Centerville is a city nestled between the Rocky Mountains and Farmington Bay. The city is suburban with magnificent views of mountainous terrain. Centerville is a prime location for outdoor adventure with six parks (all of which have free Wi-Fi) and over 30 miles of trails with some leading into the mountains. Trek the pathways of Deuel Creek South Trail Head to uncover numerous waterfalls and other natural beauties. This trail, similar to a few other Centerville paths, is kid and dog friendly. Schedule a tour of the Great Salt Lake, a body of water that is so salty people can’t sink in it!
The community gathers at the Whitaker Museum which hosts events for holidays and features a community garden and honey bee colony. Centerville is only 20 minutes from Salt Lake City giving easy access to major attractions. Take a trip to Hogle Zoo or the Natural Museum of Utah. Centerville is only 30 minutes away from University of Utah, making it a great location for commuters.

Property Ratings at Park At Legacy Trails
The management is awful! We live in a 3 bedroom apartment with kids, but got told we are only allowed to have 2 bikes on our balcony. How is that reasonable to say we can only have 2 bikes if we have a family of 4? We've been told you are not to hang any flag other than the American flag. We are not to have anything on our patios that isn't considered "outdoor furniture". Who is to say that a rocking chair is not outdoor furniture to someone? So many HOMES have rocking chairs on their porch, but we are not to have them at our HOME? We were just informed that we cannot have our pool flotation devices or coolers on our balcony. It's 100+ outside, and these apartments aren't very big. We need somewhere to actually put our things that we are using for the season. We pay so much in rent and can't even utilize the space that we have. The mosquitoes are out of control! We can't have a leash longer than 6ft. We were told that this is the leash law in Davis County, however, I cannot find there is a leash length law in Davis county. There is one in SLC county. Normally, 6ft isn't unreasonable in most cases. However, when you step foot on the lawn, you are instantly attacked by all of the mosquitoes. If I walk on the lawn to take my dog out, I end up with a minimum of 20 bites on my legs! At least with longer leashes, our dogs are able to use the restroom and we aren't getting attacked by mosquitoes. The pool and hot tub are always filthy and low in water. The water doesn't even go up to the filter, so you are swimming in filth. There have been wasps nests in the pool area all summer, and still nothing has been done about it. Corporate management has made it miserable to live here. They care more about appearance than keeping tenants happy. Everyone is constantly getting threatened with fines!

We regret to hear about your concerns and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. The rules are in place for aesthetic reasons, but we understand your concerns, particularly regarding family needs and public areas. We will definitely look into the pool maintenance issue and the mosquito problem in the lawn area. Your satisfaction is our priority and we appreciate your honest feedback as it helps us improve. Feel free to stop by our leasing office so we can help you further with this matter. Thank you and have a great day!
Rude management will threaten you over the lease but will refuse to uphold their end of the lease. Sent debt collectors out before our deadline to pay was even up. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Overpriced and mosquitos everywhere. You can find better

Been here over a year, recently renewed, and probably will renew again. Property stays clean and maintained. Apartment is cute and cozy. Maintenance has been pretty quick and efficient with the very few issues we've had. Management is easy to communicate with. Packages are secured in lockers, which is great for people like us who order Amazon weekly haha. Have not had any issues and 100% recommend if this place is in your budget!

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this 5-star review. We strive to provide excellent service and awesome amenities. We appreciate you for spreading the word, and if there's ever anything we can do to make you more comfortable, please don't hesitate to let us know. Have a wonderful day!
I've lived here for months and plan to get out of the first chance I get. They charge you hefty fines for everything, the parking is awful, and the cable and internet is sketchy at best (you are forced to use their company). I guess that's why you always see people moving out. No one here extends their lease, and for obvious reasons. The only thing great about this place is the hospitality from the leasing agent. Once you signed, your experience will be awful. Also, some of the pictures on this site for this property are fake.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback. It is disappointing for us to hear that your experience was anything less than great. Please feel free to give us a call to schedule a time to talk about and assess the situation in more detail with a member of our management staff. We want to make sure the remainder of your stay with us is up to standard! Thank you.
The current management group isn't consistent. Made for a miserable experience. Stated in their move out communication that if you left the place clean they wouldn't charge cleaning fees. This wasn't the case. Units are poorly constructed. Be prepared to have high utility bills and dust every where. Also they are next to the marshes in Centerville, so there are mosquitoes six months out of the year.
