Nestled at the foothills of Blue Ridge Mountains, about halfway between Atlanta and Charlotte along I-85, Greenville offers big-city excitement coupled with small-town simplicity. A burgeoning food scene and exceptional amenities plus a hospitable, close-knit community and easy access to nature account for this juxtaposition.
Greenville is teeming with options for modern adventures. Renting in Greenville affords you the opportunity to bike the expansive Swamp Rabbit Trail, catch a baseball game at Fluor Field, take in stunning views on the Liberty Bridge at Falls Park on the Reedy, watch a play at the Peace Center, meet the animals at Greenville Zoo, and purchase your next gift at Haywood Mall. You can also attend Artisphere, a three-day outdoor event which draws acclaimed international artists to Greenville every year.

Property Ratings at Park at Sondrio
This has to be the WORST place i’ve lived in my whole 26 years of living. The roaches, the dog smelling hallways, the management it’s just too much. It’s over priced & not worth it at all. They did “upgrading” & I haven’t had a bathroom mirror in about 6 months. They painted over the rusted shower head. The roaches, omg the roaches have been OUTRAGEOUS since day 1. I’ve requested for pest control every month since moving here & it’s like they’re multiplying it’s SOOOOOO NASTY. I have a baby, I can’t leave his stuff around because I see a roach crawling on it, crawling on my dishes, they’re just everywhere no matter how clean I keep the apartment. The new management is so rude, & unorganized.. I got served with eviction twice for a mistake made by their staff. I mean I can go on all day about these apartments -20/10 DO NOT MOVE HERE
I lived here for a whole year as I couldn't wait for my lease to end!!!!! I was moved into a unready unit... there was a roach infestation! neighbors are beyond loud all hours of the night, complaining to office staff doesn't do anything they don't care! they cycle through employees they don't do their jobs and are beyond RUDE!! THE MANAGEMENT COMPANY IS THE WORST ! there's never any parking, police are there all the time ! just avoid anything managed my this company Save YOURSELF!!!! I ABSOLUTELY HATED THIS PLACE ONLY DECENT THING WAS THE AREA AND MAINTENANCE
this place is so gross! you would think that based on the area it'll be a lovely safe place to stay ! I'm afraid to go to my car after dark. Management is rude and not pleasant to deal with. when asked to have something fixed in the apartment it takes days to get gone or no one never shows up. all they do in the office is eat and gossip! I would definitely NOT recommend leasing at THE PARK AT SONDRIO unless you love roaches, gossip, and a half functioning apartment!
If my credit wasn’t so awful I swear I would. Real my lease. I can’t even eat in my own house because I’m afraid of roaches coming to attack me . I sweep everyday , make sure I leave nothing in the sink, make sure there isn’t anything on the floor for roaches to make a home in and they STILL COME OUT! I’ve tried roach bait , traps etc and Ever since the first day o moved In I seen multiple. Like I understand when you first move in you might see one or 2 because no one has been in the apartment for awhile but on the first couple of weeks before any of my furniture came I saw at least EIGHT in the 1st 3 days!! I HATE IT HERE I cannot wait until my lease is up
I moved in and my apartment hadn’t even been cleaned out before move in. THEY CLAIMED IT WAS Maintenance fault. And there’s roaches !!! Hallways are filthy and stink ! I’m highly disappointed the rent is far too high for what they are looking for another place
Thin walls, shared vents, ROACHES, unprofessional staff, over priced, bad neighborhood. AVOID ALL "THE PARK"!!!!
Though The Park at Sondrio Apartment Homes has two water fountains i their pond to help move the water around, they only occasionally run one causing a third of the lake to become stagnant and a breeding ground for mosquitoes. It's a public safety hazard.
I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel everyone needs to know before they waste there time and money like I did. I’ve had sibling who have lived here years ago and the place was great. Me and my fiancé moved in in December and moved out three days later. On our second night we noticed cockroaches all in the kitchen. We felt so uncomfortable we didn’t even eat in our own home and upon moving out we ended up throwing away my rug and mattress in fear they could have laid eggs in it! Very disappointed in my experience here!
Been here less then 6 months and cannot wait to leave. Every neighbor of mine smokes marijuana dailey and it comes through the vents and the thin walls. Also neighbors always blaring music, feels like this is a college dorm room and not an apartment complex. Do not recommend living here
In my almost three years of living here I have never been so disrespected. The new management company is awful. They got rid of Samantha, who was the best thing this place had going for them. These new "women" have terrible, matter of fact attitudes and couldn't care less about the tenants who currently reside here. Beyond their despicable natures, this place has gone downhill tremendously. It's constantly dirty, the hallways aren't cleaned unless you live in the buildings close to the rental office. They put out notices about there being a roach (German) infestation. Luckily I wasn't affected. Apparently they are now allowing any and everyone to move here. Fights in the middle of the parking lot, loitering, graffiti, etc. Lots of riff raff but that has slowed some since the lake has magically drained. The noise level is atrocious. The walls are incredibly thin. If your neighbors smoke your house will wreak regardless of how much you clean. Children screaming through the halls at all times of the night. Pitbulls everywhere. People walking their dogs without leashes. The parking is ridiculous. People leave cars parked illegally for weeks at a time. Regardless of the speed bumps people drive like maniacs. The laundry facility is disgusting. The "fitness center" has broken and outdated equipment. The pool is constantly closed and when it's open it's dirty. I loved this place when I first moved in, now it's turned into a hood complex on Pelham Rd. Smh.
This apartment complex has definitely gotten worse as the years have gone on. The management and staff seem to not care about the tenants. They only care about the profit. Basically if you have a problem nothing gets done. There is no resolution. But...don't forget to pay your rent. There has been issues with stolen vehicles, noise issues (Breaks the noise ordinance laws), and drug issues...but because these are apartments you are just expected to deal.
I love my apartment. Great location! Everything is so close, and they are building more in the area. Complex is very clean, staff is great, and prompt.
About 4 years ago I moved in totally loved the views on Pelham apartments. Well tAbout a year ago it started goin down hill starting wit gang graffiti on the building and certain groups of crowds just hanging around outside middle of the road trash beer cans all outside my roof in the bathroom caved in and bad roach problems.I pay 600 a month and I don't think its worth it one bit but wit me not having so good credit makes it hard on me to move. But this is just a little of what situations i live in over here.
GOOD PLACE TO START OUT BUT NOT THE BEST TO STAY A LONG TIME. WOULD LOVE TO MOVE TO NH. IF I WIN YOU CAN PAY MY RENT IN MY NEW APARTMENT.
