My daughter and a good friend of mine live here. The pool is amazing and I have met the staff a handful of times while at the pool and they have always been very friendly. I love the bar b q area that is at the pool also. Her apartment is so nice and cozy and the office was very speedy in getting her a maintenance worker when her washing machine was giving her trouble. I am so glad that my daughter has found such a safe and beautiful place to live.

70% of the parking spots are reserved so you have to pay for them, if you work until late whenever you get home you won’t have a spot.

Not enough parking for even residents so basically no space for visitor in the less than 20 spots they have for visitor. Even then residents are allowed to park in visitor parking. So don't plan on having guests over. You'd think they would fix it after 5 years at least of complaints. Oh and they will give out email warnings if someone is parked in paid parking or if their lights are on but if you're parked in unpaid without a parking tag then no warning to move your car and just immediately get towed.

Total and utter garbage place to live, would never renew rent or recommend to anyone and can't wait to leave. Where to start? - We pay monthly rent to have half the lights around the apartment complex out, never to be replaced. -Lived here 6 months and the patio lights above our apartment haven't ever worked since ONE DAY and no one has changed upon request. -apartment we live in smells like weed and we can't get the smell out no matter what fresheners we try - total lack of care for the property, sidewalks, and ESPECIALLY security (neighbor's car got broken into under -guess what- a burnt out lamp post with a light that's been out for months) - My fiance's car was towed a few months ago because he bought a new car and parked in HIS PAID FOR parking spot for one night in the new vehicle (office was closed when he brought it home so he couldn't get a parking sticker that evening). They took money off the rent for a month as an apology after pulling teeth for 3 weeks. - PARKING. PARKING PARKING PARKING. I was helping my fiance move a few things tonight in at 12am from my house. I'm dead serious, I was gone 25 minutes (so short I left my phone in the car with ID and CC in because I would be right back) AND PARKED IN AN UNMARKED SPOT and my car gets towed. SECOND TIME. I get to the car lot so fast the guy doesn't think my car is on the lot yet. Still had to pay and the guy was a peice of work, trying to get me to "do something for him" and he'll take some money off the payment... If you are going to tow people at least maintain your parking spots so people can see what spots are unmarked vs marked.

Hi there,Thank you for calling Park at Spring Creek home!Community Manager,Luis Argueta
I have lived for 2 years and love it!! Updated apartments, pool is great and i love my neighbors. Eydie, who is the Assistant Manger is great! They really help you any way they can if you need it. Just a great place to live!!
I am so glad I am moving in May it cannot get here soon enough. I get a call from my teenage daughter yesterday saying she forgot her key in P.E so the assistant manager I think that's here title tells her this is the last time they will let her use the office key to get in the apt. so now my kid is all freaked out thinking she won't be able to get in if she forgets her key. I mean I know she's borrowed it a few times but seriously is it really that inconvenient for her to help a tenant I mean I was under the impression that was their job. 1 year and 6 months of some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Please do not move here especially if you have kids.
Was told my refund check (that was mistakenly cashed- an entirely different story. I needed to BP pick it up, but was told to swing by when I could, was not told they would cash it if I waited) would take about a month to process and it arrive by December 22 and if I didnt receive it to call. I have called daily, sent emails and have not even received call back to update me on the status. I understand we have had holidays, but a courtesy call would be appreciated. Very unprofessional management.
We have lived here over a year. It started out with a bang. My neighbors apartment caught on fire and she lost everything. NO ONE ever contacted us to let us know. We came home after work to find a burned up washer and dryer of our neighbors in front of our door. Our apartment was full of smoke. It was so thick we had to leave our windows open over night. Huge problem health wise for my asthmatic son to sleep in. Then our apartment has been full of wasp. They have made a nest in my apartment, the front door area, and the fireplace. They only came out once to spray. Then my A.C quit blowing cold air July 2nd. I left messages with Eadie, the after hours people, Maintenance, and Nicole. I asked for management to call back and he never did. After 11 calls, maintenance came and beat on the a.c and finally got it to blow from 80 to 78. In July, 78 degrees. I would like them to live in a home in July with no a.c. Now hurricane Harvey hit and my apartment is still a disaster. My ceiling has a leak and my ceiling is warped and falling down. My ceiling to the floor got flood damage. Half my wall has been cutt out and covered with cardboard until they can fix it. Their reasoning why I am living in a Harvey damaged apartment is because they have to get bids on fixing it. No one has called us with an update. In the meantime my ceiling is falling and wasp are swarming. The Hurricane happened in August and it's what, now almost Christmas. Great job management!!! I'd say it's been an amazing year living here ...not.
My husband and I moved into these apartments in 2014 and stayed until 2017 as we were saving up to buy our home. Now that we are out I am leaving my review. I very rarely post reviews like this, but our experience was so horrible with this apartment I'm making an exception. I have no malicious intent, just an honest recount of our experience. We started out in an upstairs unit for the first year and 1/2...due to problems with roaches and space we ended up transferring to a different building hoping things would be better. Unfortunately it got worse. Along with your rent you pay for pest control every single month, but out of the 8 times I called and requested the pest control to come and spray the apartment, they came once, and left before I could ask him to spray inside the cabinets, that I had spent hours taking all of my things out of so he could do so. They showed up, sprayed the floor for less than a minute and ran out the door They require you to pay an additional $25/month for trash to be picked up at your door, but most of the time it just sat there so I would walk it out myself anyway. The AC had to be repaired several times in each unit we lived in, and I pay less on my 2000 SF home now in electric than I did for this apartment because of the old AC and appliances. If you work a late shift, be prepared to spend some time driving around looking for a parking spot, and if there is nothing left you will be towed for parking anywhere not set for parking. There were several times I got home as early as 7pm and would still not have anywhere to park. This problem seemed to go away when school is out. We were told our refund would take up to 30 days after we moved out to process- its been well over 50 days since we moved out and despite the 4 calls I've made and promises received nothing has been returned to us. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the location and friendly neighbors.

-My fridge went out three times in about three months, it took those three times to finally get a new fridge. -My dryer has been broken for months, with multiple work orders having been sent in. It has never been properly fixed. Which is sad considering I was forced to leave my set in storage to use theirs, which only holds a sad amount of clothing. -Saw this in another review here and it just sparked my own distaste: the valet garbage! It's a joke. They NEVER come and pick up my trash and I'm right by a dumpster so it's redundant - yet I HAVE to pay for it monthly. -The AC doesn't cool apartment. I set it to 75 and it'll still be what, 78? 76 maybe? There is no insulation on the second floor, my electricity bills runs about $170-200. -The parking is horrible, they make it to where you'll HAVE to pay for reserved parking. There are a handful of free parking spots, but they're taken early on. If you plan to have visitors, good luck. As a resident I can't even find somewhere to park. There are always 5-6 cars lined up on each curb (in a fire lane) because no one can find parking. There will literally be not ONE free spot in the ENTIRE complex, so you're forced to park there and risk tickets/stickers or in a reserved parking spot. Both risk being towed. You should be able to park at your home. -Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. -They are focusing their time and money to an illusion. They want the complex to look better than it is: they've added new mailboxes, dog park area, increased the patio area by the pool - what about the issues the residents are currently having? The issues preventing people from actually staying here. I've even had other residents warn me not to keep my lease because their's just keeps going up. I was hoping to find an apartment I could stay in until I was ready to leave the area or buy my own place, but I was sorely disappointed. *hopefully my accident of a 5 star review has been deleted now*

2nd floor apartments have no insulation or padding. We can hear our neighbors and they can hear us CONSTANTLY. We hear their TV, their arguments, their washer and dryer. The carpet is very poorly done and is coming up around the tile at the entrance, the kitchen, the bathrooms. The renovations are poor quality and although they look nice initially, they fall apart almost immediately. Within a few days of moving into our apartment our cabinets and drawers started to break and fall off of the hinges. I have put in three separate maintenance requests and gotten the run around every time. The apartments leak very frequently under the sinks. The dishwasher does not work very well. The washer/dryer are very, very small and one "load" of clothes is equal to about 1/3 of a normal washer and dryer. Ours were poorly installed and around the washer and dryer is layers of old tile where they just chose to not renovate. There is no way to muffle the sound of the washer/dryer since there is no door. It is also in your kitchen. The toilet in our 2nd bathroom has been running since we moved in. We had them come and fix it twice, it still runs. The layout of the apartment makes it very hard to put furniture in a way that makes any sense at all. It is very awkward once you're inside. The light switches don't make sense. The lighting itself is awful and gives me frequent headaches. The valet trash service is a joke and not something that you can 'opt out' of, even if your apartment is directly across from the dumpster. For $30 a month (plus another $10 in monthly fees) you can leave it on your porch - but the vultures and cats will likely tear up the trash before the trash guys come (if they come at all). Parking is a nightmare. Sure, you can pay for a 'covered spot' if you can actually get the office to tell you when/where they are available. We asked when we moved in and still haven't heard back. If you come at 9pm on a Friday, good luck - you'll never be able to park. Oh, and forget having visitors on the weekend because they won't be able to park either. The "street lights" that line the apartment walk-ways are so bright they shine into our apartment all night, making it hard to sleep. There is no barrier to sound outside of the apartment, either. If your neighbors decide to stand on their own porch and talk, you're going to hear it. Dogs barking, kids playing, any sound will be inside your apartment even with the windows and doors shut.

This place sucks... Been here for years and only ever watched my rent climb to high end apartment prices.... Been battling the office for months over problems in my apartment and they don't care to fix it... The girl in the office is a joke... I always just leave if she is in there... She is rude and always "loses" the work orders
I have been here almost a year and so far nothing good about it. It could be worse Though. There is absolutely no parking, there is a spider/ mold problem in my vents that they still haven't fixed. its been months since i had that order put in.
very nice apartment. seems to be in good location. Louis the manager is the nicest man to rent from. maintenance is on the ball. Have had no problems at all. see very quite.
Apartments are in good condition for reasonable prices. Being located on the highway is convenient. The community is peaceful with fairly well insulated apartments blocking the highway noise. There is several police officers who live on site who like to check on things. Maintenance staff respond quickly when staff submit the orderer. Best starter apartment I could ask for.
