It is an overall well kept up community. I love that there’s always parking for your guest. Pools always clean and sparkling. There’s security, and sometimes maintenance responds to your request the same day. Also the community do a great job cleaning up after their pets to make it a more sanitary place to live.

I absolutely love my experience at Park at 33rd so far. All of the staff are friendly and very helpful. The complex is clean or kid friendly as well. Also, I absolutely love that the garbage man comes regular so there are no trash build ups at the dumpsters. There have been a few incidents but management did not hesitate to jump on the problem and fix it. I don’t normally leave reviews but I have to give credit where credit is due!

If you want a safe atmosphere clean and well kept tenents are friendly and everyone gets along also has a swimming pool open all year with a hot tub and exercise room also its very quiet this is the place to live

I wish I hadn't gotten these apartments they are too expensive. And things were never right from the beginning, big mistake to rent , I recommend people double checking everything before getting the apartments I got them because yea they look pretty, they look modern, but all that goes away when your struggling with your lights and stove, and trying to find a parking spot here is so hard they don't have any extra parking spots and they only give u one, which sucks.

Nobody ever answers at the office. Dont know why they have a phone up there. I was also told my model was a remodel but it is clearly not. I have not received keys for the pool or laundry room and when I moved in I did not get a mailbox key.

Horrible horrible horrible management. Starting from the office manager who is clueless, disrespectful shameless, treating everybody like an idiot, No wonder why resident is running away. Including myself. I have been in this complex since June of 2015, I cannot wait for the next 90, days to my lease is over so I can get out and not deal with this horrible management. And horrible new ownership

Half the time the water is off there is no mention beforehand. The old owners had JUST painted the buildings and the new owners decided to REPAINT them instead of updating old things in the apartments. The stove is old and falling apart but they refused to put in a new one even though (like I said) they REPAINTED THE NEWLY PAINTED BUILDINGS. How about instead of using all the money to make the outside look "nice" (everybody HATES the ugly yellow) and to literally gut the office and laundry room (which ALSO didn't need to happen) you guys show you care about your tenants and fix their homes?

While we do our best to plan water shut-offs during renovations, we might encounter urgent repairs and to avoid any damages or incidents, we're forced to shut off the water service on a temporary basis. The safety of our team and residents is our priority. We searched a work order with your name but couldn't find it in our system, however, to address your comment, if a stove is non-functional, this would definitely be replaced. Please reach out to the Community Manager to provide additional details so this can be inspected right away. We know renovations can be disruptive and for that, we apologize. It's a cheap apartment if that's what you're looking for. However, the apartments themselves are small, the AC doesn't work half the time, neighbors are noisy, and there is no in unit washer/dryer.

They are very well laid out to maximize space and also provide a roomy, open feel throughout the home. Having no washer and dryer within the apartment home further maximizes space. Instead, we have a clean and well-maintained clothing care center right on community grounds exclusive to only our residents. Even better, with so many washers and dryers available our residents are able to get multiple loads laundered in the same amount of time it would take to do a single load. Thus giving them hours back it would normally take if they had only one washer and one dry to use. Regarding your AC and noisy neighbors, we are absolutely here to help.
