Property Ratings at Park at Princeton Lakes
Horrible place to live chose to live here in a crunch for time and very bad decision shortly after moving in massive construction project begins parking lot full of dumpsters and nails. Meanwhile inside are still raggedy as all get out burnt out microwaves and all. Leasing staff will play in your face and I don’t even care to bash the rest keep looking.

I have been living at Park at Princeton Lakes since 2022. I continue to renew my lease each year without hesitations. For starters, the property manager, DP, is PHENOMENAL. She is caring, loving, intentional, understanding, has a great spirit and make you feel like you are family. She listens to any concerns and always there to find a resolution. Next maintenance, they are very vigilant throughout the complex, friendly and effective. You are guaranteed to see 2-3 golf carts moving about the complex with maintenance completing their daily tasks. Same day repairs are their motto! If you submit a ticket for repairs that morning you are guaranteed the issue WILL BE resolved by that afternoon. Lastly, Princeton Lakes is very quiet, feels safe, pet friendly and neighbors are friendly and respectful. I feel safe walking my dog earlier mornings or late late night with out any issues or worries. Neighbors are respectful and noise is to a minimum or none existent! I have ZERO complaints living here and you will not either. With that said please choose Princeton Lakes for your next living experience.

Office staff is great to work with. The amenities are great ! Beautiful pool area with multiple grilling stations, in water loungers, two separate and very clean workout rooms. Dog washing room. Outside dining table with big LED tv to enjoy.

If you don’t mind living in an apartment that drops the ball when it come to sending out renewal information, by all means, come live here. I have been HUNTING DOWN information from “D” for over a week now regarding what the new renewal rate will be. NORMALLY, at well put together leasing offices they send out the new renewal notice 90 days BEFORE your lease is up. I was told this is “ONLY A COURTESY”. Basically saying, if they don’t send it, it’s at no fault of the leasing office, as I’m creeping up on 16 days shy of my 60 day notice timeframe. Then “D” told me that I can either renew or not before 60 days with ZERO empathy or professional COURTESY. (See the pattern here?) Then when I asked “D” for BH Management corporate information she said “she doesn’t know, and that she’d have to google it”. Let’s not speak on how she gave me the incorrect information. Want to know how I knew? I GOOGLED IT! Two days prior to today’s incident, their leasing agent didn’t even have me in their books for renewal and had no clue when my lease would be up. Her voyage to find the information on her outdated software left me with no avail, nor did she have my information in this huge prehistoric “book” as she called it. It’s a shame when residents can give more information about what’s going on than the people who actually get paid to “manage” (if that’s what you want to call what goes on here) the residents. Oh, and another thing, they sure know how to put “notices” on each and every door of buildings for smoking in or on patios. Maybe if they spent half of their time on our “courtesy notices” as they do the “probable smoking violations” I would have the proper “courtesy renewal” information in the proper timeframe. Side note the breezeways are ALWAYS FILTHY due to their “luxury valet trash”.
Parks at Princeton Lakes overall is a real nice place to live I have lived here for over eight years and I really don't have any complaint
Cozy area, no problems yet and Ive been here almost 4 months. Such a kind warm staff. Beautiful outside... feels resorty
Me and my family really love it here in this complex. It is very quiet, people friendly, and my children are finally able to have more socialization with kids their age. We do not have any bad reviews for Park at Princeton Lakes at all. We appreciate Management and Maintenance and I would definitely recommend Park at Princeton lakes with no hesitation. You make residents feel at home.
So far, I’ve been here for two months and everything has been wonderful. If any concerns, they are handled appropriately. They have great maintenance staffing. Albert G, is always there when you need something to be fixed, he’s very fast and efficient and always gets the work done with no issues.
Park at Princeton Lakes is a great place to live with a new staff that cares and make changes that you can see and appreciate. This community is in a nice popular location, not far from the Atlanta Airport. There are also three or more shopping malls only miles away. Camp Creek Market place is right out front this complex and it has great shopping as well. You're going to love it here!
Nice community. Parking area needs to be improved, sometimes I have to park away from my building because there is no parking
This review is based entirely on the application process! It’s one thing to ask for a deposit but it’s down right disrespectful to ask for a credit fee! You will have Applicants that may fall short of the credit score! It’s ok charge a deposit but to ask for 1200 nonrefundable during a pandemic is disgusting for any company! The Applicant doesn’t have any public records how do you ask for 1200 Nonrefundable! (Ms D) The leasing consultants is awesome! I can’t blame her!! But this company should be ashamed of themselves! There will be plenty of people moving and have some challenging credit but to ask for money and not be refunded is Ludacris!! I’m the middle of a Pandemic
I am VERY displeased with my stay at Park at Princeton Lakes. I NEVER imagined I’d pay this amount in rent & have a MAJOR BUG/ROACH infestation issue. I’ve awakened to a throng of ants in the shower on numerous occasions-to the point I couldn’t even take a shower! I have PLENTY of photos that I also shared with the leasing office. I also experienced TONS of ants crawling on the ceilings, in my pantry, as well as my clothing closets, making me extremely uncomfortable to put on my own clothes! I keep my house 100% clean at all times & purposely chose the 3rd floor so I wouldn’t have any insect issues, yet I’ve seen massive roaches in the kitchen cabinets ON my dishes, on the cabinet tops, & throughout the home scaling the walls, making it impossible for me to invite family & friends over! I feel VERY uncomfortable making a restroom break in the middle of the night because there are always HUGE roaches lurking. I’ve notified the office plenty of times & have had pest control come out on several occasions. I’ve tried to be as patient & civil as possible, but this is NOT what I agreed to in my lease. Still, I’m uncomfortable in my own home as well as dissatisfied with the amount of money I’m paying to receive such poor quality. The landscaping is nice-but def NOT worth feeling uncomfortable in your own home. Ive also had issues with the office & trying to retrieve mail as well as some maintenance issues within my apartment. I’ve even asked in a civil manner to be moved to a different unit. Overall, I would NOT & have not been recommending this location to anyone. I value HONESTY & transparency in reviews, so I hope this helps someone better make an informed decision.
Make sure you for sure whether your particular unit you're moving into has a washer/ dryer in it before you move in. Especially if you're not able to see the unit before you move in.
The maintenance staff has always been professional and diligent in completing any task at hand! Linsey makes it his to do the very best to complete any request in a timely manner!! I can only say that this is the very best maintenance staff and I have only good things to say about it! My thanks ??
I enjoy my apartment thus far, but there are some renovation needs that are apparent in the space and i'm not satisfied with that, however the environment is very quiet and it has mostly everything i need. So yes i would recommend his community.
Depends on the persons goals. If they just need temporary housing, I would recommend but not for long term.

Thank you for your review. We value your feedback. Please reach out to us directly by calling the leasing office or meeting in person to addresss any concerns you may have. We would love to hear from you!
I would recommend it because current management is the best since I’ve been there, 2/1/2 years. They’ve painted the apartment. Paved the surface. Enforced rules. Keep the foyers pressure washed and are courteous when u come in the office.
I loved my particular apartment and it’s location on the property; however, I would not recommend this complex because of the office personnel.
When something goes wrong knowing that your issue will be handled quickly and efficiently is very satisfying and that's what I want others to experience.

Thanks for a great review! We really value you here at Ansley at Princeton Lakes! Please be sure to let us know if there is anything you need in the future.
The rental price is much higher than a nearby apartment community which has comparable facilities, thus we hesitate to rent right away or recommend this community due to price.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the 5-star rating and would love to show you more of what our community has to offer!
I would recommend this apartment community due to its effectiveness with working with applicants as well as its cleanliness.
During my 2 visits to the property I was greeted by Brittany, the Leasing Consultant, Christopher, the property manager, and Abria, the assistant manager. They all were very professional and provided exceptional customer service. I had a very welcoming experience.
The affordable pricing as well as the community as a whole, no issues

We work hard to ensure you are happy in your home and would love to get some additional feedback on how we can take your 4-star experience to 5 stars! Again, thank you for your feedback and we hope to hear from you soon.
Not sure!! the complex is not the same as when first moved in. I have been here for 5 years and I have seen the complex go down
It’s in a very convenient location and overall it’s a nice setting on the property and apartments
It’s a nice community, it’s close to shopping of all kind! I’m not sure how much longer i’ll be able to stay as rent goes up every year! I’m a senior and on a fixed income.
I would not recommend a apartment community based solely on the quality of the maintenance staff
I would recommend it for first time movers like myself, it’s very affordable and great area so far to live in.

Thanks for taking the time to submit a review! We appreciate your willingness to share your view! Thanks for being a valued resident!
My experience here has been very pleasant. Outside of the gate being non functional "too much" for comfort it has been amazing Never any problems with break ins.
Property Manager at Park at Princeton Lakes, Responded To This Review
Thank you for your kind words! We are striving to make sure that every resident we have shares the same experience as you! Also, we understand how frustrating it can be to have gates offline. Our security company along with the leasing staff is making every effort to identify individuals who damage our gates. Thanks for being a valued resident! Christopher
I?ve lived here for the past three years and have been pleased with the entire living experience!!
I would not recommend because there?s lot of drug usage going on @ Princeton Lakes for people/ children that don?t smoke or do drugs the aromas are loud enough to seek through vents, not to mention getting attacked by fumes after you get out of your car going to your apartment. It?s embrassing when you have guests and they complain of marijuana smells.
Very nice property but it seems that once pest control spray it makes the bugs worse. Never seen so many roaches and bugs in my life! Staff has changed a lot. New property manager due to the last one doing absolutely nothing and pissing off the residence with her attitude. New manager very anti-social and hosts parties at 4pm on a Thursday evening (everyone still at work). He’s available by “appointment only” (oh give me a break its an APARTMENT complex you are here to manage residence sir). Valerie and the other leasing consultant are very sarcastic, rude and unapprochable. We have literally seen 3 property managers in the last year and a half. Just find another place to call home this property does not care about residence. The only respectable and helpful staff we have is Tay and Anthony (both are maintenance).

We want to ensure all of your issues and concerns are taken care of and addressed in a timely manner. Please email the Community Manager at Cameron.moore@steadfastliving.com to discuss a meeting time beneficial for you or call or stop by the leasing office. We definitely care about our residents' needs and the Community Manager is always available to you.
I do feel safe here although there are things we can?t control. The office personnel is outstanding!! They always make sure your needs are met and all the years I?ve been here, they have never let me down.
I would recommend this apartment community to my family and friends. My husband and I have been living here for four years. During this time, the administrative team and staff have worked diligently to make sure that my request were honored. The upkeep of the grounds is to be commended.
I recommend better pest control. The current pest control seems to bring more bugs once he sprays. I clean my apartment very well so I shouldn’t have this bug issue at all.
I have told tons of Delta employees about the community and the benefits of living near the airport . I also mentioned the preferred employers discount .
Lived in a one bedroom for six years and had a great experience. Unique floor plan, responsive and friendly staff. All amenities are maintained well. Was one of the first people to move in and have no issues with neighbors; management seems selective about residents and handles violations quickly. Trash valet is an awesome bonus!
