As a business owner, I know the importance of having a team of employees that believe in giving nothing less then the best customer service. It’s huge and it’s pinnacle to achieve success. Ariana, Kiara, and Michelle from the park at Chastain turned what may have been a not so situation, to a very good one. All 3 helped my mom execute this process swiftly and comfortably. It couldn’t be better. Michelle is especially a great asset to bh living. I appreciate you guys I would give them no less then 5 stars. :)

Worst living experience - stay away from this place. We lived here for 10 days and within those 10 days we thought we were living next to a marijuana dispensary. Floors were also bubbled up and in horrible condition before moving in. Management offered to repair AFTER moving in, but that was too late cause we already had everything moved in. Cockroaches were also a small problem. Prepare yourself to hear every movement from your upstairs neighbor. Do Not move into 531! We had to cancel our lease since we didn’t have time to wait another month for management to only send out more “no smoking” letters instead of finding a solution. Management only cared about money and not figuring out any solutions. We didn’t have the time to stick around as I was getting constant migraines due to the smell. Overall, had to pay 7k total to get out, so trust us; DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I just renewed my lease after having spent my first year in the community and during COVID, no less. The property management and maintenance teams are wonderful responsive human beings. The community worked very hard to keep the residents as safe as possible as well as very informed throughout the challenges of 2020. While, due to COVID, I have had no opportunity to meet and build relationships with my neighbors (which was very important to me) I can say I absolutely picked the best community for me.
Hey all! Moved in to a townhouse at Park at Chastain 04/2020. I have been blown away by this place. The management (shout out to Heather) is so responsive and available. They put up wonderful positive kindness posters around the neighborhood one day a few months ago that brought a smile to my face. They have answered questions fast and payment through the portal is easy, set-up-once and done. The community is quiet and friendly. On one side of us are neighbors who have just moved in and the other neighbors who have lived here 10 years (which speaks loudly!). We love the area, we take daily walks up the hills and see many species of birds and beautiful big green trees. Parking has never been an issue for guests. Our place is spacious and comfortable. We really like the layout and the closet space is unreal (we have three closets, one being a large walk-in, in our main bedroom). We arent as crazy about the light gray paint color, though we may repaint it as they have given us permission as long as we paint back. That is literally probably the only thing I'm not ecstatic about. The reason I was inspired to write this review is the maintenance, especially Johnny. They are fantastic. The go above and beyond to make sure things not only are working, but working to our liking. They completely replaced a faucet head that didnt have enough pressure (like $200 at Home Depot), showed me how to adjust the heat on the showers, fixed a loose toilet paper holder, practically gave us a new washing machine, and helped fix some rain spots, all usually the next day or day of when I put in the request. I cannot speak higher of them. The placeworks great and I couldn't even tell if it was built last year or 20 years ago, its in great shape. We are very lucky we found this place. Recommend to friends and family!
Park at Chastain was the most spacious and beautiful apartment that I looked at when I was apartment hunting. To make it even better, Park at Chastain had the best price too! The neighborhood is so quiet and safe. I love the package pick-up process. The workers are all very nice and helpful. This apartment is awesome and so beautiful.

We have loved living at Park at Chastain for the past three years. As one of the smaller complexes in the area, they are attentive and care about their residents deeply. We would recommend Park at Chastain to anyone looking for quality and value when it comes to renting an apartment in the area.

I have absolutely loved living here the past year. I have had a very positive experience living here and the office staff (Amé’ ) definitely care about you as person! The community is peaceful, quiet, updated, great location and maintenance has always serviced anything almost same day if possible. The community parties, to meet your neighbors, newsletters and holidays cards are a very nice touch! Feels like home, I highly recommend living here!!!!
They will forget to pick up your trash then leave a notice that if you leave your trash out you will be fined. They leave huge spills on the stairs for weeks. They always run out of dog waste bags and then there is waste EVERYWHERE. When you email a complaint they basically ignore it and then basically say they can't do anything to help. Agree with the person below. Contacted the Regional Manager and she was just as bad. NO OWNERSHIP OF COMPLAINTS OR THEIR MISTAKES.
my roommate and I have been here just about a year and a half. When we renewed, the staff we were accustomed to was still in the leasing office. Shortly after, they brought in an entirely new staff which is completely incompetent. They cannot address even basic complaints or requests and constantly act overwhelmed and stressed beyond reason. They constantly leave the leasing office early at the end of the day and act irritated if you hold them up on their way out, sorry but most of us get home from work near 6 and if there is a package for me in the office, I should be able to come get it at 5:50 without an issue. I have contacted corporate on more than a couple occasions to address my complaints, with no response. You cannot actually call anyone or anywhere, I have sent multiple emails with no response. In terms of rent, the rates are getting pretty absurd for the area. This place is a huge disappointment for me, especially since it is such a great commute to my office, but I will definitely be looking elsewhere come the end of my lease term. I have noticed many more people moving out recently, and have spoken with several other tenants who have voiced they are or will be moving soon after living here multiple years. It also used to be much more mixed ages, demographics, etc. and is largely becoming older occupants, so I'd advise against moving here for anyone under 40 and/or single. UPDATE: We had a minor leak in our 3rd story apartment, which they came out and looked at and said it was nothing, bleached the water stain (and my roommate's bedding). Last week that turned into a major leak which consequently destroyed my roommate's bed and mattress. This has been an ongoing ordeal for a week now. My roommate has been sleeping on the couch, I finally got in touch with the regional manager who did not seem to believe my complaints and I had to directly ask her to put my roommate in a hotel as she has been sleeping on the couch, and she offered a whopping $40 per day, not sure where in Atlanta she expects to get a hotel for that. Management has been a NIGHTMARE and has been extremely rude. Maintenance staff has been as helpful as they possibly can, but catching the leasing staff in the office and not leaving early or taking a several hour break is pretty tough, and when we are able to speak to them we are somehow burdening them by asking them to complete their job. If you value your sanity or livelihood, run far away from this place.
Hi, I am very happy with my 1 bedroom apartment here at Chastain Terrace Apartments. I love the open floor plan and it is a really nice community. There is a 24 hours fitness center and the pool is nice too. I had a maintenance issue recently and they took care of it for me in a timely manner. This is also a fairly quit neighborhood too because it is on the smaller size. It is also located very close and convenient to Buckhead. I highly recommend!
