Located in northern Central Texas, Fort Worth is often coupled with neighboring Dallas. But Fort Worth has a unique character all of its own. Equal parts Wild West and modern sophistication, Fort Worth is known as the City of Cowboys and Culture. In Fort Worth, you can just as easily visit a championship rodeo as you can a world-class museum.
There is no shortage of world-class museums in Fort Worth. You have your choice of exploring the Kimbell Art Museum, Fort Worth Museum of Science and History, National Cowgirl Museum and Hall of Fame, and many more. Head over to the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District to step into the Old West and learn the history of the livestock industry in Texas. Every Friday and Saturday, you can witness the Stockyards Championship Rodeo at Cowtown Coliseum.

Property Ratings at Park at Leblanc
Lived here right before the pandemic and still know the area well. It’s always been a sketchy area but within the last years a kid got murdered here, they have started a VERY strict parking policy where it seems a tow truck is somewhere parked next door waiting for ur parking pass to expire to tow ur car! They take weeks to do a maintenance call unless u threat to take it out ur rent. The roaches were unavoidable plus right before I moved out a neighbor told me if it was cuz of the bedbugs (I don’t think I ever seen those but it was a problem for some)

As this is an anonymous review, I am unable to address your concerns specifically. However, we are sincerely sorry that your past experience at Park at LeBlanc was not a positive one. I want to inform you that since the Pandemic, over 4 years ago, Park at LeBlanc is now under a new ownership and management. The property had major exterior and interior renovations since the Pandemic. The current management and maintenance staff work very hard every day to provide superior service to our residents. We encourage you to contact the Manager if you have any questions.
Apartments are very well laid out for family function. The community is super nice and that speaks volumes to Management. Rachel and her staff went out of their way to accommodate my particular needs. Many people have been here for a while and are in no hurry to leave.... With the mall, Wally World and even Target just down the street, you won't find be better place, staff and price then right here!!!!

Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us at The Park at LeBlanc. We're happy we could meet your expectations! Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
I moved in a few weeks ago and it’s been great. Raquel and Brandon in the office are very respectful and helpful. There’s a beautiful public park and church surrounding this small complex plus the neighbors are nice. Apartments are big!

Thank you again for taking the time to let us know how we did. We hope you have a great day! We are always more than happy to assist you if anything else comes up. Take care!
Perfect location for someone with elementary aged children, or so it was... It is literally in the backyard of the elementary school, next door to a city park, and the mall is down the street. It was perfect at first. But over the last year I have seen the community go downhill. My daughter's quality of neighbor friends have declined as well. Friday night I took my daughter to the pool to swim and over in corner I saw 2 guys roll and smoke a joint while several small children played in the pool with their families. This is just how it is in this neighborhood now I guess. I am now here searching for a nicer place to live.
