I would definitely recommend this apartment community because of the facilities and services provided. Everything is well maintained. The apartment was in brand new condition/spotless when we moved in. My son loves the pool, common area, etc. Office staff are excellent and most helpful! The Maintenance crew respond immediately, and resolve any concerns we have. The area is safe and everything is easily accessible.
Park Aire is managed by a set of professionals that make this place the best place to live. The apartments are very nice and neat and in great location, but at the end people make business with people and all of your staff is the best!
I would because it meets and exceed my expectations and would love my family nd friends to benefit from a great community.
This is a wonderful community. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. They go above & beyond. The facilities are beautiful, great gym & pool. Thanks for everything!
Clean, Neat, Safe, Quite and the people on the grounds from the agents in the office to the maintenance people are really friendly and always have a hello for you, which I feel is very important.. That's why I would highly recommend Park Aire.

The layout of the complex is appealing - spread out and plenty of parking. There is also a variety of amenities available. Another plus is the way the utilitiy payments are handled- each family is responsible for their own versus sharing it with the building, which is the case in other apartment complexes.
The trees surrounding the lake are all dead. Looks like all should be replace or pulled out. It would look much nicer if replaced since the community sits behind a shopping plaza. Staff is great here!
I moved here at the end of September and I'm very pleased with my decision. The community is only a few years old, so everything is still very new and in good shape. Nice modern feel inside the apartment itself. I especially like the kitchen island and nice counter tops. The location is fantastic as well being that it is right off 441. Tons of restaurants and shopping within a short distance. Greg and Amy in the office are super friendly and helpful as well. Overall, highly recommended!

I would definitely recommend this apartment community. Not only is it beautiful but the staff is amazing. They are there when you need them. Any service I have needed has been taken care of in a timely manner. I love calling Park Aire my home.
I have been residing at Park Aire since it opened 4 years ago, it’s a great place to live , very convenient amenities and location. The management staff it’s exellent and the try their hardest to keep residents happy. Very safe community, maintenance team always promp and courteous to assist with service calls. Great A rated schools!

I've lived in Park Aire for 4 years, and I couldn't see myself living anywhere else. The property is gorgeous, clean, and the tenants are really nice but my reason for staying is not just because the property is nice, I stay because the property management staff is AMAZING! They address every concern, every maintenance issue, and do it in the nicest way possible. Also, they couldn't be any kinder to the children in the community, and as a parent that is priceless! I would recommend this apartment community for various reasons. I love my apartment, 0ffice staff is beyond exceptional & any service needs I've had are promptly tended to immediately! Can't get better than all of the above!!!
The community is Clean, Quite and Secure.. That is what I tell anyone looking to rent an apartment The staff is also Great and are there for you if you need help or to answer any questions you have..
I have been living here at Park Aire for a few months now, There is not one thing I would criticize. The community is well kept, both office and service personnel are terrific. I am so very happy that I made the move to Park Aire. I would recommend living here in a heart beat!!
My biggest issue is the gate. There are no cameras to catch those who piggy back or those that move to the gate waiting for you to open it and refuse to move. I’ve had to go all the way around to use my keyfob again so many times and it’s just not fair and an annoyance to residents.
Safe and clean. Some issues are that it’s hard to find parking by my apartment. Apartments are a bit small compared to others that cost about the same. Rent is high. Not sure about other outside amenities besides gym and pool.
This community is in a great location and it's very quiet and safe. The grounds are beautiful and taken care of, the staff are amazing, friendly and so helpful and most importantly they care. To me that matters.
I think the light switches can be more modern. I would definitely recommend this place they are very clean and smell fresh I can’t say anything negative about the place you can tell that they really try to make the environment safe n clean. I love the fact it is smoke free so no smoking in or out the building which is awesome as my kids n I have asthma and we do not need to be exposed. The place is the best I have visited so far.

The gate works all the time since I've been here, the leasing office staff is very friendly, the community is well maintained and I think that is the biggest factor.

I would definitely recommend Park Aire, though you have to "shop" for the rental rate that suits your needs. I have been checking back and forth for a few months. When I finally saw the rate at Park Aire that suits my needs I knew I had to act quickly. My family is thrilled that I am moving to Park Aire.
Pros: I love the large balcony . I love the gym. The staff is great. The neighbors seem nice. It feels safe and we have Cons: Very small master bath, cold pool, no elevator. Oh, and this is super minor, but fridge doesn't hold magnets :(
LOVE THE QUIETNESS! Trash pickups and no smoking in apartments or around complex. Office Staff is Pleasant! And community is clean.
I do recommend this complex all the time. It's a beautiful, safe area but THE STAFF makes this THE BEST!!
With the exception of the rent issue. I have no problems. I see how tenants throw trash in the breezeway & out their car windows & it truly amazes me with their lack of respect. The positive thing is that the staff makes sure it doesn't stay there for long. The grounds r well kept. So yes I would recommend Park Aire to my friends
I LOVE how the community is smoke free, this is a huge plus! It appeared overall quiet and well kept when we visited, which was something important to us. We liked how it was gated as well.
The community has wonderful amenities, great location and the BEST office and service staff ever. Everyone is helpful and attentive to the residents needs. I highly recommend ParkAire to anyone looking in this area of Florida.
Living at Park Aire has made relocating from New York a breeze. Whether you prefer walking, biking or driving this community is within 5min of every convenience. Amenities like valet trash, convenient parking and a courteous staff willing to lend a hand whenever necessary, make daily living here sooo much easier. The style of our clubhouse is one of the finest you'll ever see with a well designed interior and exterior always well maintained and useful. We have Viking grills, cabana style lounge areas and a gorgeous swimming pool without a dreaded deep end or diving board. And if you're a parent like myself then top rated public schools are a priority. We're zoned for the best in Palm Beach County. I love living here and I think you will too. Come check us out!
