartment

Great complex. Virtually zero issues in the 7 months that I have lived here and all the minor issues I did have were resolved very quickly and professionally. No bug problems either and the pest control we pay for actually works - there were no mosquitos at all in the summer.

Great apartment community, quiet and easy to get used to. Apartment came ready but some small things required work orders, as well as there was slight damage to flooring. Overall four stars would recommend to others. Staff is really nice.
