My apartment specifically was not what I expected. Roaches, paint peelings in the bathroom tub and cabinets. Patched up with brown tape. You can hear everything going on in someone's else's apartment. Can hear so loud that you hear people walking and talking. Awful!! The package delivery process is so weird and unnecessary. You have to go to a machine and enter specific codes to be able to open your package. Instead of just dropping your package off at your front door. And you only have access to that when the office of open. Terrible!
Park at Peachtree Corners is a very diverse community with highly professional management. The community is peaceful and serene and very central to the city. Ill gladly rate them 5 stars and will refer Anyone seeking a very peaceful, comfortable and convenient apartment complex with reasonable cost.

The complex is very quiet with very little turn over. It's well lit at night for safety. I love the amt of windows most apartments have.

I have lived here since 2018. There has been issues with the complex, but it is no fault to management and their team. They have upgraded security since I have moved in and keep the complex clean and safe. The maintenance team is quick getting back to you and tends to fix the issue in one visit. My neighbors are nice and respectful. I just signed my renewal for my 3rd year here, and I'm happy to stay somewhere I feel same and respected. Plus you are 15miles from the city, and the area around us has a lot of things you can do to stay busy (for all ages).
Stress free community!! Love it here! There is always good stuff for the residents and we are treated special! Staff is super nice!! I was going to move and couldnt find a reason to go anywhere else!

The apartments layout is beautiful. The community is beautiful will alot of different flower trees. The management is amazing they will help as much as they can. Even the workers come on the same day when you report something broken plus they are very friendly.
I have lived here for almost three years and I have been impressed with the maintenance staff and their response to any problems.

It is a great place, but I would suggest the prospective renter to be taken to the apartment they are looking to rent BEFORE signing papers. We signed and then were taken to a sub level unit (but told it is terrace level) and found it was much darker all the time. We were disappointed to have this unit and had we known beforehand we would have asked for a different unit, but already signed the papers.
The office staff at this complex is the worst. I have lived here for a year. They NEVER return phone calls. They do not return emails unless you send several. The manager, Michael, is completely ineffective. The office is closed constantly for "staff meetings." I am glad our lease is up. Also, be warned a person was shot and killed in the laundry room a few weeks ago by someone who doesn't live in the complex. Security is a joke. You will be better off renting somewhere else.
This complex is very unsafe. From shootings to murders, my friends tire was slashed here, there was a pimp trying to take girls at the pool. Literally insane. I wish I wouldn’t have moved in; I will be moving out ASAP. The front office doesn’t have enough security and the front gate is not on a quick enough timer to stop people from following you. The rent is too high for the amount of security they offer and the crime rate.
This is not a safe place to live! I post this review in other places and because our leasing staff are liars, it is important that current/past tenants tell you guys this truth. Management doesn’t care about our safety!!! Two people were just MURDERED while “doing laundry” in our complex on March 21, 2019. Many tenants have complained to management over and over again about the laundry room door not working properly when you enter the code. Because they refuse to fix it and lied to my face saying they would, we have to leave the doors unlocked just to be able to make sure we can access the laundry room and get our clothes in and out. How hard could it possibly be for them to fix this?!! The security is terrible. Yes, there is a gate but they need more than that will all the crime in this neighborhood. Gates are always broken, security sucks and they do not care to resolve serious issues. People will try to ride your bumper coming through the gate. People are always running the stop sign so you have to be extra careful driving through the complex. I keep hearing about a lot of drug activity going on. There are some very sketchy people living here!! The complex spends most of their money just trying to make the grounds look nice which is good enough just to get people to sign their lease. However, there are a lot of underlying issues like really bad mold in the vents and the upgrades/appliances are cheap. They only do enough to cover up the issues and get the apartment leased. When you move in please check your apartment for mold. But it’s not smart to move here at all unless you are desperate. It’s not worth the cost. Also, their pest control sucks! I have lived in other apartments in Georgia that never had issues with insects. I moved here at the last minute because I had to make a fast move. I really wish I would’ve had more time to look for a better place. It sucks feeling this unsafe where you live.
Enter at your own risk!! I have 11 months of lease time left, othrrwise I would move out immediately. I been not even a month that I moved into this apartment! The shooting happened right next door in the common laundry which killed 2 people and one with non life threatening injuries. The management has to give a statement on how the intruder entered into the community. We are seriously concerned about the community resident safety standards. Now that, We need to think about using common apartment facilities!!
This place is ridiculous and not worth your money. Maintenance does the bare minimum. Also, every weekend the trash overflows. It’s disgusting. I’m talking massive amounts of trash not in the trash shute but all around it and outside of it overflowing near the exit of the complex. I’m sure this is the reason for the amount of roaches they have here. They have water issues, roaches/water bugs and stray cats. The people in the neighborhood are also very nosy. Keep looking. Do not move here.
WORST APARTMENTS EVER! DO NOT MOVE HERE! THEY ALLOW MASSIVE QUANTITIES OF STRAY CATS TO ROAM THIS COMMUNTIY IF YOU WANT THE HOOD OF YOUR CAR SCRATCHED UP, CATS IN YOUR ENGINE BAY, CATS IN YOUR HALLWAYS, AND AN INFESTATION OF BUGS DONT MOVE HERE!!!!! we have had a huge infestation of stray cats that the apartment complex ALLOWS to stay here. There are about 40 to 50 stray cats that stay in the hallways and under your cars. These cats aren't quiet either. They scream at night and leave dead birds and lizards around. They put an elderly lady in charge of rescuing the cats and getting them to proper care, but the elderly lady just throws out food all around the apartment buildings for them, causing a massive bug infestation as well. The cats sleep under and in the engine bays of our cars at night and are in our walkways in the morning. Alot of times I smell cat pee as I leave for work in the morning, not to mention I'm allergic to cats. I've called the apartment management 4 times and tried to let them know not to let the lady throw food in front of the apartments, but they dont care. I called animal control, but they said since it's a private apt community they cant do anything. I pay way too much to live in a stray cat community. Its ridiculous. They dont disclose this when you sign the lease. I plan on filing charges with an attorney soon about this.
If I could give less I would. The apartment office is a SCAM. The office informed me my "good faith" fee was refundable - which was a lie. It is only refundable for 24 hours - which you are NOT INFORMED OF WHATSOEVER. We were rushed around with two other groups of people and spent more than 2 hrs filling out paperwork in which time their computers glitched 3x. The apartment I was supposed to rent also reeked of smoke. Do not waste your time here!!!!

This place is trash. The apartments suck and the staff sucks. They do not respond to emergencies, i was locked out of my home 3 times because the dead bolt would lock by itself if you shut the door a certian way (mind you theres only a key to bottom lock not dead bolt) i had mildew and roaches everwhere! All my neighbors complaines of the SAME issues. So, yeah. Good luck. hold it down.
I have lived here for about 4 years now. The apartments were bought out by a new property management company. Of course they came in remodeled vacant apartments and put in a playground and tennis court etc. The also hike the rent $200 - $400. The property manager definitely has her favorite tenants. She will fine one tenant and let another get away with anything. But I like the area and my kids do as well. Unfortunately I'll have to move because the rent is outrageous. Though my apartment was never upgraded they are expecting me to pay as if it was. My rent has gone up $100 every since they took over. And this the worst time for me to move

I love my apartment family, it is always clean and everyone is friendly, I love the warm feeling I get as soon as I pull up to my gate. I like that my complex has alot of available amenities and its always welcoming and organized.
"Apartment hunting can be such a drag" - My thoughts while driving around the Peachtree Corners area of Norcross. That was until I drove down Peachtree Corners Cir. and right past the beauty that was my future swimming pool; I couldn't turn my car around fast enough. There were fountains, after all! Long story short, I spent a happy 13 months at the Park at Peachtree Corners apartment complex. Tucked back in its own little forest (as most of the apartments in that area are), the floorplans are generous and surprisingly modern and well-kept as some of the buildings sport dated facades. Amenities (including: dog park, soccer field, gym, grilling area, tennis courts, car wash station, etc.) were abundant and maintained. Staff was friendly, flirty, and responsive. The city beckons so my time in the burbs has ended, but I'll never forget that pool..
We have lived here for almost a year. We were looking for an apartment that accommodated our needs like, a doggy Park, playground, fitness center, pool and floors to withstand our children and dogs. We found these apartments! The staff and maintenance team always have our best interest. They have awesome events for us tenants, every month. I really appreciate this place because they have made our stay just like home. Thank you, Parks at Peachtree Corners!!!!!
I would love to rate the apartments a 5 star, but unfortunately I experienced a break in. Not blaming the apartment complex for this mishap but simply the individual that was later apprehended. Management showed gratitude and sent out informal letters to all residents of the property on preventions of the incident. Overall great community and features, and maintenence is very fast.
I've been in love with my home for the past three years and I don't see myself going anywhere anytime soon!!! We have picnic, giveaways, family night and there is so much love in the community that it actually feels like home.. I can even take my dog to the doggy park to play everyday!!! The perfect location with the best smiles. Office staff and maintenance is always willing to help and they come to your rescue every time you need something.. Its a very nice, clean and quiet neighborhood... WHAT CAN I SAY I LOVE MY HOME!!!!
