Awful neighbors, loud and disregard rules and basic respect. Office does not care. Awful laundry facilities, out of order for months on end, same deal with work orders. Management will send passive aggressive emails but enforce nothing. Horrible place to live. Can’t sleep because neighbors party and have to manually flush my toilet and hand wash dishes because work orders have been ignored for months. Absolute slum lords.
Been here for 3yrs since then it took them 3weeks to fix the a/c units this year and BOILER KEEPS GOING OUT plus it takes days for anyone to respond to maintenance requests. DO NOT RENT.
So, not so long ago the apartments were bought by a new company and everything was getting better, they were taking care of things and cleaning up the place. Today after 10 years of living in the same apartment and parking in the same lot I was told by a neighbor (not by my apartments) that my car would be towed like 3 others had been so the employees can park in our spaces. Now I who get up between 2 and 4 am have to walk unsafely around the apartments to go to my car, and why can’t we park there after the office is closed. And why do they need 20 spaces for the employees who don’t live here and they don’t even have that many employees??!!!
Overall, the apt is great. Great price, great space, layout is cute!! Parking has never been an issue. There are some loud areas, but what can you ask for in an apt. Playgrounds are a plus as well!! Office has always been very nice and helpful!
My air conditioner has been broken and out of commission for over a month. The management is a joke and lazy. They don't communicate properly.
While my neighbors are pretty quiet (we got lucky), the office is a completely different story. It is almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone (I’ve walked in and seen the phones off the hook as the office girl shuffled it back in quickly, as if I hadn’t seen it already), it is hard to catch somebody in the office during business hours. I have yet to be able to turn in my move-in checklist going on over 4 months now because I could never catch anybody in the office. Maintenance is a complete joke, we had a maintenance request for a nonworking air conditioner, and that was almost a month ago and they have yet to come and look at it or even check with us if it started working. Luckily, we fixed it in on our own. The really crappy part about that is that we have a newborn and they didn’t seem to care.
So, I didn’t mind going without hot water for almost 2 weeks. I don’t mind not being able to do my laundry sometimes. But the one thing that I will say that really just upset me is that I am not able to use the pool on memorial day. Is it because someone let their kids run amok a few weeks ago and now it’s green?! This was a cool place to live like a month ago. No one has serviced the laundry rooms, I still have barely any water pressure, and I’m not even sure if the new managers of this apartment complex know that I live here. I don’t even think they’re aware that there are buildings aside from the first few near the office. This is bad.
There is no updates on any of the apartments. The property is really outdated. The pools are not open, the laundry rooms do not work. Nothing seams to be keep up

Leasing office is helpful and friendly. Maintenance takes care of repairs quick. Apartments are a little outdated but it’s cozy. Some of the neighbors at the complex are friendly.
Very trashy lookin when walking around the complex. Emails get sent out regularly about trashy balconies and dog poop everywhere but they rarely followed through on. Empty threats made so often, people don’t even heed the warning letters. Hoping that the recent new management will make it a better, cleaner complex.
Fun apartments to live at just wish there were more parking spaces to park in so when I get home from overnight I don't gotta park in the street but other than that it's not to bad I appreciate the dog park and so does my dog
Maintenance is super nice! always working fast as possible!?? Love the doggy park my moms pup comes to visit and gets to play during the visit,!

Since I started the process to move here, the office has been EXTRA helpful and answered any questions/ concerns I had. Quickly. Upon move in.. anything I needed corrected, was done the same day and I was in constant communication with someone.

I’ve lived here for 10 years, it is steadily going downhill. Management doesn’t care about issues with neighbors, neighbors are loud, I’m told I have to deal with it because it’s not 10pm., they stand outside at 3:30 am being loud. The hot water is turned off every week lately 90% of the time without notice.

These apartments are located in a great place! Walking distance to several fastfood restaurants, and a grocery store. The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are nicely kept. The office staff is always eager to help out.

I went to walk the grounds to get a feel for the area and the leasing agent was very helpful in giving me the information I needed! The grounds are beautiful and well kept inside a nice location. Definitely will be back when my lease is almost ended to put an application in.

I have lived at Park at Caldera for about 3 years. I have enjoy living here when I move in the pool areas was shut down and they where doing repairs on larger pool it finally was completes. It such a beautiful area. The apartments are older they could use some updates but pricing are very affordable. The maintenance and office staff are very helpful.

I assume a portion of our rent is for perks like the pools, neith of which have been open. Both are closed for "repairs" that have yet to happen. We have not had a regular flow of hot water either. Some days the got water works, other days "the boiler is out". This typically happens on a Friday, leaving us with no hot water until Monday or Tuesday. There is dog poop everywhere because it seems like I'm the only one who picks up after their dog.

Signing a lease at park and caldera was the worst decision I ever made. The apartment buildings are extremely old and I always had heater and water issues all the time. There are times when the heater would not work or when hot water would not come out in the shower. I even had an instance when there was no water coming out and it was 7.30 a.m during a work week so I had to miss work due to that. Also, the laundry facilities do not work properly. The washer in the laundry facilities do not clean clothes - your clothes actually comes out dirtier after the wash when compared to before the wash when you placed them in the washer. Furthermore, the office staff is extremely unhelpful. There was an instance when one of the office staff was extremely rude while I was mentioning that another resident placed thrash in front of my apartment and the thrash spilled with the liquid getting stuck on the floor. The sticky liquid was there for months and I called numerous times to let the apartment office know but it was never taken care of. Finally, the online bill payment system does not work properly and you might be overcharged. This happened to me twice. The first time, I alerted them that I paid my bill before the due date but a late fee was charged. They corrected that. The second instance has yet to be corrected as that one says I have a balance even though my rent was supposed to be pro-rated since my lease is up before the end of the month and the online system for some reason cannot capture this. My advice to anyone searching for an apartment to live is PLEASE DO NOT SELECT park at caldera. I usually do not posts about establishments but I feel I need to warn anyone looking into renting at this apartment what they are getting into.

Very unsafe and old apartment. Very high chance of getting robbed or shot. Majority of the appliances in the apartment are not functional and continual issues with the appliances not functioning properly.

There has been one problem after another in the 2 weeks we have been here. They advertise vaulted ceilings - ceiling are normal highth. They advertise luxury inside and out, if this is luxury I would love to know what they consider 20 years out dated. I have had 2 hot showers since we moved in only problem neither were here, they were in east Texas at my son's home. The list if expectations and requirements for tenants us very long but they do not hold themselves to even half if the same standard. These apartments are very dark as there is no lighting or fans in the bedrooms. There is questionable wiring in the livingroom. Been a very bad experience from day 1. It is sad as there is huge potential. They could easily at the point if a make ready update units to at least the 21st century.

Just moved in. Have been at Caldera for 11 days. So far it's been good. The rent has dropped so it's reasonable. The unit I got is perfect given the layout. The AC is old so makes noise but aside from that it's good. I would recommend this complex if looking into reasonable rent. In great location. Near all the shopping and park.

I feel like my apt complex is fab-u-lous!!!! It is such and nice and clean environment to live in. It has not one, but two beautiful swimming pools. It is one of the nicest communities ive ever seen and lived in! I could stay in this apt for life. Love it that much. Plz consider me for this most gracious gift of rent free for live, heck id be happy with rent free for a year im not greedy. But i would truly love for my complex to get the recognition it so truly deserves, since they take such great care of the property and us as the tenants!!

Office staff is constantly changing and rude, maintenance is 3 guys for a 26 building complex so it takes FOREVER for ANYTHING to get done and then it's done 1/2 assed, the only good thing about this place ...it's a roof over your head.
