Good complex tic rent overall. All in leasing office as are helpful and nice, maintenance is timely. Only issue is enforcing poop areas and pick up-dog poop stench smell and visible.

ive been here 5 years with no plans to go anywhere else. noise is at a minimum, safe to walk all day/early morning/night time. families, walkers, dogs... good neighbors. clean pool and common areas. close to 285, 400, buckhead, dunwoody, roswell, the river....., maintenance replies quickly and does a good job!

Pretty nice and feels safe at night. I mean a bit pricy for th look and feel of the community. Neighbors keep to themselves which is nice. They also charge a monthly bug spray but use the weakest stuff it feels like cause spider, centipede, beetle, etc. all I have found in my apartment at some point. Especially the spiders.

No bugs surprisingly. Except tiny spiders. I dont like the smell of gas heaters. Layout is fine. Bottom floor porch is a disappointment. Speedbumps are the longest part of my commute. AC unit is loud. Trash pick up has been better now that they replaced their old team. Raccoons attack the trash cans. Otherwise its alright. The neighbors can be problematic due to the area.

Just moved in yesterday, looks good overall. Excellent location, many amenities, shopping malls nearby. Although these units doesn’t look like renovated but looks decent for the price.
I've been here over 2 years and thoroughly enjoy calling Park at Abernathy my home. The staff is friendly and courteous. The maintenance team is outstanding. The common areas are kept neat and maintained on a continuous basis!

Construction by my apartment building has been blocking off parking spaces for nearly a year, if not a year. Rent for a one bedroom apt is astronomical, and only increases, without any noticeable updates.

The Neighborhood is good and especially at Park at Abernathy the security is great. Very communities here has the security gate for residents and visitors. They have great amenities and the leasing staff are great, they promptly respond to our requests and always sweet. Marcus is very helpful when we first arrived here. Overall great place to stay.

David moved us in and he's fantastic,but the crew is really nice.I love it here, wish we had a clubhouse but it's okay.The staff makes sure that our cares and concerns are taking care of in a mannerable time

The leasing staff is very nice and professional. The maintenance team is prompt. The community is quiet. The only complaint I have is the “cosmetic” fixes that were done before move-in. I feel they could’ve been done better for a better aesthetic. For example, the caulking on the toilet in the main bathroom was poorly done. The caulking is bulky messy and the toilet isn’t seated well.
