I have spoke to everyone in the office, they are so nice and very professional. If you are looking for an apartment in this area I would suggest going here! It is amazing! Park at Briggs Ranch sponsored a community get together yesterday where residents could bring their pets and get treats and toys and such--all for free! It was so much fun meeting everyone, playing with their dogs, and generally having a good time. I even met a lady who offered to come to my apartment and clean for me anytime I called her. I recently lost my wife to cancer and I live alone, so this offer is very much appreciated. I am 67 years old and have never lived in such a loving, caring community. The Garzas are also amazing people, and are well suited for this kind of work. But thanks to Berkshire for fostering this kind of community.

Park at Briggs Ranch is Simply The Best. I Appreciate and Love each one of the staff! They are wonderful & Amazing. Alexis ??who helped me with everything and she is beyond amazing, sweet & Kind. No complaints whatsoever towards the Apartment itself. I Highly Recommend it. No regrets :-)

We moved here in January and unfortunately it has been nothing but a bad experience. We have had problems after problems with this apartment and the community. The biggest one being our A/C has gone out 3 times since we have lived here and I have 4 little kids who I have had to get out of the house 3 times because it was so hot in here with no regards to the staff. The first 2 times it was fixed within 24 hours but this last time it took them 4 day for anyone to even update us. First we were told we would get a window unit then I called emergency maint. and no answer that other time we called emergency maint. because they locked us out of our apartment they refused to come open the door. Our freezer is broken, our dryer has broken, they will tow your car at YOUR expense, and we were locked out of our home for no reason. We have dealt with Alexis up until she stopped responding to our emails then I had to contact the manager Melissa who really just goes to the Maint. supervisor for answers and that's not how it should work. Also paid rent every single month no missed payments been great tenats we don't even complain about the VERY loud people upstairs. I am so disappointed and hot.

This is my absolute favorite apartment complex ever, and I've lived in some nice places and some terrible ones. Besides the quiet, quality living spaces I am ultra impressed with the office staff and maintenance crew. I've NEVER had an apartment team care this much about our satisfaction! Please don't move here if you're mean, needy, or unfair. I take the staff cookies on occasion and am grateful they maintain strict rules to keep our property nice. Honestly, I don't ever want to move and I hope the team never changes! Mundo and Edward are super responsive and kind when we have maintenance needs, too. They are awesome!

My partner and I have been living here since 2018 and it was great until the ownership of the apartment had changed in April. We have complained about cigarette smoke seeping in our apartment for months now and nothing is being done about it. We’ve suggested sending out emails about the smell but we never received any response. At one point we even decided to open our window to see if it’ll help with the cigarette smell but we ended up getting bed bugs because of bird nests right outside our window. We had to remove everything in our apartment just to get rid of them which was such a hassle. We had to ask about possibly being moved to a different unit and they had the audacity to suggest a smoking unit. Also the gates are just left open all day and night. It’s always so filthy in the elevator or just around the buildings, the trash area is always so messy. We also put in a maintenance request to change the air filter and it took them 2 weeks just to come out and change it but only because we had to reach out to them about it. The previous owners kept it very clean and would power wash at least every other week so there wouldn’t be much spider webs or any mess. They charge you for pest control yet you never see any exterminators and we’ve been seeing so many bugs than we have while living here. We are literally counting down the months until our lease is up.
AVOID this place of you like PEACE & QUIET. The buildings must not be built very well because you can hear every step/noise the upstairs neighbors make. If you inform the office of the disturbance (even if its after 10pm) they won't do anything about it. They always have new people in the office and they usually give you the wrong information. I would suggest you record any interaction with them so you have proof when they lie or give you the wrong information. (Not that they would care anyways.)
I've had the worst customer experience with almost all of the apartments around san antonio! I was giving up and tired of having to hassle managment to call me back or give me answer's to my questions. First day i applied here not only did Ryan handle everything as graceful as possible but i got replies back instantly! He did whatever he could to answer my questions or guide me through problems. Through and through best deal i couldve gotten on the best apartments I've seen. Dont pass these up!
These apartment as not anything like they are advertised. Smoking occurs in all buildings regardless of some being no smoking. Trash is scattered throughout the complex and there are not enough trash cans for the complex. This means trash is routinely piled up in the ground and blown around the complex. If you do make the mistake of signing a lease, ENSURE YOU MARK EVERYTHING ON THE INSPECTION FORM. They do not check this and this will be your only saving grace when moving out. This includes marking all areas needing touch up paint! The management is also very hard to get a hold of and do not do anything if you do talk with them. Someone parked in our spot multiple times and they would never fine them or even have the vehicle towed. We would have to wait for whenever they would come to move he vehicle. Be smart and pick to go elsewhere!!
WE HAVE SIGHNED OUR 2ND LEASE AND ALMOST DONE WITH THAT THINKING OF SIGHING OUR 3RD LEASE. I AM A VERY, VERY PICKY PERSON. I HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE OFFICE LADIES, THEY ARE ALL VERY CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY AND ARE VERY HELPFULL. MAINTENANCE IS RIGHT ON. THEY TAKE CARE OF THE ISSUES RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE ALWAYS KEEPING UP WITH THE PROPERTY. THEY GIVE RESIDENTS PERKS PARTIES AND GIVE RESIDENTS HOLIDAY PARTYS AND LITTLE NICE THINGS. IT IS A WAY A WAY FROM SHOPPING, BUT THAT IS THE BEAUTY OF IT. YOU ARE AWAY FROM THE CITY, BUT NOT TO FAR. THIS HAS BEEN SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND I WOULD LIKE TO TIP MY HAT TO ALL WHO REPRESENT THE ESTATES AT BRIGSS RANCH. WELL DONE!!!!!!!!!!
DO NOT MOVE HERE! These people are SCAMMERS! The apartments look nice from the outside looking in. But once you move in, you will incur problem after problem. The apartments are cheaply made, the building isn't level, so everything just falls apart. If you have children be aware of the rattlesnakes, scorpions, black widow spiders to just name a few of the creepy crawlers you will find in or around your apartment. Once you move out, you will NOT get your deposit back. They will make up things to charge you for! I should have payed more attention to previous reviews regarding these issues, but I took a chance. BIGGEST mistake of my life! Please, especially if you have little ones, do NOT move here!
I have been a tenant for 3 yrs and for the most part it has been a pleasant stay. You put in a work order request and maintenance takes care of it by the next day. Personnel at front office are friendly and if you have a problem they help you within their means. Nice and quiet except when there are kids running up and down stairs and people slam their doors. No loud parties, at least not in the building where I reside. They spray wash the hallways every now and then so it pretty much stays clean except when people spill beverages or have leaks in their trash bags and don't care to clean up after themselves. I haven't had insect or rodent problem since I've been here. (knock on wood) Pest control is good about coming on assigned day (Wednesday) if requested. We are out in the country so you have insects and snakes that come with the territory. But it is not a big problem. Some people don't pick up after their dogs, but that is a problem with people and not management. Parking is a problem sometimes. It can get a bit crowded. Overall, I would recommend living here. It's way better than the place I was renting before moving here.
This place will not help with issues of any type. Estates at Briggs ranch employees do not take ownership or provide solutions to problems. If you need lease information filled out you have to physically go into the office because it doesn't get taken care of. They do not fix the gate or offer a solution or timeframe when it breaks. They charge you for light bulbs. They will not fix emergency ceiling leaks without an online maintenance request. I do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. There are a lot of broken leases and people moving out.
First of all, this place SUCKS! Stay away at any cost. I am trapped by this place, and have to pay 7 months lease in the amount close to $10,000 after I moved out, because of hidden rules of the lease. You can not back off the lease once signed, even though they tell you so. I was cheated by the people in the leasing office. I was initially lured by the golf course near the property, because the renting office places nice pictures of the golf course in their advertisement, but they have nothing to do with the properties. There are "No Trans passing" signs everywhere. They are money hungry and greedy people! They will take advantage of their tenants at whatever possible means. This place is very close to the highways and therefore is very noisy at night time. I was frequently waken up at midnight by dog bucks from my neighbor apartments. There were snakes and bugs everywhere in the summer! I will not rent this place again in my life.
Very nice place to live. The view is amazing. Staff is quick and friendly.
Living here for almost eight months and I like the apartment. No major issues with the community and it's very quite. The office management is nice and courteous. The location is outside San Antonio so there is only one way to get in. There is a golf course behind the apartment and a Shooting Range 8 mins away. Downsides are the traffic circle at the front gate that no one really uses correctly. There is no shopping near by and depending on traffic it can take 20-30 mins to get somewhere.
I have a 2 bedroom 2 bath and I like my apartment don't get me wrong I love how spacious it is in the living room, the master bedroom and bath could be bigger in space do to the square footage. The kitchen is very pretty I love the cabinets and it has a lot of counter space. The parking was a hassle at first until we were told 9 months into our lease that we had a parking space reserved for us which I wasn't happy about due to lack of communication. The negative side about these apartments is the area, everything is about 15-20 minutes away, I will say this though the management is very very extremely rude I don't know if it's because I'm a female and the entire office is runned by females with bad attitudes and I've several occasions where they would laugh at problems I had about the apartment parking, I just could not stand the rudeness and the snobby front office I could not ever live here again as pretty as my apartment is I would not do it over again. All in all the front people are the first impression they gave me a good one but then they for new staff and that needs to change ASAP.
The Staff is amazing at the Estates at Briggs Ranch Apartments. They kept me informed and were always pleasant and professional. The location and amenities sell itself but the staff is exceptional. Dominque was always friendly and helpful when I called ( and I called often ) and Khrystyna always answered my emails. I felt that they were equally vested in my move. Thanks Ladies!
When I visited the property to check it out it was under construction, however, a very good impression was made upon me. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can see the stars since it is a little further out, and the pictures of the apartments are beautiful. On top of that you get a lot for your money. I expected the apartments to be very expensive considering how nice they were. The only issue is the location. It is kind of a drive from town, however I also consider that a selling point because its quiet and like I mentioned earlier- you can see the stars!
