Great floor plan and pool/bbq. Quiet neighbors. Location is very walkable and easy access to a grocery store, Forsyth Park, and restaurants.

Great location, quiet & friendly neighbors but the common areas/amenities could be improved. The parking lot gate is rarely working properly which is a concern.

Thank you for writing! We greatly apologize for the inconvenience of having the gate down while in repair. We are happy to share the gate is operable and will continue to ensure any repairs needed are handled as swiftly as possible, if they should arise.
Overall I really like living here. The location is great - walking distance to plenty of places, a door that opens to let in fresh air, a very nice gym, gated parking, a very nice shared pool area with grills. Tenants are nice. There's plenty to like! Is it perfect? Is anything perfect? No. The hallways are carpeted, which was just a bad design choice, probably done to keep noise down but with the valet trash service and foot traffic, that carpet is pretty dirty. The walls aren't super well insulated so you will hear your neighbors. My upstairs neighbors are stompers. But with a white noise machine by my bed, it's fine. Some service requests take a while, but they've gotten done. The fire alarm in the building has gone off a few times in the wee hours. Rent isn't cheap, but that's pretty true across the city. These are just standard apartment-living issues.

Management and maintenance at Park and Broad are both incredibly hard to get in touch with. Phone calls to the office, maintenance number, and property manager usually go to voicemail and there is never any follow-up regarding certain issues. Appliances break constantly even though they are very nice, and maintenance takes a ridiculously long time to repair them. The private parking lot is not safe as the gate is continuously broken for months on end and left open for anyone to come inside. There are also homeless people who sleep in their cars outside of the complex. Trash valet service doesn’t come half of the time so you have to take your own trash, despite being required to pay for the service to live here. The soundproofing is also terrible, you will hear constant stomping from upstairs and you can also hear your neighbors’ conversations through the walls and ceilings. Overall a very disappointing experience living here. It may look nice from the outside but this complex is truly terrible.

The apartments themselves are really nice. The management does not really communicate and takes forever for maintenance orders and repairs. They often lock the lobby which has the water fountain and bathrooms for the gym which is quite inconvenient after an exhausting workout. Overall, I love the apartments and the amenities!

I would rate 0 stars if i could. The room i live in is nice but..There’s been No working parking gate for over a year witch is unacceptable, random people can just come in and out, people dont feel safe, no one picks up the phone at the office, theres never anyone in our office, my packages always get delays because they cant get into the building, and when they do, packages regularly get stolen. Neighbors above and next to me are loud and blast music at all hours with no regard for other people. There was a crackhead couple for months who would constantly terrorize people and make them uncomfortable in the place they live, in this nice overpriced building. Cars have been stolen and other peoples cars have been broken into and the management did absolutely nothing to help or try to solve the issue; hence the gate being down for over a year and our crappy little parking lot camera witch is blocked by leaves so no one can see out of it. Maintenance takes forever to respond to requests.
I haven't met my neighbors yet, I am excited about the pool and the grills. I am new to Savannah and I chose the building because it is within walking distance of the park and my work.

It’s been nice and comfortable for the most part but the office is always empty and you can hear everything from apartment to apartment. But it’s close to a SCAD building
When we moved in my apartment had many things wrong with it including the fridge going out, the sink leaking, moldy washer, etc. management takes forever to get with you and the gate to parking never works. But the apartments are nice, gym has all the basics and the employees are nice.
Super nice people and lovely area. Everyone working at the office was so helpful when we were moving in. I love how clean the apartment was when we got there and it’s been great since.
Nice apartments with lots of space. Decent location but a little sketchy. Wish the common areas were kept cleaner, sometimes the hallways stink. Also wish there was more of a community feeling, no residents ever socialize.
Everyone is really nice and the building is very convenient since it is so close to restaurants and bars. The lay out of the apartments are exceptional as well. The only issue is that it takes a while to get repairs done, and it can be difficult to get in touch with someone.
It’s been great so far. But no one is in the leasing office. Besides that the place is really nice and close to the SCAD Anderson or Garvin Hall. And you can ride downtowners to this location.
My apartment and the amenities are very nice and the location is great, close to everything but still quiet. I just wish the maintenance team was larger so upkeep & work orders could be more effective.
Very friendly office manager staff, warm reception, detailed information about the facilities and equipment of the apartment building and the service system, eager to help me deal with the opening of the electric company account, and the girl who helped to clean up the UNIT garbage (although I don't know her name), On my first day of check-in on the 8th, some of the items I had reserved came in the mail, and I unwrapped a lot of cardboard boxes from the packing boxes, and she was very friendly and helped me get rid of it from my unit door.
Great property, staff is very nice and the grounds are well maintained. Pool Deck is very nice and overall we are very pleased to call Park and Broad our home.
We’ve been here for over a year and living here has been the most pleasant experience, any questions, any concerns are all answered in a timely manner and we feel so cared about, would recommend this complex to any dog lover looking for a cute place in downtown Savannah.
I think Park and broad is a good apartment complex, close to SCAD campuses and about 10 mins to downtown, so far has been a good experience, some little issues with the carpet located in every floor ( are full of stains and sometimes smell like dog pee), Management are friendly and are easy to talk to them.
Gates are always broken. Trash is never taken out daily. Cars are vandalized and/or stolen. No accountability for people who aren’t handicapped parking in handicap spaces. No one is ever in the leasing office.
