Property Ratings at Park at Pearlridge
This apartment building is so conveniently located; it couldn't get any better than this. You're within walking distance of restaurants, the Pearlridge Mall, and a hospital. It's located on a loop which makes it great for dog (or cat) walking and even a nice jog. The apartments are all the same size which is definitely on the small size if you're living with others or if you have a lot of stuff. The building is a little outdated but the staff is doing their best with updates (wall painting, pool, elevators, etc.). I've used the sauna a few times but it has a weird smell of mold so I don't use it as much anymore and the gym room is in SERIOUS need of some TLC and new equipment. Everything in there is rusted and I personally don't think is reliable. There are security guards that roam the building and they are there 24 hours except on weekends when they come in at 3pm. Resident parking is nice (if you can afford the extra expense) and there are cameras all over so I would say it's a pretty secure area; no complaints. Guest parking is horrible. There are FIVE spots and then street parking that is almost never available due to all of the other apartment buildings in this area. I liked living here at first, but after a year of living here, the size is really getting to me because I just can't have guests over (and the parking)
