I only gave it a 1 star because that was the lowest I could go. I moved in on Oct 25 2023 and out on February 9 2024, these apartments need to be shut down! I was building 568 and the WHOLE building is INFESTED WITH RATS! BIG RATS MEDIUM RATS AND BABY RATS! The property let me out of my lease because I had the pictures and videos to prove it. Code enforcement does nothing!! I’ve had issues every month the little time I lived there. I’ll sleep on a raft floating on the ocean before I step foot on any property that’s owned by the management! I set up a camera with rat poison in the kitchen and was DISGUSTED when I watched the footage . I caught over 11 rats on the traps I set up

I am currently living here and my a/c has gone out a total of 5 times. I’ve put in work orders and called the front office several times. It has been out for a week and I called to see the progress on the issue and got yelled at by the resident manager. He started getting loud and acted like I had created the problem. I just want my a/c fixed and I will be calling corporate immediately. If you can, avoid this property.

Don’t be fooled by the beautiful model you see, what you’ll get is far from that quality wise. Staff is super nice and friendly until you sign the contract than they become super rude and can’t solve none of your issues. Pay attention to the number of months on your lease, you may be tricked into signing a longer lease for a “discount”. This is not a safe place to live, 6 months here and there’s been 3 shootings in front of my building, the office doesn’t say anything. People smoke weed outside in front of kids, the place is cockroach infested, mold, dirty hallways and entrance, old beat up apartments. Bad bad bad customer service from office staff, poor maintenance. Not worth the price, horrible neighborhood, noise from disrespectful neighbors playing loud music when you complain to office staff they say they can’t do anything. My neighbor’s weed smoke comes into my apartment through the vents, office says they can’t do anything. Horrendous place. I’ve never lived in such a terrible place in my life. Heat and air conditioner only works in some parts of the apartment, I complained several times, maintainable comes to take a look but can’t fix anything. Kitchen is old with old cabinets and appliances. Bath tubs are painted with heavy oil paint that starts peeling off after a few weeks and you start seeing the disgusting dirty color of the tub, floors are covered with new carpets but you can hear and feel the broken wood underneath, vinil floored parts of the house is old and most parts are damaged. Just horrible I could go on forever......I regret ever setting my eyes on this property.

Property itself is decent. Not to far from the main road and businesses. But Managment is terrible, and some people at the front office are rude and unprofessional. I was moved into an apartment different from what was shown to me due to flooding. Apartment 572 old front st apt 01 ( I no longer live there thankfully )Ok fair enough. But the apartment had warped doors that didn't fully close, leaky sinks, leaky toilets and has a weak water heater than keeps water luke warm at best for 5mins during a shower. And the heater/AC unit didn't properly work. During the winter there was barely any heat. Had to use portable heaters in some rooms. And as the weather got warmer. AC flat out didn't work. When dealing with management about these issues. You get the run around. Telling you whatever they can to get you out their face. You have to keep hounding them to get anything done. And they barely did get anything done. They do not take complaints seriously and some of the staff at the front desk are very rude. If you can cut back on other spending in order to afford rent somewhere better. Please do that. Don't settle for this just because the rent is cheap.

This place is a scam the whole complex is disgusting the leasing office only collect rent everything else isn't there issue. My whole building is infected with rats. I have complained and demanded out of my lease. I will be taking legal actions because this is unacceptable

I’m new to the area and i just moved in and the experience was great everyone was very helpful especially since this is my first time moving into an apartment on my own.
I absolutely love living here! The management is great, maintenance completes requests within a quick and timely manner, no issues with parking, pets are welcomed, and it is located in a great area. I feel completely safe. No complaints and I am already planning to renew my lease for another year!
New management is showing out, we finally have some one who cares and is taking charge. The place looks cleaner and better, maintenance is jumping on things more prompt now, Russell the maintenance man always goes the extra mile.

I just recently move in a few days ago. At first it was a bumpy ride because my unit wasn’t ready upon move in day, however Nadira and Josh went above and beyond to find me a unit that was immediately and still make my move in experience wonderful. The grounds are clean and it’s very quiet out here. Definitely recommend living here!
Clifton Glenn management team’s main focus is for the security of their jobs. The management team cares very little of the residents. The main concern is for their job status so if there is a major leak it will be fix but if you have safety issues that are they considered “minor” such as a unhinged door or no window nets for your children, your concerns will be left unheard for months. If you reach out to the office you will be brush off with any feedback or explanation. It’s bad enough the complex is not kid friendly and the amenities offered in the complex is misleading. The swimming pool is out of order for the past year, missing pool balls and a smelly kid pen that reeks of urine and smelly feet. Clifton Glenn presents a facade of friendly and caring but the truth is the complete opposite.

Anytime there is an issue which is minor I have been met with the most beautifully amazing staff and grounds staff my apartment is spacious and comfortable I feel safe its quiet the grounds here are well kept my neighbors are wonderful people no riff raff that I've noticed and no huge complaints if any I'm met with love and understanding everyone down at the property office and maintenance have always been easy to reach I've recommended people to move here anytime and they have and made plans to do so great place and I would recommend this to anyone!!

Friendly staff, nice size rooms.A little high priced for the neighborhood but they are trying to make improvements. On the other hand the garbage is out of control, takes too long to make repairs, not enough staff to meet the needs of the tenants and the office staff changes like every 3 months. The trash is the biggest problem, always on the ground and over flowing.

Management does not answer the phones, I have called 7 times today because there was a charge placed on my account for no reason and in order to pay rent, the charge has to be paid or taken off. It says because the electricity was “vacant” but we just moved in. The apartment was not ready for our move-in. The dishwasher did not work, our blinds keep falling off, the light fixture is broken in the kitchen, the patio door did not lock. There are many things that need to be improved here. On top of that our trash can was taken and when told to management, they ignored it (the maintenance request for it) and we still have no trash can. We have had a leak from the faucet only days after moving in.

My lease will be up in December and I will not be renewing. This apartment complex will scan you with new unit prices but give you an old unit, raise your rent each month, crime is horrible, rats and roaches are horrible and they never rely the message for pest control to come out. The complex has trash everywhere and also broken glass. Nothing ever gets fixed. I wasted a year of my life and money on this complex. Do yourself a favor, don’t do it.

The price we're paying for a 2 bedroom apartment is amazing and the size of the rooms are incredible. We really love that we can walk around in our space without having to climb over furniture to get into a room. Also the office staff and maintenance crew have been helpful and patient with anything we need help with.

I made an appointment, to see apartment, for today at 2 pm. I got a final confirmation text at 11:02 am. I arrived early, rode around and found things like a parking spot filled with junk and 2 filled to overflowing trash dumpsters, with no I room for more (maybe today is trash day)... I went to leasing office only to find a note on the door reading "office closed today at 12 noon for a meeting". Did the person who texted me at 11 am know that? Would have saved me a half hour drive. 2 stars for wasting my time.

As a resident for a few months, I have seen drastic changes to the complex, as a result of the new management under Qua’s leadership. For the 5 months I’ve been renting here, the hallways floors are being clean for the first time ever! I’m referring to be sweep weekly and also mop!!! This is a plus for a complex this large, to have the time and effort to ensure overall maintenance of the property is what the old management never even considered. I appreciate the small things, in terms of apartment maintenance, the Clifton Glen maintenance team works on it promptly. I believe in the new management, everyone in the leasing office is polite, considerate and genuine. There are free activities help at the complex courtesy of non profit SPARC and the reminders for the events are email/ text... in addition to Qua blessing his present at every event so far. There’s been a 360 in the work and environment of the complex. The only thing that’s need more concern on the property are the front entrance access gates and the complex pool. I think Qua and team will have it ready for the next opening season. The complex is looking very promising.

Must at admit that since we had new management that the maintenance that needed to be done on the apartment has been done in a timely manner. However, I am still waiting on the Black appliances that are supposed to come with the apartment and on top of that still have not received pest control for the appliances that are infested since we moved in 5 months ago.... Definitely, not worth the money they charge for these apartments.

I am a current resident at The Life At Clifton Glen for 3 Years now. I would like to say that the New Manager Qua is very efficient and effective and a "Man of his Word" when says that he will take care of Maintenance issues that I have had for years, he kept his word and did just that. He sent maintenance and the plummer over the same day that I put in my requests for another refrigerator and a backed up sink that I had for years. Also, Brandon in the office placed my new requests in today and I received a phone call from maintenance that they would be here in the morning at approximately 9:30am. where do i start the staff is terrible they never return calls like they say and they have terrible communication skills the fact that only 1 agent can help a person or get them a lease to sign makes it even worse when you specifically agent doesn’t show up for days the maintenance people are so lazy and this place is very unprofessional

The place I was in was roach infested so bad and they make you pay for pest control. There were roaches in my couch .. my kids beds .. the closets .. my fridge .. this place wants so much money and their shitty
I applied for an apartment back in April, paid all administrative and application fees and even placed the additional deposit on the apartment of $200. My housing needs changed prior to my June move in date and I called the office to cancel the apartment. I was told my $200 would be refunded since it was beyond the non refundable administrative and application fees. In June I got a call asking how many bedrooms I needed for my apartment and I again stated that I had cancelled my apartment a month prior and was still awaiting my refund of $200 I was again assured I would receive it. We are now in September and I have yet to receive my refund I cannot access the apartment website and I am not able to get an answer when calling the office. Very unprofessional.
By far the worst apartment I have ever lived in! We recently moved to the Stone Mountain area from Florida and come across Clifton glen. At first we thought we hit the jackpot the apartments are spacious and well priced, however it took them 3 weeks to give us our updates appliances that we paid extra for stating everyday that they placed the order for it. Then a month later the a/c broke took them two weeks just to send someone to look at it and say ohh you need a new piece. The piece took another week to come in by then our floors had already started leaking from the water coming out of the a/c and we had no air cause we had to shut it down keep in mind this is July! There only excuse is that they changed management, however this issue happened before the change!!!!! In the end we still waiting for the a/c to be fix and for them to cut out the now mold that built up from all the water leaking. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
